✓ UghI have been frustrated by the limitations of this app for the Canadian market. An app version dedicated to Canada would be helpful. Assumptions behind app do not easily translate into Canadian market. It is a dated app as well. Updates desperately needed..Pandemic calcVersion: 2.7

✓ Not user friendlyI simply want to know what extra payments on my mortgage would do for me, in yearly and monetarily, I inputted everything it asked for + the extra payment and it tells me nothing ! Waste of money ! I don’t want to be a finance major, I want a simple to use calculator that will show me graphically and otherwise what extra payments will do for me, apparently this is Not It !.Driver 7371Version: 2.7

✓ Mortgage payoff calculatorNot that great if you already have a loan. Only useful if you are looking at a new mortgage. I refinance my house 2 years ago and tried applying the info to the app and it would not compute correctly. ✓ Mortgage mentorThis up claims to calculate extra payment made either annually or monthly. But when you try to enter the amount the space is de highlighted and I can't enter the amount. The reason I bought this up up is to calculate pay off Morgage time if I pay yearly lump sum. I could not do with this app. I am disappointed..AlbtedVersion: 2.5

✓ Not what I had hopedAs a Real Estate Agent I was looking for an IPad app that I can quickly plug in a purchase price, then plug in a down payment percentage to figure out a loan amount without having to go back to my normal calculator but unfortunately this app did not provide that feature. In addition, when I saw the PMI field I thought it would automatically calculate those figures for me but again, I had to go back to my traditional calculator to calculate that amount. This app would be ideal if I can plug in a down payment percentage after the purchase price and then it automatically calculates the loan amount. As for PMI it would be great if I can just plug in the correct percentages and then it automatically calculates PMI off of the loan amount. If these features are added, I would be a happy customer but in the meantime I'm better off with a standard calculator..Realtor in FLVersion: 2.0
