✓ No Way Out!!I love this game,always have. It’s the best word search out there I believe. Best variety. Always updating and adding new searches. BUT.... I recently got a new phone; an iPhone XS Max. For some reason on my new phone that’s suppose to be better than my older android,the game doesn’t advance by itself from level to level. I have to hit the pause button,then “end this round”,then “back”,and then click on whatever level I’m currently proceeding too. Also I am currently stuck on a level I just completed because I accidentally hit the “redo” button. Now no other options will appear on my screen. No pause,no back,no end round. This has happened several times before when I didn’t have multiple puzzles finished. I had to uninstall and reinstall. This is why I’m giving 3 stars. Why is this happening?? ✓ Fun butWhile I thoroughly enjoy doing word searches, I find that the clueless bonus words on the champs levels can be time consuming - mainly on the topics I'm quite uninterested in. I wouldn't mind so much, but when the daily free hints aren't refreshed.....ever, it just is flat out frustrating and makes me want to delete the app. I contacted customer support, but that seems to be nonexistent as I have yet to garner a response after two weeks of emails, tweets, and Facebook posts. ✓ Constant harassment to rate gameDue to CONSTANTLY being asked to rate the game and denying the request MULTIPLE times, I am rating this game with one star. Don't harass you're customers. I paid at least $5 dollars for this game including $1.99 to remove the ads. I do not want to be interrupted to be asked to rate the game after EVERY SINGLE ROUND. ✓ Great gameI have enjoyed every round of this game. I particularly like the hidden bonuses. They've kept me thinking. I am greatly looking forward to them coming up with new themes as I have run out of the ones they have already done. That's the only reason I docked a star.
