✗ My experienceOver the website you will find places where it will tell you that you can sign up for a cloud account for free … it is for free but if you want to sync your recipes to multiple devices and to the cloud (so that if you ever have to change phones or a different device) then you have to pay a membership fee ($5-$15 depending on what you choose). I got a new phone and lost access to my recipes. I had to buy a basic membership for a month so that I could get them back … this was fine. It was hard for me to get answers about how to get them back until I wrote a review that was honest but not exactly nice (I am rewriting that now-thank you for your help!). Once they responded to me I was able to get help but normally you have to pay a higher priced membership fee for technology help (I understand but just wanted to know if there was a way to get my recipes back before I paid money). A way to call and explain your situation might help? The bad thing was that only some of my recipes came back! I have no clue how that is possible because apparently I should have access to my recipes all of the time but I have done everything to get them back. I at least have a starting point so I am working to retype up my recipes. I suggest doing a backup on your computer as a file as well as a cloud backup. :).Version: 26.5
