✓ Very poor controls...Can we please.... please.... PLEASE.... have a PLAY/STOP button on the EDIT window!?! It is INCREDIBLY frustrating and hindering to workflow to keep having to switch backwards and forwards and then stop and start and back and forward again!! Makes a potentially very useful app... into frustrating amateur rubbish!.Version: 2.1.1
✓ Fails on iPad ProMy copies of SessionBand Acoustic and SessionBand Piano fail to load completely or function at all when installed on my iPad Pro. I purchased the SessionBand BigBundle as well to see if the ‘newer’ version of Acoustic would work - but it didn’t. In fact, none of the SessionBand apps in the bundle work at all on my iPad Pro. I’m running IOS 9.3.1. I’ve deleted and reinstalled Acoustic and Piano several times without success. I’ve emailed the developer twice on their feedback address - but haven’t heard back from them. I recommend that you not purchase any SessionBand apps until they are updated to run on the latest IOS and iPads..Version: 2.0

✓ RubbishDo not buy!!! All good reviews seem to be written by app developer as they didn't seem to have the brains to change the names DUH.. Does live up to what it says on tin! You just simply can play with ready made songs with no tempo change.... ✓ File transfer system wrong!!!You need to built file transfer system in your each app!! I made chord session in multiband... but could not use in acoustic sessionband.... Apple opened and improved their file system in ipad ex; file app documents app etc..... You have to make file attaching system in your each app!!! If not.... every each app does not mean any more... Your every apps are great!!!! But if we can not use chord sb files freely.... then its nothing Each apps can posesssb files Do not tell me use computer!!! Good luck to you!! ✓ Major tempo issueGreat idea and sounds but as soon you change tempo you have to close app and open again as no other settings are accessible. You are effectively stuck using the preset tempo as far as usability goes. There's been no update at least since this app went on sale at Christmas. Time for an update!!!.Version: 1.1
✓ Audio Export FlawedHard to use as a sound source for actual use in songs since the audio loops on export don't sync to the specified BPM due to a few seconds silence at the start. If the developers fix this it would be a 4/5 star app, but at the moment it's more of a toy..Version: 2.0

✓ OddsoxI agree with all the 1 star reviews, mostly sad tune tripe not enough swinging guitar all demo's are fixed to a certain tempo. (No tempo change allowed, beware) And trying to input your own chord box's well that is one big joke it's a bit like, trying to find the hidden button just tap 50 or 60 times and you might just get it and by then you have forgotten the dam chord u wanted to input. And I highly recommend the app for the developers need to look at an issue: after one of the updates, when you change the tempo an any given track, the sound quality of the track drops significantly. Never used to, but now it’s unplayable at any user-defined tempo.Version: 2.5
✓ Just PoorI've been impressed with the original Sessionband app but this feels like a really half-a**ed effort. No tempo change option. Only 20 very 'safe' patterns - nothing with a swing/country type feel for example and no 3/4 or 6/8. The few fingerpicking patterns are really basic. I struggle to find any use for this whatsoever. Also touchscreen response is woeful and the app constantly crashes. Notice that a lot of the 5 star reviews on these Sessionband apps seem to come from the same users (???). Dreadful..Version: 1.0

✓ Not fantastic!Sound quality is excellent. Everything else is not, poorly design interface, very basic editing features and not bpm change. Good idea but it needs a much better design with professional features. At the moment it is like toy. Where are the promised updates? I think that a $1 price is just right....Version: 1.0
✓ Ok but has issuesOut of the box it works fine until you want to edit a track. Editing is very difficult and seems to crash the app. All Session Band apps no longer work with Audio bus. Instruments are great if you use it as is..Version: 1.1

✓ Great foundation, needs some further workThe loop samples in this app are great, and they are the strongest selling point. Unfortunately, you can not change the tempo (best I could tell), which was a significant disappointment. Also, the loops are all 4/4 - there are no 3/4 loops or other rhythms at all. The interface is workable, though somewhat clunky, and sometimes unresponsive for no good reason. I would have loved an interface more like Band-in-a-box / iRealb, but I understand the logic behind this approach. Some more development on this and it could be outstanding..Version: 1.0
✓ Disappointed!!Have used Acoustic Band 3 times to create backing to great success....that's the good news. Bad news is when I decide to go back to a few days later to make changes. App opens and then immediately closes. Have rebooted with no success and eventually had to reinstall losing all previous work..Version: 2.0
✓ Audio distortionAfter updating to a recent iPhone OS audio is now distorted. I have informed support but have received no response. Also, last app update has changed display layout to smaller text size which makes it harder to read. Finally, I informed support long ago that choice of white text on yellow background is illegible and that an option should be provided to change colour but they replied that I should accept it the way it is.Version: 2.6
✓ Poor implementation of good ideaIt's quite frustrating to see what is essentially a good idea handled in such a half arsed manner. Non-retina interface, no undo, every single style labelled Demo 1, Demo 2, etc, as opposed to descriptive names. Editing also is hit and miss,but at least it's AudioBus compatible. Nic.Version: 2.0

✓ Don't Expect Any Rhythm TracksDon't expect any Drum or Rhythm tracks when you purchase the acoustic version. I'm not sure what version you need to have in order to get drums are rhythm. I also don't see any difference between the acoustic 1 and the acoustic 2 version so save your money..Version: 2.0
✓ BAD ..REALLY BAD NOWAll these were great in the beginning but first they froze and would not play sound. Now they won’t even load up on a AUDIOBUS. All the products seem to have never kept up with the iOS updates....Don’t waste your money on any of these..Version: 2.4
