✓ Not a real appNot what I consider a real app at least afar as patient medical record. Exact same look as their website. When you open it you have to zoom in to be able to read anything and log in. I expect more from a high end institution and leading medical record system..Version: 3.0.1

✓ A University can’t create a working app?I get texts from my doctor numerous times to confirm my appointment. One yes and message back that my appt is confirmed should be enough. It tells me to click the link for directions. Since my dr. Practices in two locations, it would be nice to know where the appt is. It is just another dead link. I can’t believe that a university can’t produce a working app. Don’t waste your time downloading..Version: 2.0.0

✓ App doesn’t work most of the timeEvery time I click on my chart, it takes me to the App Store and to an app called my chart. It is very frustrating. I have to delete it and reinstall it. When I do that it works fine the first time. Then it goes back to the App Store!.Version: 3.1.0

✓ MRII was at Lennar on December 28,2018 for an MRI ... I arrived 45 minutes early as advised, when I checked in and payed they informed me they where running about an hour behind... That turned into 4 hours , my appointment was at 2pm I left after 5pm. Now I’m back for a second MRI on May 1,2019 and once again after I checked in and payed I was told they are running 1 to 2 hours behind... I told them I couldn’t stay and I had to wait another 30 minutes just to get a refund and reschedule my appointment for May 2,2019 @ 7:30 am ... once again I arrived @6:45 am as advised and there is no one here not even an employee... Totally unacceptable total disregard for someone else’s time... So much money spent on this nice facility and there is no organization or people who care ?.Version: 3.03

✓ Decent app, big feature requestThe app itself is a decent enough web translation of the mobile site, with easy access to information and ability to schedule appointments. I do have one MAJOR feature request, and that is the ability to connect health records to the native Apple Health app! If the development team is reading, please make this happen!.Version: 3.1.0
