✓ Good ideaIt's a good idea and I like the concept, but for an app geared towards kids "5 and under" it's disappointing the plant and tree names can't be spoken/read to the child. My 4 year old certainly can't read these big words. It's a little confusing also to navigate and figure out what exactly you're doing. Hope it gets better, I do like the concept!.Version: 1.2.0
✓ I want to like this, but...I mean, the graphics are lovely and my son figured out a couple of cool tricks such as making lightning. Beyond that, the "exploratory" interface is not in any way intuitive. The developers must realize this deep down - why else would they have a 19-page (no joke!) manual available on their website. Oh! And my son somehow recorded us talking while he was playing in the app. There is no obvious way to delete these recordings, save deleting the app. Which I'm about to do..Version: 1.0.1
✓ BoringAfter loving their Human Body app, I am disappointed with this one. It isn't even half as interactive and there are limited things to learn. My kids get frustrated that the animals don't respond to their taps. The graphics are complex, intricate and realistic vs Human Body, however I prefer that of the latter. What's most annoying is at the plant close-up mode, pressing on a spot for more than 1 second brings up an alert about the microphone not being on. Please fix this glitch!.Version: 1.0.1

✓ BlandI regret buying five of their apps all at one time without trying one out first. First off they're so poorly laid out that you need a "manual" (best part about kids apps is they can explore and figure them out with little to no instruction. Not with these. These come with an instruction manual.) but even after reading the manual they make no sense. They are of little to no interest to children and even I can't find enough interaction in them to be any less than bored. I'm hoping to see updates in the future that make these more enjoyable..Version: 1.1.4

✓ DisappointingMy daughter loved the human body. She doesn't understand why she can only learn about white oaks when there are other trees, etc. You don't learn much about plants. "Ecology" would be a better title. Wish I had read more before buying..Version: 1.1.2

✓ TerribleMy 5 year old couldn’t make any sense of it. She hated it. The performance is unbelievably bad… how did they even get it to such a low frame rate? Neither my daughter nor I could figure out what to do with it, what the point was. We both hated it and felt that it was a big waste of money..Version: 1.1.2

✓ Please add spoke audio when tappedI bought the first bundle based on Apple’s nice feature of their apps. I agree with the other reviewers, not intuitive enough for kids. Even if intended for use with parents, spoken responses labeling things is crucial for kids still learning to read. I do appreciate the sophistication level but their is a way to make the base level interactions more fun/responsive as well. Also, I’m so sick of apps having a big link on the homepage to buy more of their apps. Apparently developers have no idea how often kids get stuck trying to buy new apps and not knowing what to do. Even worse after buying 10 of their apps the ads for all the apps I bought link to the App Store rather than the app I already bought. As a designer I give the app design a B+, the app icon design maybe the weakest link..Version: 1.2.1

✓ 5 minutes max of gameplayI’m pretty upset to have spent money on this. There is next to nothing to do. I was expecting much more out of Tinybop as we have Everything Machine and the entertainment and exploration is endless. It also moves at an incredibly ponderous speed. So slow that I’m not sure anything will ever happen. Will it? Only about 3 clickable information panels per screen, and 3 screens? Either it’s moving too slowly, UI is not intuitive enough, or there is actually nothing to do. Sorry for the scathing review, guys, but this app was a total waste of my money..Version: 1.2.4
✓ Least favorite of the tiny bop appsI am a huge fan of all tiny bob has to offer. This is my least favorite app because I feel they missed an opportunity to teach about photosynthesis and plant life cycles..Version: 1.1.8

I think that if your kid is interested in plants, nature, weather, etc I think you might like it, but my 5 y/o prefers the more technical apps over this one..Version: 1.1.9
