✓ Do not purchase this product!I transferred to this platform for my social channels and have found it to be very basic and kit able to perform at the standard it says it can. There are constant issues and using this platform adds more time to my day having to deal with the issues than if I jumped on and posted things natively to my social channels. ✓ Useless AppI only use this app because my job requires it. Social Studio is useless. It doesn’t let you upload videos at the same size that Facebook and Instagram accepts. The app has other glitches like not being able to tag people/pages. When we I post multiple photos on Facebook it duplicates the caption for every photo. These issues have been around for year. ✓ HorribleThis app does not work as it should. The engage column cuts out and does not let you go back in history (sometimes no further than 20 mins). I used the use the app to engage with posts but because of this issue I can’t. I have raised a complaint but it’s not going to be fixed anytime soon. Unfortunately, many times when one person takes action (such as hiding comments), the next persons dashboard does not indicate that this action was taken (a hidden post still appears).
