✓ Absolute WASTE of MONEYBought 3 of these to tour Carcassonne wasted hours trying to get to work- worked partially then would not work any more- play button would not work- I want my money back-maybe the bug fix 2 days ago is the problem???.Lex DominusVersion: 10.2.3

✓ 3D maps highly annoyingGPS in built up areas simply doesn’t work that well. I frequently went off track a bit , but couldn’t use the map on the tour as it was 3d and I was often under a building etc. I had to drop out to google maps to get back on track. The map also said I was 160m away from my next spot and getting further away , but I was right on it and it soon started the audio description. ✓ Good tour guide, issues with the app.The audio tour was very good and an easy voice to listen to, Interesting facts and good choice of route. There were however many problems with the app itself, the gps couldn’t locate me properly and I had to force the tour to kick in when arriving at each place rather than it doing so automatically, the directions didn’t work at all so the tour ended up being considerably longer than it was supposed to be..MjyukVersion: 7.0.9

✓ Navigation needs workI loved the information that was shared by the guide. Unfortunately I found it difficult to follow the directions. When I made mistakes it just stopped talking and did not redirect me. I spent a lot of time just looking at the map and definitely missed some of the sights on the tour (despite it being an area of the city I had spent a lot of time walking around the previous days). ✓ Richmond Tour where is the history???I’m sorry but so far this has been the worst audio tour I have ever done. Why did I walk all along here just to hear about how this person I don’t know got locked out of her apartment? We passed so many amazing spots without any mention of their history. Not even a mention of the balboa theater! Massive oversight. Also, these long silences could be largely improved with some music. The Detour app was much better than this. It is waaay to specific to this random girl’s life. We want info on the actual neighborhood. Very disappointed with this. I’m am typing this while the narrator tells some dark story about her aunt and a cult, presumably to add some intrigue to the tour. But it just feels so random and weird and again, has so little to do with learning about the history of this neighborhood since it is so specific to this one person’s experience..GwitthuhnVersion: 7.1.6

✓ Great history, poor App.The history lesson was great, but the app would not stay on track and would just stop playing. So we continually had to go into the list of recordings and push play to get it to go forward. We also thought it would be better to have something playing continually like music or something, vs just going silent. ✓ No redeeming qualitiesMy husband was excited about getting one of these tours for Ronda, Spain. It was not user friendly at all. Instead of helping you to actually use the app or download the promotional tour we were constantly being asked to pay for the tour we were entitled to.
