✓ Can’t RespondHello, Please update the app so that you may response to the customer service representatives when they respond to your request in the app. The app immediately crashes when you get ready to type a response in the message field. Thanks..Version: 2.16.1
✓ Doesn't work!App doesn't work. Especially when the dealership don't add your info correctly and you can't get customer service email on the app to send a message to them. Comes back failed several times. Don't get this app. Not worth the frustration!.Version: 1.1
✓ PCPAgain, Can't use the new app because car warranty has expired and not renewable. I’m unable to remove this. Please fix. Otherwise I loved the old app..Version: 2.6.2
