✓ No Checkout ButtonWas trying to snag something from store after at a new release. Got a hoodie in my cart, but there was no checkout button available. Even had time to remove it and re-add the hoodie to my cart but there was still no checkout button popping up. I probably wouldn't have been able to cop anything since the bots are pretty speedy, but I would've at least appreciated the attempt to try and put my info and everything in :(.Version: 002

✓ The back button is not the issue...Shopping online from Supreme is. When you get the notice of an update, everything is already sold out. Even if you know about the drop and the time ,(i.e. 11 am EST) and EVEN if you put items in your cart...by the time you click "Process Payment" the items are sold out. ✓ THIS APP LITERALLY RUINED THE CURE FOR CANCERThis app is complete garbage 8/10 times I open it, it thinks I'm in Japan when I'm in Canada. It freezes at least 60% of the time. On drop times it might as well be useless. For a company that makes so much money ripping off 14 year olds buying Jordan 5s when they don't even know the Chicago Bulls is a team, you would think they could make a decent app. I know supreme does not care enough to read these so I'm not even gonna ask them to fix it. Thanks for making an app that's almost as poor quality then the damn underwear you slap your name on. ✓ Ok applicationI dont get notifications when the store is updated right away. When I a new release update, many items are already sold out. Tried to buy a polartec camp cap today, but the app said my bank wouldn’t let the payment go through, but I was able to process the payment with the same card online. At least on the application, I can press the back button and get back to the item selections screen and not the last color of the item I was currrently looking at..Version: 003

✓ Do something about botsApp crashes during new drops because of bots. Also don’t let people put thing in their cart if it’s impossible to check out quick enough. It says when you’ve sold out so it seems you should be able to track when each item of inventory has been claimed by a customer. ✓ Doesn’t load properlyI tried to use this app instead of the site and it was a mistake. The app is easy to navigate and it will save your billing address, but it won’t save your payment and when you are typing in your card number the curser moves around, so you don’t end up typing the right number. I had to put my payment in four times and by that time my cart had completely sold out. I’m pretty bummed.Version: 003

✓ Crappy AppThis app is very frustrating to use. Recently I went to purchase an item and the processing screen froze. After awhile I refreshed and the item was sold out. 15 mins later I saw a transaction from Supreme on my bank account. A hour later I got an email showing I was charged for an item that I didn’t even select. So not only did I not get the shirt I wanted but I was charged for some random item. I contact Supreme immediately and they sent back a generic email basically saying “oh well”. I emailed them back but they never responded. I think I’m officially done with Supreme..Version: 003
✓ Payment without receiptCan’t create an account I choose a T shirt from the app I entered all my details for the payment then a message popped which says that the payment was unsuccessful and meanwhile it deducted the price of the T shirt from my bank account and haven’t received any receipt neither a confirmation I tried contacting them via email twice and haven’t heard from them yet just an auto reply and the only way to contact them from the website is to send a message with my details and they get back to me still haven’t heard for them for the record it deducted from my account the price of the t shirt twice once from the website and once from the app.Version: 003

✓ Crap AppThe app was glitchy when I placed my last order (and it was most def not my first). I’m not new to shopping online or thru apps. I had to keep logging in and out cuz at times, I couldn’t even click and view my cart and then sometimes I couldn’t delete items out of my cart. I finally had my cart right and checked out. Right after payment, it showed my confirmation of my purchase and there were items that weren’t showing in my cart when I checked out! ✓ What’s going on?I got the app, it said I should subscribe to its email account to get notified when stuff drops, cool. I get the email on Feb 25, 2019, It says, Web Shop Now Open, nice! I heard samsung users can save the payment info (in app) and it makes cops much easier on drop day. L’s are part of the game, but entering your card info (especially date) on drop day wastes a ton of time, even on hi speed wifi. It's disgusting to see a company so confident in its profit margins that it sees no reason to fix they're shoddy attempt to port their site to the App Store. 75% of the time when you click on an item you'll stare at a white screen and nothing will load. The other 25% the app will either force close or, if you're lucky, you'll get an unusually long load screen followed by the expected item. Over all this is not worth your while, especially if your tryna cop something drop day..Version: 003

The problem however lies with when you try to checkout an item that is in your basket and it declines saying it could be your card. ✓ BAD UX/UI - no shopping cartVery complicated to go to the shopping cart. Once you add an item, you see the check out button which you can go to your cart through it but once you remove an item, the cart disappears. A good UX/UI would be simple and easy to navigate but this app absolutely failed to have one and it was shocking the website is nothing different. Just one shopping cart icon on the top right is all it needs but maybe Supreme to too cool to have one. With this much of a reputation, you could have put better effort in customers’ shopping experience..Version: 003
