It would also be great if you could mark a step as done with a swipe rather then a press and hold. ✓ This is a must for mini paintersThe only thing I can critique about this app. Is that it needs an IPad version, a gradient option for shifting color paints, and a place to enter the hex codes for colors for custom entries. Other then that, it’s near perfect and I use it all the time..Version: 1.5.3

✓ Very useful toolA fantastic tool for organising and planning your mini painting projects. Each project allows you to store a collection of materials made up of various different stages of painting - each of which can store either a standard paint, or a mix ratio (which can be further broken down into ml of paint used) - along with individual models in that project complete with completion percentage (based upon how far through each material you are). The interface could do with a little bit of work: adding paints can initially be confusing (though it does come with an extensive list of colours from popular manufacturers), and a list of default painting stages would also be useful (base, layer, highlight, shade) rather than you needing to add them yourself. There are also some fields that could do with a little more explanation. Further, it would be nice if you could transfer materials between projects to save you having to input frequently used combinations and approaches. All in all a great app; thanks for the hard work!.Version: 1.4.2

✓ Amazingly Useful, Crashes OccasionallyThe concept is great. I've transferred all of my handwritten painting notes into this app and it organized them wonderfully. The ability to attach a picture of a model to essentially a step-by-step guide to how I painted it is really useful. I still run into crashes occasionally when adding layers to a material, and if not for this I'd have given a 5-star review..Version: 1.2.3

✓ An invaluable toolIt’s an amazing app. Keeps me consistent not only in how I paint but also lets me check exactly how I achieved an effect for use with future projects. Quite invaluable for reminding me what’s been done already when I came back to an army after a few months working on something else. ✓ Great app for tracking paint steps, would love a place to share pmmf filesI really enjoy this app. It has most major miniature paint brands you can think of and will help you sketch out and track your paint recipes. Being able to attach images of your projects and track the minis in that project is a neat touch. One thing I’ve been trying to find, but haven’t, is a place to share or download other people’s recipe files. It’s advertised as a function of the app, but I can’t really find anyone online, or a place, that has these files to share or download. It would be great to see a function like that or a community for sharing files..Version: 1.4.2

✓ Great App for wargamersAmazing app for keeping track of your paint schemes. Paint libraries for major manufacturers (citadel, Vallejo, etc) can be downloaded from the creators website. Can be a bit daunting at first, but that's just because of the sheer amount of options. Highly recommended!.Version: 1.2.0

✓ Remarkably useful!I've never been able to be meticulous about documenting my painting, but this app has really changed that for me. ✓ Great organization toolDidn’t think I would like this app as much as I do but it’s fantastic! It forces you to take the time and plan out your project for each part of your painting. Dev suggestion: Instead of using the ‘bookmark’ feature of a painting step to track progress, maybe make a small radio button or a slide step to count that step as done. I want to bookmark a paint step to return to it, not necessarily to track progress..Version: 1.5.1
✓ You gotta get this app!I’m not really used to giving reviews so here goes. I think the app is great. Everything from the paints you have access to and the way you can plan out your mini’s paint scheme and select the paint you would need is fantastic. Also the way you can select what’s in your stock and what’s available out there to creating a shopping list for what paints you might need is awesome. If a paint isn’t in your database to request it from PaintBay which is the online database that all the paints are derived from before you download them to your database. All in all this is one of the best apps I have on my phone today. You gotta get this app!.Version: 1.5.0
✓ Handier than expected.I've kept track of my paint recipes with pen and paper for years and it's always worked just fine. I was sceptical of this app but decided on giving it a try: I was pointed to it by a fellow Golden Demon winner after all and I consider he knows what he's talking about. It includes an excellent color scheme selection tool that helps you pick and visualize your color selection. It allows you to scroll through a number of different color theory options in the process too. It also helps you keep track of what paint you need to buy on your next trip to your local hobby store. It's worth the price for these two features alone. I haven't even delved into some options this app contains. I'm sure I'll get even more use out of it in the future..Version: 1.2.2

✓ Great for mini paint planning and loggingUsing this app to plan and paint Malifaux crews with Golden Fluid Acrylics. It is fun to catalog all your paint colors and pick a color that matches the bottle. A numerical picker would be a nice addition. Would also like to be able to display a final color for mixtures in addition to the banded mixes. Would also like to add all materials to a mini before hand and move the star to show completion percentage. Easy to add photos of minis. ✓ Awesome app, needs a little more...This app is awesome for keeping track of large paint jobs. The way you can create materials and then assign them to minis is also fantastic. This app is so close to 5 stars, but it needs a little more, namely: - The order of the minis change every time you open the app and there’s no sorting methods. The ability to alpha sort is important for larger jobs. - The ability to group minis in to folders would really clean up the miniatures section. Considering that many games have clans/tribes/races/etc the ability to place minis in folders would be of great benefit. - I would love to be able to collapse each category in the materials page. That way instead of scrolling through to find what you want you could look for the category you want, tap on it (expanding it), and then look for the material you want..Version: 1.4.4
