Contrary to what some other reviewers say, the exercises in the app are not freely available in the Stark Fitness app. However, buying this app will also unlock those exercises in Stark Fitness as well, which means you can create programs in Stark using multiple pieces of equipment if you’ve bought more than one of the VT apps..Version: 2.5.3
