✓ Great App with room to improveI think the app as evolved over the last few years into a really handy tool. For a small business like ourselves this makes life so much easier, however as with all things there is room for improvement. I would like to it be possible to alter direct debits, standing orders from a mobile device, currently only allowed from a laptop/PC..Version: 19.0
✓ Great but personal account allows payee set up !Easy to use but annoying that a passcode is used when personal banking uses fingerprint, why? Also still need a computer and token to add a new payee! Why? On the BoS personal app it can be done. Most inconvenient.Version: 19.0

✓ IPhone version of AppThis is a good banking app, well integrated and easy to make payments and track monthly statements. I like the ease of listing payee’s but when doing payments it would be good if it didn’t require the password to authorise each payment - the fingerprint recognition to confirm would be slicker please?.Version: 19.0

Setting up a new payee is still unacceptable having to use a card and card reader and phoning bank - don’t understand what the problem is if I’ve already gone through all the necessary security measures to log in!.Version: 50.03
