✓ Great Game! Poor support teamLove the game played it for over two years or more! Got permanently banned for invalid sign-up. Tried contacting them for a reason and they would not tell me reasoning behind the invalid sign-up. Told me to look in the terms and expected me to find why in it. They said there would be no more investigation and that it was permanent. I would love to keep playing but I’m not going to start playing from beginning all over again. ✓ Gets boringI’ve been playing Kritika forever it seems. At least 5 years give or take. Mostly I log on, collect dailies and maybe do some quests sometimes. But after so long it’s just the same thing over and over again. The graphics are great but it lacks a lot of stuff. Somethings that could be changed, or future updates, have a personal storyline for each character, instead of having a strict outfit/hairstyle/weapon skin colour, have it where you can change the colours of it. There’s so many things that you could expand on to make the game even better instead of making it p2w and just increasing the characters awakenings. The free karats are great and always will be but can only go so far with out paying for more..Version: 4.2.5

✓ The Honest TruthI’m not going to lie I USED to LOVE this game but after awhile it gets boring because it’s so hard to level up and you can only do so much to level up for better gear. In my guild I see inactive people for over 500 days that’s almost 2 years! I think that the work of this game is awesome but not good enough to meet the likes of majority of the people that used to play the game everyday. little by little I want to get on less and less. I got on today because I absolutely refused my brother from deleting the game because I get on every now and then but now I ask myself “why do you still get on?” The answer is I still think you can improve and I believe in you guys I would love to get addicted to this game again. ✓ This one bug put me offI got the free special weapons/characters bundle for new characters. I just reached lvl 30 and equipped the wings. I closed the game and found that I had a notification on it so I reopened it and selected my character. When it loaded my character the sword look which came with the pack and the wings had vanished from my inventory like they never existed. Wow so you give new players some power which is good but don't patch a devastating bug which can easily lose those riches... I would like another copy of the wings and the skull sword look. ✓ GamevilDon't ever trust gamevil to keep a game going, I've spent hundreds on their games then they suddenly shut them down with no correct refund policy in place. Developers in this company need serious repercussions after they money they have ripped people out of. If you close a game all they money someone has spent on it no matter what it was should be refunded. ✓ The game is fine, but RNG is rigged as alwaysPros: the game is fun, easy to understand and engaging. Unlike other mobile games you can actually manually control the combat. There’s always something to do and the game is fairly generous early on. The devs hold frequent events too which is nice. Cons: you do need to buy vip status and upgrade that status if you want to progress after max level. Even then it becomes very grindy (which isn’t necessarily bad). RNG is rigged, as with every mobile game. For example, at the end of each mission you pick 1 of 3 boxes for a reward. If you want to pick a second time you can pay with premium currency. Except, you actually arent picking between three set boxes. They’re preset odds and they're stacked against you to push you into paying for a second pick. To test it I picked 34 times in a row and despite there being a high grade gear piece every time (your options are revealed after you pick), I never got it once. By end game you auto-run hundreds of missions and even then, I will get the gear piece consistent with a 2% chance. I despise mechanics like this. I also regularly fail gear upgrade attempts with 80% success rates 5-7 times in a row. Again, twisted RNG mechanics. Aside from these things the game is fun with plenty to do..Version: 4.0.3

✓ It’s a gameOk so like it’s a game. It’s got levels and I was actually expecting more of an MMORPG idk why but yeah so I was disappointed. The graphics are quite nice but not perfect because I’ve seen better. The gameplay is rather smooth and the animation and everything is alright. Also, the game doesn’t need for you to download a huge bundle of data before playing if you are playing for the first time which I am grateful for. The game itself is cool and I’m fine with that but... The first issue is the tutorial. It’s so long and it forces you to play levels even if you don’t want to. You also can’t skip it. The next thing is the fact that you can’t change the camera angle whilst playing and sometimes the character goes off screen. And then there’s another issue also. So yeah I like literally just downloaded the game and loaded it up. I went through the tutorial as fast as possible because it was very boring and said stuff that people with any common sense would know. Then, I read something saying that I was level 35 already. I only played 2 or 3 stages and didn’t do any dungeons. Then I checked my level and realised that I was actually level 70. I don’t know if this is a glitch but yeah... I started it up using a new character and it didn’t happen for that. I don’t know if being level 70 when you just played like 2 stages is good or bad but I don’t really care about that. I just think that it’s a glitch so yeah. You can get a lot of free stuff and I started off with 2,000 gems (or carrat as mentioned in the game) but I don’t know if it’s just me. The money and stuff transfer over to your other characters and overall it’s a quite fun and addictive game if you’re into this sort of stuff. I like that the game makes you work to get better gear and that paying for carats doesn't actually give you that big of an advantage. ✓ Won't startSimply put after the latest update my game won't get past the loading screen right at the start. Can't give a good rating if I can't play the game. But the gameplay is pretty good and graphics aren't bad either. The only problem is that everything is so expensive and earning karats isnt easy. Also at the end of the stages the chests seem to be fixed so that you get the lest optimal item from the 3 on show. Many people like myself have never gotten a decent item and the amount of reviews that mentions it is kinda worrying. The game is still not working after a considerable amount of time the customer service is absolutely atrocious I would give it 0 stars but sadly can't, it's a shame really the game was actually decent. ✓ FrustratedDon’t ever get knock out of your game because no one will help you recover your game. You have to have all this information but the only way to get it is if you are in the game. I have been trying since 02/27 to get back into my account with no help from Hive. I have been playing for years with them and all they seem to care about is making money off everyone. ✓ Glitch or programming?I love this game to bits, it's brilliant fun and I love the style. My only issue is that (whether it's just me or not) every time I complete a stage, you get the chance to win one of three prizes. Nearly every time the armour crafting piece is one of the selection, I only ever get that, nothing else. Is it just I'm really unlucky, its a glitch, or is it programmed into the game that you can't get something else? ✓ WowIt's an addictive slasher game, with decent gaming models reminds me of world of warcraft(but child friendly version) all and all good game. Bit to many ads for buying gems and also ads say when you invite a friend from Facebook you get a free gift of 5k gems. This is not the case cause I did it, invited my daughter and got nothing. Each passing year game becomes more and more pay 2 win oops ran out of stamina no worries here’s a refill only pay 6.99… congratz you’ve hit max level want to fast forward to ultimate awake no worries will only cost 13.99 + 6.99 + 3.99 for awakening, super awake and ultra awake. Ooo want to have an easier time playing the game as f2p no worries just spent 2-3k on vip pot packs whenever they show up other wise spend 10-12k real money to hit vip13 where u can buy lapiz on black market for gold. Ooo ur a returnee player no worries here’s some even worse returner rewards where u don’t get a +25 eth pet anymore juz a eth meteorite ticket and a eth pet ticket wowww.
