Needs an update for iPhone XRI really love this app and it was helping me developer a much stronger core but since upgrading my phone to iPhone XR I can no longer use it as the screen layout doesn’t work. It’s like it’s zoomed in and I can’t see all the days. The app then won’t let me do anything because it thinks I’m cheating and skipping days. I’ll definitely use it again once that is fixed (I hope it will be because I love it!).Version: 5.5

Needs beginner level 0 :-)I like the incremental approach and have definitely seen an improvement (day 8 and counting) but I wish it hadn’t assumed everyone can do sit ups. Awesome - SuggestionI love this app!!! I was a very new beginner and the 1 levels challenge me, which is good. I’ve learned to love the rest days since my muscles won’t be able to handle it without them. the only thing i couldn’t think of to improve would be motivational quotes. when you have a very tough workout the last exercise is hard to get through, so a quote would be very helpful. it could maybe pop up right after your second to last workout!.Version: 5.5

Amazing appI had just downloaded this app yesterday and i love it i can tell these are good quick ab workouts, you see i was doing MMA for a while but we had to shut down the gym for a while because of the 2020 pandemic so my slight shadow of the abs i had we’re fading but now the gym is up and running again so i’m trying to get extra lean while i’m bored at home, And this app is great for loosing weight while there are no painful work outs and it doesn’t take to long to do them i highly recommend this app to lose weight just know that it’s what’s on the inside that counts but if you feel like losing weight or getting healthy without suffering than this is the app for you! and it’s completely free.Version: 5.5

Really Helpful 🙂I was looking for an exercising app that provides a video for how to do all the different exercises when I came across this one and decided to give it a try I was really happy with how the app works my only concern is that it doesn’t have an alarm to wake you up but that doesn’t really matter cause this app has helped me get healthier and I feel so much better waking up to do exercises..Version: 5.5

Simply greatI started this with little to no previous experience of working on my abs. I’m 21 and I’ve never been a natural gym bunny. I’ve had a Fitbit for a while and used it to monitor my activity levels. Well, I watched it monitor as my weight weight down and back up a couple times. Then decided it was time to change; bought a bike to commute to work, a manual treadmill and downloaded this app. I’m still working on it but can honestly say I’ve seen an improvement. Day one I struggled to do 15 sit ups and a ten second plank, now I’m up to 70 sit ups and a whole minute plank! Shaking like a leaf, but I can do it. The plank countdown timer forces me to commit to the full time, too. I can see the daily increments being too much for some people but if you really can’t power through there are ways to adapt; I currently leg raise from an angle as I can’t maintain doing them from the floor. As somewhere simple to jump off from I can’t fault the app; it’s simple to use and I’m looking forward to completing all the levels and having it all ticked off, then going again!.Version: 5.5

Zoom iOS issue with appI have used this app on one of my tablet device it worked perfectly and I was satisfied with the excercises and results. As my tablet device stopped working I then decided to use my phone the iOS device, iPhone 11 once I had downloaded the app and opened it the selection where you pick beginner or intermediate judging on how hardcore you want your exercise to be,was fine then once I had selected It I could not pic day 1 as everything was zoomed in it was a bug I faved as I couldn’t change the screen landscape or zoom out the selection of what day you want to do you let excersice was not usable I ask that you fix this issue as soon as possible thank you for reading it please take into consideration sincerely Jk.Version: 5.5

Helps30 Day Ab Workout does help a little bit. The workouts do get more intense as the process goes on. You basically have to do the same exercises day after day after day just more of them, which in my opinion can get a little boring. The good thing is they do let you have a rest day..Version: 5.4

Really good to have a structure and regime - only issueReally good to have a structure and regime - only one issue, there doesn't seem to be a FAQ which would be helpful. I.e is it all to be completed in one session? What rest breaks are recommended between sets? I started at the beginners level and by day 18 was having to complete 80 sit-ups 120 crunches and 50 leg raises and a 70 second plank - I managed them in one session but "beginner?".Version: 5.4

Easy to follow programThis is an easy to follow program although I would say that sit ups which are pretty hard to do and not great for your back - especially if you have no core muscles seem to increase by quite hard amounts where exercises like crunches or planks that are easier to increase, do at smaller amounts. Also don’t expect a washboard stomach from this if you’re not doing fat burning exercises also as you can’t really tone fat. That said - I add it into the end of workouts and it feels like I make progress as the numbers increase..Version: 5.5

Real results, fast!I’ve done this app twice now, and both times I saw an incredibly noticeable difference within just two weeks. I especially notice my thunder thighs thinning out and toning. I will say, though, that some of the exercises are less effective than others, and I usually tweak them to make them more challenging and/or eliminate certain exercises altogether and replace them with something else from my own arsenal. I also started in the intermediate section both times. I also hate planks and replace them with pushups. Overall, it’s a great app to give up structure and daily reminders for the exercises while increasing the difficulty regularly. I think it’s probably particularly effective for beginners who just don’t know where to start..Version: 5.5

Amazing results! 🌟👏🏼I started this challenge whilst in quarantine from March, as I had to find more ways to exercise and study as being a student, and I can honestly say this app is amazing. The exercises are fair and each day it helps you to build and get better. After the first month I really started to see the results!! This then motivated me to start the next beginner level 2... whilst also downloading their 30 day Squat Challenge (this is also good). So I am now doing both challenges. Only thing I would recommend for a newbie starting is to really put some motivation in and challenge yourself and ask yourself, can I do this? Great app but it’s not gradualIt is a great app, well laid out and I’ve been doing it for about 2 weeks now. The exercises it gives are great. However, the rate at which they expect results is crazy. Redid BeginnerI was able to complete some of the exercises very easily and others were difficult. For me the sit-ups are difficult and can only finish 50% and start again, my objective is to do it right and if unable then begin again. I wish there were options the leg crunches are easy and can do twice as many but the sit-ups..Version: 5.5

Have used this for three yearsThis is a terrific way to improve core strength. The exercises are ab focused but you will see benefits beyond that if you do it regularly. After faithfully doing the first beginner module every day, I then backed off on frequency, and have gone to every other day when I hit the gym. Advice: the first module is the worst because it’s nearly all sit-ups. My tailbone became a bit raw. I recommend skip Beginner1 and start with Beginner2 instead. Also, I’m using this app on the IPhone 12, and am not having issues that were described by another reviewer..Version: 5.5

Structured challengeThis app allows you to pick you level and complete a 30 day challenge. I have an iPhone 11 and the calendar is zoomed in, so you are unable to select the days to complete this on an iPhone 11. However, I have an iPad and the calendar is displayed perfectly on this. This is the only reason it does not have 5* from me. I have just completed the beginners 30 day challenge. Was it hard? Yes. Did it go up in what felt to be large increments? Yes. However, it is doable. It’s a challenge and it’s not meant to be easy - if it were easy, it wouldn’t be doing much. My best advice would be, if you are struggling/unable to complete a day, do the exercises from the previous day and build up some resistance until you’re able to complete the day you were unable to complete. I intend to continue using this app and hope to complete all 6 challenges!.Version: 5.5

Got me back on my feetWe’ll start this off in 2016, I had a severe accident. Got traumatic brain injury, right hand paralysis and all the nasty stuff. I was told I could get better, but I’d have to work hard. Wasn’t too long until I was walking and using the gym, then the pandemic hit. “I’m piling on the pounds” became a sentence I was using far too much, and I wasn’t recovering in the slightest. This app has started that off again! I’m now in constant recovery, and losing my weight! In fact, I’m gaining the weight back in muscle. Definitely feel much better with my health, looking forward to next month already! Honestly made my life style betterWhen I was 15 I got bullied for being big and I was so self conscious but I stuck to this app and did it for months. At the age of 15 I was 16 and a half stone which is not healthy for a 14 year old I comfort ate and then I did this work out every morning and every night for 3 months and I saw a massive change and I lost 5 and a half stone and and I was eating healthier and felt a lot happier. Very effective appSo I’ve been using this app for 3 months now and I’ve finished beginner 1 and 2 and I’ve actually seen some toning on my abs and I’ve carried on with intermediate 1 and I am starting to see the 2 pack. (This review was during the summer). I had uninstalled the app as when I started university I didn’t have much time as I had a lot of fresher events to go to. But I started this app again from January 14th 2019 and I’m doing gym also to get the best outcome. I do gym 4 days a week and so do the exercise 4 days a week and I’ve done it for a month now and I can see the 2 pack fully toned. Free, hard work and it just works!I have not yet completed the full 30 days but can tell you this app is worth downloading. It gives you the structure you need to get a sweat on as long as you accompany it with a simple cardio warm up before hand of about 5 minutes. Google is your friend for this. It has different tiers of difficulty and apart from some sneaky ads no annoying subscription plan or premium bolt ons. All the exercises are yours to copy right from the get. Animations also add an added level of assurance that you are making the most of each day. Ticking each exercise off one by one, 30 day abs is how every exercise app should be!.Version: 5.5

Best ExerciseI am about to do the 30th day today. I work at a desk/computer most days now. I could tell my core and limbs losing muscle tone. Good, quick progress, a challenge as it should beLove the quick progress you make if you really focus on form etc, starting with low fitness I’ve just finished level 1 beginner and going from 10 secs plank to 2mins in a month. That progress keeps you inspired. Some guidance on how to progress into the higher levels would be good, as the last day on beginner 1 to the 1st on beginner 2 seems quite a step down in difficulty. MalfunctioningUsed this app years on and off. Come back to use it again and the app doesn’t seem to fit the screen of my iPhone 11.. can’t use the app because it insists I start again and the first line (starting with day 1) is not visible to click on. HelpfulI have downloaded the whole set of these exercises as I did the plank one and wanted to try another. I don’t stick to them religiously, but they are a great reminder of what I should be doing and suggest suitable exercises. I like the simplicity of it..Version: 5.5

It works!I did the intermediate level 1 and noticed a HUGE difference. I haven’t changed my diet or done any other workouts. The workouts are perfect for a busy schedule and I love that I’ve seen so much improvement. The only thing I could think to change is making the levels build off of each other. It seems that when I started intermediate level 2, the workout is about half as hard as day 30 of the last level was. Other than that, great app and program!.Version: 5.5

Ur going to need to push urselfI am almost done with my 30 day beginner 1 and I already see a HUGE improvement . I got comfortable with the workouts and the steadily increasing levels are manage but tough. It does increase on a large curve but it gives you rest days and has the same workouts some days in between. You will need to push yourself a little but it is WORTH IT!!!.Version: 5.5

Determination neededI enjoyed the app loads! I could see my ability, fitness and strength improve lots! I went from the couch to being determined. I have now reached the 22th day on the Beginner level 1, I have seen it get much harder for me to cope. Probably due to my age. If you are determined I recommend this app! What a difference.Had countless gym memberships over the years but just got bored or lacked motivation with no physical results. This however is exactly what it says, a “challenge”. Was I going to let a phone app beat me, no chance so I took up the challenge and won. I’ve seen more physical gains through doing this in my spare room than I ever did at a £30 a month gym. Honestly it works for me and I’m just flipping it on repeat now. It’s true what they say,30 days and you’re in habit mode. Get home from work, crack out a session, job done. ⭐️ Completed Beginner Level 1! ⭐️So I competed beginner level 1 and I see great results. 😍 I feel stronger, my stomach is flatter, and I’m seeing definition in my abs without flexing. Now I’m hooked! I started beginner level 2 this week, and which added in a new ab work out and starts off with more sit ups, crunches, etc. It is easy to use, and is definitely helpful if you aren’t sure how to start working out, don’t know what to do, and how much to do. The only thing I will say is, if you want to see results you have to be dedicated to completing the days / work outs. 💕.Version: 5.5

Gotta stick with itCombine this app with a slow and steady change to your eating habits, and you’ll start to see some real progress after a few months. I had no abs and some flab to my name before I started, but -7 pounds later and at the end of month 3 (intermediate lvl 1) my abs are now visible with minimal flexing. They’re not model worthy, but I feel good when I look in the mirror in the morning for sure. This app won’t give you instant abs, but nothing will do that for you. This is greatSo, I’m doing it level by level, and I plan to complete all the levels. I love this app! I used to only be able to do a half plank for 3 seconds. I still can’t do a push-up but I’m only on beginner level one. It helped because, I used to be able to not half plank for even 3 seconds. I’m not even exaggerating! Daily inspirationI stared off this new year without any resolutions because I didn’t want to let myself down. Being significantly overweight was enough to bear. So I started this app to get myself going in the right direction and in increments that I could accomplish each day. Starting with the beginner category it takes me 2 minuets at most. 40 day ab challengeThe challenges are hard but the beginner level one challenge is really easy. This is why I started on the beginner level two and preferred that. The timer on the plank challenge is very useful. As well the explanations and demonstrations are useful because I never knew some of the stuff. I would recommend this to ages 10+.
