I finally lost the weight !I cannot recommend this app enough! I had a great metabolism that started to slow after my mid 20s. Before 35 I could easily lose weight I gained by diet and working out . When I turned 35, I gained 10 pounds that I tried to lose for almost 2 years. I dieted and worked out and nothing worked . Anytime I had a bad day of eating, I'd gain it all back. I was determined to lose the weight and made a New Years resolution to lose it . I added 7 minute work out and kept on watching what I was eating and running 3 miles a day on my elliptical. I'll admit I have bad will power and a bad sweet tooth but even when I had a bad day or two , after adding the 7 minute workout, I started losing weight ! Not a lot of weight . Just a pound or so a week but that was all I needed . I also started to get better definition in my arms , legs, and stomach . I do my 7 minute workout every day and now am not really watching my diet as closely but i have maintained my weight for a month now . I couldn't be happier and will do this workout forever. I love that I can maintain my weight now and still eat my cake ! Best money I ever spent !.Version: 1.4

Amazing App!At first I was not to sure about this app, like how could you possibly get a good workout in 7 min, but this app has proved me wrong. After 7 min I feel like I worked out 20 min and although some of the moves seem simple, if you use correct form and focus on the muscle you are working, you can get a really good workout. I tend to be sweaty after 7 min. I've noticed too after every workout later in the day, I feel energized and stronger. I've already noticed after a few workouts my body feels leaner. I have not noticed any weightloss yet, but I am sure if I am consistent I will see great changes. Thanks for creating this Amazing app. Only thing on my wish would be to be able to switch out certain exercises with other ones, or more customization of the workout..Version: 1.4

Love it!This app is great because the exercises can be performed at any time in seven minutes! Good sculpting!After a month of using this workout I see a significant difference in my performance, strength and tone. The push-up and twist is still hard for me. I like the pace as I can concentrate on strengthening my core by doing the exercises slowly and I believe my overall strength has improved. Fast and funThere's not a lot to fault with this app. The exercises are all doable with little modification, and seeing improvements in only two weeks was heartening (much better push up, and more of them, if still on my knees!). Great training aid!I bought this thinking it seemed like a gentle way to get back into training, since I've started running and mountain biking again. How hard can 7 minutes be? Much harder than you think! I've been doing 3 repetitions. The first round seems ok, the second time, you know you're working then the third really gets in there! Enjoying it so far! A Good WorkoutI thought this would not be much of a challenge. It is actually a pretty intense workout that I feel all day. The science behind it is convincing. What I like most is that it doesn't take a lot of time and only requires one piece of equipment (a chair). I've been using this several weeks and notice definite strength gains and improved posture. A great workout!This app provides a great workout! I am doing 7 min. every morning, and it is both muscle strengthening and cardio. Needs a design overhaul.In no set order: * It needs to have an option to set the time for reminder. * I don't want it record any pauses - pauses were to make your app work correctly so please don't record demotivations. * Needs full and proper stones and ounces support. * Needs option to delete or ammend incorrect weight data (especially when the stones and ounces calculation is erroneous). * The voice over is good. * The video has blotchy yellow, pink background - it has not been matted to white correctly. * The video is tiny - OK for iPod not remotely big enough for iPad. It also ignores the gender setting for video. * Pink clashes enormously with green - yuck! In fact I think the female photography and video need to be redone. Even on its own that green is better than that pink with green but still it's a vile green (if mcrosoft picked a green...). * Typeface is too small for next exercise and exercise cycle and the former gets almost entirely faded out with the grey counter (and wiping to remove it from across the room is unrealistic). * The layout is bad (I use landscape orientation) - that grey outline on 3 sides?? It makes the whole screen look smaller and crushed together like on an iPhone, when on an iPad we want the screen to look big and expansive and spacious. * The typography on that grey countdown is wrong - it doesn't fit the style of the rest - too fine and the grey looks out of place in all that 'lovely' green! * Its so-so design is starting to look ugly compared to the visual flair of the '7-Minutes Workout' by TAPelicious.com(but no ipad version), the '7 Minute Workout “Seven” ' by Perigee (an iAP con!) or 'The Johnson & Johnson Official 7 Minute Workout App' (but 4sec rest and no next exercise info). * The circling element of the visual timer could do with being in a more contrasting colour (perhaps paler orange but take a look at Kuler or Colourlovers, etc). * Just because we select female model - she shouldn't always be showing the 'cheat' version of pressups (that could be shown as an option if desired). * The scribble, dropshadow arrow is out of place and it also covers over the letters so it reads "tap to hegin"(sic) * A reminder for a missed workout is a good option but to label all of us "lazy" is an incredibly counter-productive phrasing for many people. * It could use more workouts too - now paid pay-again add-ons although they can also be achievement unlocked. * The voiceover, the calendar, the inclusion of a weight tracker, are all nice. EDIT: A few of these have been addressed by v 1.2. The voiceover prompt, sideswitch prompt, the achievements calc. bug. Adding one star (achievement!)..Version: 1.4

Your own HIITRecently started to get back into exercise after ages out of it. I know short sharp intense workouts cause the afterburn and this is the ideal app for doing heartraisers. You can tweak it for doing longer circuits as you unlock challenges. I tend to throw in a few free weights and a run a week as well as getting enough good wholesome food and low carbs so it's not all the app, but the point is the app is setting me on the road to real fitness again. The weight is dropping off and after two months down two inches on waist and building up lean muscle. The question is without the app would I have started again? I doubt it in my current circumstances and I'd have no problems downloading the new circuits as you have to keep your circuits fresh so you don't plateaux. Brilliant app thank you.Version: 1.4
