✓ I can’t believe this app is still functioning.I have been using this app for almost one year. In the beginning it wasn’t perfect but I dealt with all of their bugs. Examples: Not saving images after three saves. Not saving descriptions after three saves. Not saving anything at all after three or five saves. But, I was ok with it because at the time it was the best app to file your collection. Early January 2020 I lost over 260 items that I added through out 2019. Yup, gone just like that. No really answers other than their servers were compromised. Ok so, I figured I would still like this app for the most part I even paid for the upgrade version (Desktop version) and guess what? Four Days later I spend almost day and night trying to re enter everything. I woke up the next day to find have all my photos deleted. Sent emails and once again I get an excuse in the way of “just start over” So, with all that being said please stay from this app. Just create a Excel spread sheet and go from there for more of a reliable collection data system..Version: 6.5.4
✓ It’s helpfulCan be buggy with items going missing and descriptions photos randomly changing for items. I would like more customizable ways to sort and edit my collection. The database appears to be largely user driven so that may be cause for some confusion looking items up but overall it gets the job done when it comes to keeping my stuff organized.Version: 7.9.27

✓ Garbage misleading appNowhere did it say you have to pay to use this app, but as soon as you start listing your collection it makes you pay. Who would pay for such a terrible layout that doesn’t even include pricing, has awful pictures, and makes you do 98% of the work. So I have to pay you for an app that can’t even bother to do the bare necessities? Don’t think so. Honestly, it looks like it was designed by a child.Version: 7.9.21

✓ A disappointing lossI purchased the Vinyl collector app a while ago, and it largely works great. I loved it enough to get a few of the other versions. Then one day, much of it disappeared. This happed to my Book collection as well. (That collection only had about a dozen items.) Not all of the figures vanished, like the books, but enough did to cause me a lot of frustration. When I emailed the company, they said to log out and log back in. That didn’t change anything. They did say they had a server issue and were working on it. A few days later everything seemed back, with some minor issues. Then, a week ago, all the books were gone again, and a lot of the figure list. When I emailed them again, they said there was a server issue with a little more details than previously provided. Not their fault, but nothing they can do. So I’ve been fixing what was lost and re-entering the items completely lost. BUT...I keep losing info I just entered. Images I just added, now gone. Even as I hit save the changes don’t save. Or if I leave the app to find a suitable image (because the search engine won’t find the basic image,) the app refreshes and I have to start that entry over again. It is extremely frustrating. I’ve been working on entering stuff for the last 2+ hours and half of it hasn’t kept. So, this app is being deleted. As is the Book one. Fortunately the Vinyl Pop one seems relatively intact. For an app that was a purchase, this is disappointing. I appreciate the speed the emails came from support, but they provided little help. And it would have been nice to have been notified about the server issue and that data was lost after they fixed it. Especially considering that they told me that everything entered since some point in November didn’t save despite being in the app until a week ago. ✓ There are better free onesI bought this for my son, so he could see what he doesn’t have. It is for hardcore collectors that want to catalog everything. This can be easily achieved with excel. There are free applications out there that are better..Version: 6.5.4
✓ Garbage App, Barcode scanner doesn’t workSo first thing. Barcode scanner doesn’t work for even the most basic Star Wars Power of The Force 2 figure. This isn’t some rare variant. It’s your basic Luke Skywalker from the first wave. Second. When the barcode scanner does work it will half the time pick the wrong packaging. It would be nice to be prompted to pick a photo rather than have to go back and find out you need to edit. Barcode scanner is just poorly implemented. It would be a great tool if it worked. Third. Not tied to any pricing. You can input your own price but as prices shift all that work goes out the window. No wonder they don’t give a trial for this app..Version: 6.5.4
✓ Lost collectionWhen Sortit changed to Icollect my password no longer worked and I have lost access my entire collection. I tried asking for help from support. Two messages and almost 3 weeks later, I still have not gotten a response from them. So far I am not impressed..Version: 7.8.6

✓ Needs workNeeds to have customizable fields and the ability to hide off unused fields in the data entry portion. I have entered figures into the database, restarted the program and then none of the new figures show up after restarting the program. A couple times, all the figures drop out listing zero action figures and then they appear back in their days later. I have emailed customer support multiple times and have never gotten a response. I like the way it looks but that does not make up for the lack of functionality or support. A work offline feature might alleviate many issues (I think). I will just continue to use my spreadsheet which does not rely on someone else’s server to maintain my database..Version: 6.5.4
✓ Migration ruined dataI had everything set up perfectly prior to being forced to migrate to this software. Now items are missing, my description fields are all changed, and my pictures were all updated to new ones and even replaced with the wrong items. Just going to make a spreadheet..Version: 7.8.4

✓ Cataloging sizable SW 3.75” MOC collectionI’ve done over 350 entries so far on a very new iPad and here is my assessment: While the app is easy enough to hand enter data, its inability to recognize 99% of barcodes is annoying, as is the no capability to export the images taken with the collection. If I wanted to export the list to a potential buyer they would have no way to see condition via photo. It’d be my word only. The sort function could use a lot more criteria choices. The total # listed for entries does not include duplicates or is there any elegant way to note different locations for dupes. There is only buyer support but no way to advertise what you want to sell. Why not? On the good side it’s been largely bug free and the tie in to the iPad camera works very well along with crop function. The photos ONLY show up in the app as far as I can tell. It would be very helpful to dump them into the iPad image folder too. OK for the money, but only 3 stars for all the improvements that are needed and lacking..Version: 6.5.4
