✓ Nice WorkoutJust finished this workout. Overall good, challenging exercises. My only suggestion would be to show modifications of the workout for folks who are just getting started with an exercise routine and need some guidance until they build their strength..Version: 1.6.1
✓ Challenging for a beginnerI enjoyed this but I did not know how to do most of the exercises and, consequently, had to stop and watch each video before moving on to the next exercise. It is hard being old and out of shape! My 8 year old daughter did it with me and we had fun!.Version: 1.6.1

✓ Not the bestYeah the app is good but it doesn't give enough upper body workouts. Apart of having a bikini body is having toned arms. It's all about core strength in this app. Your better off getting a free app, personally it would give you better quality than this :(.Version: 1.1
