Debt Manager for Negative User Reviews

OkChanging the strategy doesn’t always refresh the order of debts and payments. So it is unclear if the sums have been recalculated.Version: 1.7.1

Wish I could get my money backIt doesn’t calculate very well. I input my loan detail and it forces me to accept a monthly minimum payment that is twice my monthly minimum payments. Very upsetting!!.Version: 1.7.1

Can’t reuse namesI don’t understand why I can’t reuse a name. If I type in Discover, I can’t start a new snowball with it because I already paid off Discover. Even if I abbreviate or change the name, the app still shows zero balance. Not very useful if you need to add something back to your snowball. I guess this app is designed only to be used once. I deleted it..Version: 1.7.1

Not Clear how to useWill be looking for another app.Version: 1.7.1

InfuriatingThis app should be good. But mine is filled with faults. I have just set it all up good to go but the summary is out of kilter. It refuses to show my monthly payment amount on the screen. I know it may seem like a small thing but the fact that the over view won't work diminishes my enjoyment of the rest of the app. Also to add the snowball functionality doesn't work. If you change it it backdates the change so you cannot increase the snowball mid way. This is basic stuff it really should get right..Version: 1.6

Can’t view on different deviceI had it on my iPad and wanted to view the data on my phone and realised you don’t have an account so can’t see the information anywhere else..Version: 1.7.1

Hard to useThe snowball function does not work properly, you cannot move the debts to a custom order, even though it gives you the option to make it custom, the function just doesn’t work. Also after inputting your debt amount and interest amount, the app will not let you adjust the minimum payment amount under what it calculates to be right, even if it’s wrong. Very confusing and frustrating..Version: 1.7.1

Not what I thought.....I thought this would be a useful tool for working out how I can pay more debt off, taking into account my salary etc. It is just a posh calculator! Disappointed.Version: 1.6

Update Needed! When did you last update this application? This looks awful on iPhone 6 Plus. Please update for retina display. Good application otherwise!.Version: 1.5

Think I liked itAfter download, it worked for 3 minutes. Not sure if anyone else is having issues. Screens just freeze. Can't seem to navigate at all..Version: 1.4

Confusing and irritatingI downloaded this app to try and understand which debts I should pay off first. Instead I was left completely fed up with the app as I found it confusing and irritating. Waste of time and money!.Version: 1.6

ProblemMy region is Canada on iPhone, and on keyboard, we use comma to separate number, but you app use only dot, but I can’t put a number with cent like 123.45.Version: 1.7.1

Stay away. This is thrown together. The only app I've ever regretted purchasing. If you don't care about quality design or user experience, go right on ahead. Otherwise I recommend something like Debts by Coopla instead..Version: 1.5

BGPlease update interface in the app to the latest version so it is compatible with latest ios 11. Please also fix notification time function, not possible to select the time when to receive a notification!!!.Version: 1.6

ConfusingI found this app very confusing even with the explanations and deleted it..Version: 1.5

HelpAll my debts seem to default to the same start date. Nothing in the tutorial helps you with this. Waste of time because the information you get makes no sense ..Version: 1.7.1

Confusing to MeThis app was easy to navigate and listing my debt was simple to do, but I didn't really understand the "snowball" concept. I always thought of the snowball effect was paying off debts from lowest balance to highest (and that was the default option) but the graphs and charts didn't seem helpful nor was it easy to determine how much extra I needed to apply to each payment to reach any goals. When I added extra "snowflake" payments, it did not reflect on my balances immediately. Another user suggested it would reflect at the end of the month which is not useful to me....Version: 1.6

If I just could add the date when adding new debtThe application is great, but would be great if would provide flexibility to enter new debts with the new date when was incurred. I find it frustrating to always have to do the workaround in setting up the pay free period to roll the debt to the day it was actually incurred. Nothing is static in life..Version: 1.7.1

Has issuesWhen I try to enter my minimum payment details, I get errors telling me the amount can't be less than a specific number. If I enter that amount, it still gives me this error. I'd like to identify bi-weekly "snowflake" payments but it won't allow you to choose that payment frequency on an account where you are required to make monthly payments. It seems to assume that we make minimum payments but in reality we over pay by making biweekly payments. It assumes we do both which throws the projections out from reality..Version: 1.5

Having small issues with calculationsI really like the app and it has helped me keep things organized and helped me get my payments back on track and on time. As a result, since I’ve been using this since February, my credit score has gone up a little, which is needed since my student loans kill it, and two creditors that had previously decreased my limits (which was fine by me, less temptation) have since raised them again. I have one complaint regarding entering new payments. I set everything up in February, so all of my charts and individual tables start in February. When I went to add a new creditor, it backdated the “start” date for the payment plan to February, even though it is May. I tried deleting and re-entering and I tried looking in settings but it always goes back to the original month I entered everything. This needs changed. My interest rates/interest per month have also been out of whack. Some are right on track, some are off by 4 or 5 dollars. So to keep my monthly statements on track with this app, I’ve had to add a bunch of “one off purchases”. I’m not sure why this is happening. I’ve double checked all my balances and interest rates and still am having issue. It’s not a huge deal, but it isn’t working properly..Version: 1.7.1
