✓ Too many adverts and poor hands win too oftenThe internal advert pop up function is called way way too often, it’s actually invasive. The developer should consider sleeping that function more often. When AA goes up against any hand, there’s often a 80/20 percentage that AA holds up, basic statistical fact right? So after 1000 all-in pre-flop situations with two players you’d expect to see AA hold up 70-80% of the time. From my experience that’s nearer 45%. QQ and KK is often beaten by a raggy ace when seeing a heads up pre-flop all-in, again the dealer function does not seem to be entirely random in these situations. I’ve actually purposely played raggy aces against four-bet and five-bet pots pre-flop (which often tend to be AA, KK, QQ hands) and beaten them way way way too often with my poor hand. I should only have around 32% equity in those hands, but I win over half of them.. it’s not realistic.Version: 5.8.4
✓ The developers are liarsThere is no possible way that they use these “RNG” calculations or whatever to shuffle the cards on blackjack. The blackjack dealer will consistently get 18-21 hand after hand and never bust while he deals you out terrible hand after terrible hand. I swear there are times were I can literally guess the dealers hand, since every-time I know there is a 99% chance that it is better than mine. I have been in games where the dealer has had 21 more than 15 times while dealing himself at least 8 cards, and then every-time the player hits you are almost guaranteed to bust. I would recommend staying away from blackjack and play poker, it doesn’t seem very fair either, but it’s definitely better than blackjack..Version: 8.8.7
✓ Overrun with pre flop spammersUpdate: their response to this has nothing to do with my complaint. I’m not talking about number generation. I’m talking about promoting a play style that defeats the entire purpose of the game. Excellent mechanics, potential to be the best poker game in this store; BUT it’s severely overran by spammers who bet all in every single hand pre-flop so they can collect all the antes when everyone folds. It’s literally every single game aside from blackjack. It’s in tournaments too. No where is clear from it. This is something they apparently encourage because it’s even a mission on at least one location. It makes the game not fun and frustrating when you actually want to enjoy the game and people just want to end it 2 seconds in. I’ve tried contacting CS I was told they received a lot of complaints about this but refuse to do anything about it..Version: 8.6.0

✓ Fun but avoid BlackjackThis is a fun game and you’ll take a lot of bad beats because people are playing with fake money so they’ll go all in with terrible hands only to catch a break. No way to avoid it so just play with those thoughts going in. I will say after playing hundreds, if not thousands of hands of Blackjack in this game that there is something really off with that game. Dealer busts way too infrequently and seems to pull small cards at an unbelievable rate. And if you double down you better not expect to get a 10. ✓ Fun for a bit... Then boring. Bonus stuff rarely hits high, more for show...I played for a while into the 40 levels. I notice anything relating to bonus wheel or amounts awarded to matches is always on the low. Never even after over 100 matches did it give above 6 mil... they flash the higher stuff (100 mil, 1 Billion etc) but it never shows. Funny thing too is they redraw the wheel prize levels dynamically... so you see 2 mil, 2 mil, 2 mil, other spins it’s 6, 6, 6 with a flash of 100 or 1 billion... always landing on the bare minimum when they do it. ✓ Their anti-cheat engine doesn’t work.Word of advice don’t go all in when others do it on the flop. They know they are going to win before the flop. Pretty sure they have a program. I have seen some players go all in blind four times in a row and win all four times on the river. When you find a regular table which isn’t hard though it’s pretty fun and it’s not hard to get chips in this game. Update: I know there’s programs out there and when you start betting at the fifty million buy ins or more you can see them in action. RIGGED In the beginning, the game seemed to be not rigged and I went up to millions of chips, but suddenly, BLACKJACK and poker rigged the luck so I wouldn’t go up more and make progress. The dealer gets a 21 three times in a row when I bet like 5 Mil and lost it. The free spin, especially a low one will rig it. Also if you are playing late at night and also if you have completed all the criteria. It would not take long for a decent player to notice this. 95% of the players in this game open limp at all stake levels so that should tell you everything you need to know about them, they wouldn’t know the difference anyway and might as well all be bots. Different hands appear to be more common at different times, flavour of the month depending, for example a four of a kind may occur several times a day for a period of days if it has been “activated”. It’s the same way for the spin and plays. If you enter a 250K tourney you 9 times out of 10 it will be the minimal prize. Never in my life in the many years of playing poker which has been a lot have I seen as many 4 card flushes and other nearly impossible outdraws. I had too set and move all in with my chips at the table and get called and get beat out by runner runner suited cards. ✓ Fun Game-sometimes feel cheatedI absolutely love playing GOP3. It’s a fun community of gamers. The poker games itself are fun with levels and prizes to work towards including team incentivized prizes. My issues are a bug with the blackjack game where when playing a higher limit room, the screen will freeze and then you get bounced out to the low limit, and my BIGGEST complaint is that each time I’ve purchased my piggy bank, half of the chips go missing at some point shortly after purchasing and/or gaming. It’s weird bc when breaking the piggy bank I’ve found I’ve received double the chips, an then after playing they go missing. The customer service has been little to no help addressing the matter. Basically just saying it’s not them, it’s me, despite all of the same complaints from other gamers. It’s been so frustrating that I have set up a camera to record the chips I receive and then the loss the next time I purchase my piggy bank. How when I have king king does another player have ace ace and another jack jack. Bots are inserted on all the tables to check you to the river where they always get their card. More often than not if you fold bad cards, The flop will lay three of a kind or a straight down, effectively teasing you and encouraging you not to fold. Fall for that and you’re 7–2 and ends up losing, as it should. On the higher stakes poker tables it is clear when two players are talking to each other and basically robbing you of your chips. The bottom line is, if you don’t like playing real poker and don’t mind a rigged game, the graphics are nice. This game is built beautifully and runs really well. ✓ Very manipulative pay to playThis game is absolutely manipulative and rigged in multiple ways. The slots have been adjusted to almost never pay when they used to pay constantly. The black jack also appears to move back and forth from too easy to win tons of money to suddenly locking and you wont win ever no matter what. When the game is in give mode you get poker hands that are not mathematically possible and cant lose for hours. This is followed by hours or days where you never win no matter what. So if their “RNG” randomness includes 4 flushes, followed by 3 straights in row followed by a bunch of 3 of a kinds, no other player getting a chance in a high level tournament in row.... ok whatever. There is no explanation for the types of silly hands this game generates. It also will give one person or the entire table the same cards over and over again. ✓ Fun game but fixedThis is a good game, it works well and has a “fun” interface. But..... as you play you start to suspect that the gameplay is fixed to encourage you to buy chips. Yes there’s a possibility that you just get on bad luck streaks but there does seem to be a pattern to them. Once you buy a decent amount of chips e.g. $3M you’ll start to get good hands. But, after a short time your cards get stupidly bad e.g. 2’s in every other hand and you’ll lose all the time to ridiculous “last card” hands e.g. full houses or four of a kind etc. Miraculously, this seems to happen much less often “to you” and much more often “for you” once you buy more chips! I recently racked up over $30M after buying chips then lost the lot in a massive losing streak. I then bought a few million chips and was soon back up to $15M. This winning streak lasted a few days then I lost the lot again. ✓ Blatantly manipulated with multiple shady tacticsVery obvious bots will go all in on nothing and beat you off of the last card at a way higher rate than you would ever see at a real poker table. Always happens on hands when you get an amazing start/flop too. Blackjack is even worse. Dealer will start out with a 10 about 70% of the time and hits 20 and 21s off of low cards at a much higher rate than real blackjack. In addition, you can predict if you will bust/be safe based on what happens with the other 2 players, as the game usually has one person bust, one win, and one lose by 1. Bots also join for one hand and change the hand where you would have gotten a blackjack, you lose, the bot wins and immediately leaves. Way more shady tactics are also used but I would have to write a 10 page essay to cover them all. Also the developer, if he ever responds, is just gonna state how they are “rng” certified. But if you go to the itech website, you won’t find the game, nor the developers name anywhere on their website. Such a joke that this has been allowed to stay up for as long as it has..Version: 8.8.7

✓ Could have been greatThey are robbing gits, the inplay purchases they try to get you to buy is ridiculous, up to £80! Scandal. The chat is crap as well, every time someone beats you they say thanks or laugh in your face, I’d like to not switch of the chat, but due to the amount of children, I have too. ✓ Constent shutdownsI have reinstalled this app3 times now, to no avail. My iOS has just done the recent update V4.1.01. I start the game it loads and after 5-15 seconds it closes out. I have been in 2 sit and go’s and got to chip leader, in out in out. Until the game times out. Now it does not stay loaded, so my iPad is a waste of space with this game. There are no issues with either WiFi or iPad.I can play the game on my desktop computer, but I can not carry that in my pocket..Version: 4.1.0
✓ If your not buying you will be limited to how much you can winGreat well written entertaining app but once you reach a certain amount of chips playing Texas Holdem you will not be able to gain any more unless you buy. I don’t necessarily have a problem with that as the authors do have to receive an income I just think they should be more transparent about it than they are. The winning hands over a period of a couple of years were fairly consistent taking into account there is not a lot of jeopardy. However once your bank reaches a certain size you will not be able to increase it further because the winning hands become much more silly. I can come consistently 2nd and get my money back but cannot win the tournament as regularly as I did before it became weighted. The other point to make is that in order to make it more fun on a 5 player table there are significantly more big winning hands than there would be in a live game of the same number of players. Eg on a live poker night we might see 2 or 3 full houses in 3 hours but in the app this happens every game. In summary it does occupy me but it’s not to be confused with real poker and guys can you remove the hold you have on my account and allow me to progress or at least come clean..Version: 9.2.3
✓ Great gameThis app is great for all levels of poker ability however it is ruined by the amount of people who bet all in pre flop, I wish this is something that could be looked it as it really retracts from the game when you have people doing that. Edit: I play at the high level tables which is why I find it so annoying, if I was playing on a low stack table I wouldn’t be complaining. Honestly think the all in button needs to be removed as it RUINS the game. ✓ Worst RNG everI’ve lost 20 blackjack games in a row. This is not because I’m bad at it. I had 100 mill and now I’m down to 1000. I’ve never lost that many in a row until I had a lot of money. It claims to be RNG Certified. In reality you have to pay to win. Hard work got me there and lost it in 20 min tops. Probably the worst RNG poker game I have ever played. I was also falsely charged for a few items on this game and for some I was able to get a refund. Most I wasn’t! This game was great when you had to play for 4 hours with nothing to do. But 1 bad RNG day and it’s gone for you. Don’t support this app, because it takes ur money just like that, and also takes your money in game. No other poker game made me feel this heated. ✓ Needs a player review systemLike all poker games without real money, the biggest problem is other players. Poker is a skill based game, but it seems like every table has at least one guy that wants to make it pure luck. I’d love to see some way to avoid bad players who go all-in over and over again with nothing. Blocking players would be ok, but hear me out. I’m thinking some kind of player review system, and when a player’s review scores drop too low they fall into an idiot’s bracket where they can only play each other. Update: we’ve got to talk about the x2 xp tokens. I have over 400 of them, and I use one literally every time I need one. The game gives them away about 400% more than it should, they’ve become worthless. Maybe an exchange program? Update: the game NEEDS to address the kamikaze player problem. Today tried again and once again on the World Cup table and when I was just about to win the table , the app crushed again! Geese! It’s almost 10 M of chips in total! ✓ Addicting but frustratingThe game is really great and my partner and I played for a while however a lot of the fun modes and games that you want to try are so expensive in the game. It means that either you have to spend extreme amounts of money on the app or you have to be really luck and bet all you have which just puts you back at square one as most of the time you will loose. For a small amount of time they had one of the fun modes (Dash) as a 5m buy in but it didn’t last long and it went back to being 50m buy in. It just makes the game boring and frustrating as you finally get to that mode to play it just to loose it all and you’re back to grinding for literally weeks till you get back there just to loose it all again. For some poker players this will seem normal and how poker is but this is every time and the cards don’t get on your side until you have low chips. ✓ 50/50It’s fun and interesting however 3 stars for 2 reasons first this is the ultimate poker site if your a grifer why?
