However, there are basically no ways to customize the interface at all, and the app shut down after my first game. If that could be fixed, other changes I’d like to see are: 1) Ability to hide the recent word list - it’s distracting 2) Ability to disable colors if you’d prefer the memory challenge while selecting letters (did I enter this word before? Etc.) 3) Enable tapping the previous letter to go back if you hit a letter you didn’t mean to, or if you want to think about a different route. ✓ Great game***EDIT***After playing the game for a few days, I started getting multiple pop up ads. They were very annoying, but I could close them immediately. Then, BAM, porn video popped up with no warning. I have no idea if this is with or without the knowledge of the game creators, and frankly, I don't care. ✓ LOVE IT, despite major shortcomingsReally fun, and addictive! And I've gotten so much better at bananagrams and scrabble since playing this game!!! There's some major downsides however. First and foremost, there is NO way to remove the ads! Every other minute I'm accidentally hitting the ads at the bottom while playing and some incredibly obnoxious song/video starts playing. Also, there are only a limited number of puzzles and once you've gone through them all it recycles them back from the beginning. Then, there are some issues where legitimate words are missing while sometimes totally illegitimate words are sometimes accepted (proper nouns, abbreviations). Finally, some pleasant sound effects would be a really nice touch that seems to be missing. Despite these qualms, I play this game somewhat compulsively and I still love it. As other reviews have stated: missing common words, randomly allows some proper nouns but not others, improper plurals, and random non-English and archaic words. Also irritating, a number of times when I cannot figure out a word and check against the game’s word list, the word I cannot solve is not even on the list. (i.e. need five letter word starting with n & 3rd letter i... none fitting that pattern on the list!). I’ve had this app for over a year now, and a few months back they added full screen ads that show up in between every couple rounds of play (at least for timed mode which is what I use). I’m unable to close these ads without closing the app itself, and it’s incredibly frustrating. If they had a paid version of the app that disabled these ads I wouldn’t be posting this review, but between full screen ads you can’t close and the lack of any way to disable them I had to give this only 3 stars.ZunderbarVersion: 1.4

✓ Could be so much betterThis could be a great game, but the dictionary/vocabulary list is bizarre and inconsistent. It has a mix of proper and regular nouns. It has some singular and some plural, some only singular. They look for the most obscure definitions and use those. The game would be so much better if it conformed to other word games and used an accepted dictionary or a game play dictionary such as SOWPODS. When playing as is, you spend most of your time looking at online crossword dictionaries and looking at the last definitions for the most remote and irregular definitions possible. ✓ Very limited word listBoggle style - under free is pitiful. So so so many common words are NOT accepted. There are also many other problems. You try and try to put a common word in, and at the end you use a hint and there is the word you have been trying and now it is accepted. What is going on?!!! Also at the end when you use a hint, you see a word which you already entered and is in your list, but is accepted again. It seems that the developers command and vocabulary of the English language is severely lacking. In addition, the boggle word puzzles are NOT randomly generated. My wife and son also played and all three of us get the exact same puzzles in the same order. I also deleted the app and then downloaded it again, and got the same puzzles in the same order. The game has a really good feel and is fun, but so frustrating by the limited vocabulary, repeats, proper noun usage, 7 letter word limit, and fixed puzzle order that I cannot recommend this game until these issues are fixed. ✓ Fun but seriously needs fixingI wish I loved this I really do. It’s everything I’ve been wanting but so many legitimate words are not accepted as valid and so many illegitimate words are. For instance: one of the words that was necessary to complete the puzzle I just did was “swinges” the definition being “to lightly burn something”. They clearly mean “singes” but I finally figured out the misspelling and entered in the incorrect one to get points. Then it showed it in a sentence once I did that and the sentence said “I singed my eyebrow”.... so it’s just a typo on their part. Seems like a huge oversight and it continually happens in this game.
