When there has been a glitch, the support has been excellent. Inquiries get a very quick reply with an honest effort to help. Looking forward to using the updated version for many more years to come. Great support!I’ve been using the original Songwriter for many years and found it really helped my songwriting with really useful features like the rhyming section for when you just need a prompt for the right word! The new version looks great and can’t wait to try the new features! Support from Dante has been superb and response to any problems I had have been immediate and thorough! ✓ Nice!!!Although the developer is still working on various aspects of the app I am giving it the highest rating based solely on the customer service. I just transitioned over from the previous versions and was having issues getting my songs to transfer over. I sent the developer an email and he responded immediately and was able to get my songs back on-line. Combine this with unlimited cloud storage, a Desktop app and the new AI feature . . . Pretty awesome stuff..Version: 1.01
✓ Loving the New VersionThanks for the new version! Syncing between devices is now automatic and immediate (and as far as I can tell, flawless). AI authoring is an interesting (and educational) new feature. Recommend for casual songwriters like me who usually have their phone handy!.Version: 1.02
