✗ The theory's good, but timer inadequate in practiceI bought Mary Berry's Christmas Collection book and thought the app would be a useful addition, especially for the multiple timing settings involved in Christmas baking. The timer is inadequate for this purpose - one small beep easily missed, no instructions for increasing the volume or length the sound plays, and should your iPad go into sleep mode, the timer's very here or there about whether it picks up at the right time again.
