✓ Account Menu NeedsThe bank app update has been excellent and it shows the desire of StanChart Ghana to lead in the technology sector amongst banks in Ghana. However the account in the main menu could use a change in design to make it more appealing and user friendly, but besides that really pleased with the update..Version: 4.8.0

✓ Poor customer service by SCI’ve tried using the app for international wire transfers and it keeps failing. Visited SC branches and reported the issue but it remains unresolved. The call center for SC Ghana operates from India or somewhere in South East Asia and offers very limited information support. Whatever informs the decision for an Africa operation to be receiving support from Asia remains intriguing. I don’t even know my bank relationship manager to get personalized support. SC Ghana should fix this!.Version: 5.19.11

✓ Menu Bar at top left cornerAwesome app and makes it possible to do almost every needed thing at the banking hall but It is difficult touching the 3 lines for the menu at the top left corner on an iPhone 13 pro max. Not so sure about the other versions. If the Menu button can be maximized, that’ll be great!.Version: 5.19.1

✓ Easy-to-use applicationJust chanced on it when going through the app store. It was on a holiday but the Stanchart Ghana call center responded when I called to activate. I was asked a few questions about my account and within minutes my one time PIN was sent to my phone. The app is so easy to use and even the dumbest of a person won't find it difficult using the app. I can now monitor what goes on in my Stanchart accounts. Well done, Team Stanchart!.Version: 1.0
