✓ Can’t use artwork without app crashingI’ve been trying to create a picture of my son with artwork depicting he is one week old and every time I go to select a sticker to put over the photo the app completely crashes. I am running the most recent update, have deleted all things running in the background of my phone, and have restarted my phone. I finally settled for just putting text over the picture that I then edited to look prettier. It would be nice though to be able to use the stickers going forward for his one month, two month, etc pictures..Wesley ChickVersion: 7.0.9

✓ Has potentialPhotofy looks very professional but could definitely use some help with QA and software testing. Editing is difficult, changing up the text is always an issue. It is frustrating to format the image. There are fixes that would make the APP more user-friendly. Also the images need to be updated. There’s limited variety, and some images make it very difficult to add text. Some images are out of context amd repetitive. Things I love are how professional it looks once you’ve made it til the end, it is also very easy to email or text it to yourself when you’re done..BetavalentinaVersion: 7.0.12

✓ I used to love itTwo years ago when I was chronicling my daughter’s first year I loved this app. I used it every month to make a highlight collage. Can’t remember experiencing problems. Now I’m attempting to do the same during my son’s first year and I notice a huge difference in the app. The collage’s take forever to load now. Trying to use the bottoms in the app also takes longer than it did before. Sometimes I have to push on the same button multiple times before it even registers. The app also crashes often which is pretty frustrating when you have been trying to finish a simple project. Now I’m trying to decide if I want to soldier through with this app so my kids have the same highlight collage. Or find a new app..Resolved in RenoVersion: 5.8

✓ Love the app photos are missingBeen using the app for a few years now and love it.. but lately not all photos will come up from camera roll in the app.. seems to miss the photos saved to phone and only show photos that your phone has taken. ✓ Thief’sI canceled from subscription a long time ago and no longer used this app as I do not have my business any more for medical reason amd I’m am still being charged !! By this app/company now on top of mental stresses I now have to deal with sorting out how to get this app/developer/company to stop charging my account. ✓ Overall great app, with some bugsI’ve been using Photofy for nearly 3 years now. I love the variety of options available when it comes to quick photo edits (like flipping a photo horizontally), however, there are several frustrating things as well. 1) The app is super laggy. Perhaps it’s just my phone, but if it is, it’s just this app. I’ve cleared space and closed all apps but it just lags pretty bad. 2) You can’t overlay photos on top of each other...each photo must be in its own grid block no matter what. 3) Saving projects — you can’t. It says you can "save as project" and you’ll be able to edit it later, but I can never edit it later. It just comes up with a blank photo box stating to click to add a photo. 4) It’s annoying that the default ratio is "square" rather than "original"...a minor nuisance but still annoying. I do LOVE all of the graphics, text & stickers that we can add to photos & collages, as well as the ability to save and reuse your logo on different projects. ✓ The platformThe plate form in which we navigate in is cumbersome, not user friendly. Adding copied text, for instance, a quote, is not easy to add. I spend so much time trying to figure out how to use this app, it’s infuriating! I just want to pop-in, make a quick poster to then post, this process ends up taking me nearly 30 minutes because most of the images I like, aren’t available. Why can’t you remove the ones that aren’t available, it’s a simple equation, if it’s not active, remove the stock! ✓ Still some bugs after 5.7 update...Recently left a review about Photofy crashing when trying to save on iPhone X with only a few stickers... It seems like this was addressed and now the screen loads and offers ways to share the creation etc... However, after just testing again with a few stickers the camera roll image vanished... So the save screen showed a blank white background with my frame and stickers... So I closed the app and tried again, added a frame, and when I went to add stickers the frame vanished while still actively searching for stickers... I had to reapply the frame 3x before the app crashed on me and I lost all of my progress... So while I appreciate Photofy’s attempts at fixing the previous bugs with the 5.7 update, it seems some annoying ones still exist... Please fix this!!! 🙏💕.O0tinabina0oVersion: 5.7

✓ Maintain format edits, allow text changesIf I type something, I have no way of going back to edit the letters and words. Please add this feature. Also, if I change the color of text and “apply” it, then go back to the color edit screen again, the color defaults back to the left most color instead of staying he previously chosen color. If I just want to change the color slightly, it would be nice to know what the previous color was so I can go up one or two shades from it. ✓ UselessI would love to give this five stars. There are many great features in this app, but two major flaws make it all but useless. First of all you cannot overlay photos, there is no “freestyle” options, multiple photos must be in a grid format. BUT WAY MORE IMPORTANTLY is that this app does not save your project automatically as you are working. Your projects are never saved, even upon completion, so you cannot go back and edit or alter something. Biggest problem is I have worked for awhile on a flyer or add for my business only to click “Done”, and have the app crash and lose all my work. It makes this app totally unusable. Although in its options and editing features this is a superior app compared to some, it becomes irrelevant in its overall usefulness. No one has the time to waste to potentially lose everything. ✓ Photofy reviewI received Photofy as a special free “Feature” with a business account. It sounded good but I could not use the software on a computer, it was an app, that seems to be only accessible and usable on a 6-inch mobile screen. As I mentioned this was a “free perk” with our NAR membership. The average age of a NAR member is 51-years old. Even if members are tech-savvy, they may not want to edit personal photos on a 6-inch phone screen. So then I thought, well, I’ll download it on my ipad. I was successfully able to download it but for ease of use, I use a keyboard and my ipad horizontally. The app, however, would not turn when the screen was rotated. If I wanted to use it on an ipad, I would have to remove my ipad from the case and disengage my keyboard. What a pain…. But, I wanted to try the app. So I did that and then went through and looked at all the templates. I was amazed at the level of unattractiveness and lack of originality in the business templates. What a snooze-fest, so boring! Then I went and looked at the “personal” templates and collages and trending graphics and images. Those were better but still very limited. I think another service, such as Ribbet or Canva are probably better choices for me, as I can use both of these on either a computer or mobile device..NumbnitsVersion: 6.9.61
