DisappointedWhile I like the program, there is no way to post each day to mark progress. No interaction at all..Version: 9.1

So-So Workout ChallengeThe progress calendar, start date and daily reminder you can set is a really nice function. But amount of reps by which the exercises increase each day is too high. I'm at an intermediate fitness level, and I found the last week of the Beginner levels too tough. There are better Challenge apps in this series, such as the Push-Ups, that gradually increase your rep number..Version: 4.2

App costI don’t understand why this app is now £6.99, it used to be free, the app with ALL the workouts, it used to help me loads but now I would have to pay for it all and I can’t download every app because that would just use so much storage space, please change it back to free, I loved that app and it randomly deleted itself one day and when I went to download it again it was priced. This is ridiculous, I don’t understand why the app is priced now. This app has helped so much, I was on day 18 and I noticed a different then it deleted..Version: 9.1

Used to work but after the update...This is so irritating, I was using this app loads and then suddenly it just won't work! It's so annoying, I click on it and it starts loading and then just crashes! I've tried everything deleting and re-adding it, Turing my phone on and off but I just won't work! So far so goodGreat app so far. Easy to use and nice to cater to different fitness levels. Might be nice to allow users to do the exercises out of order rather than forcing them to do them in the order listed, but not a big thing. Keep up the good work maintaining the app. Will post back again at the end of the 30 day Beginner session. Beginner??Doesn’t account for age ot fitness level By the 7th day they want you up to 40 sit-ups. That’s a bit aggressive for a beginner one and 70 years old..Version: 9.1

Slightly confusedSo umm I just got this app today I’m a little lost as to y it starts with 15 sit-ups and 5 crunches then if u scroll all the way down it goes 125 sit-ups and 200 crunches in 30 days......ummmmmmm. ChallengeIt is certainly motivating which is the idea of course. I chose beginners level 2 but the build up seems far too much. I went from 5 sit ups a day to 40 a day within a week! By the end it will literally take me all day..Version: 4.2

Baby stepsI love your app. It's a no-brainer, easy-to-use and free. But. It's not progressive enough. I need a baby steps level that would add something like 10 sit-ups a week instead of 5 per day. I have no cardio, no muscles and had a really big baby less than a year ago. The curve is too steep for me and I'm really sad about it because I sincerely like your app..Version: 3.8

Not badThis app basically works by designating a handful of exercises and increases each by 5 every day. For example, 50 bicycles today, 55 tomorrow and so on. A perk is that you can pick what level you want to do. For example, once I finish intermediate I can do the hard level next month. The only thing that bugs me is how side exercises are counted. For example, 50 ballet twists. Is that 25 for each side or 50 total? For planks there is an in-app timer. But, when it says 110 seconds side planks and only times once, do you restart the timer to do the other side or switch half way through the timing? It's not a bad app, but I wouldn't pay money for it..Version: 4.0

Many improvements neededExercise descriptions are confusing and contradictory to the images. So many ads, every time I go to use I must click off at least 8 ads before I can train. Excessive amount of ads which make it very frustrating.Version: 3.0

Levels mixed upThis app is great, it's just that all the levels are mixed in each one of these apps (push up/squats too). When you tap on beginner level one it takes you to beginner level 2 instead. And when you go onto advanced level 1 it goes to advanced level 2, etc. so I'm actually working out harder than I should as far as a beginner. But I feel great! It would just be nice if all the apps were fixed for future users..Version: 1.0

Badly made but would work theoreticallyThis app would work if it explained how to do the movements properly. Even though it would work theoretically, I don't think it is very effective because I does silly complicated exersizes like side crunches. As well as this it does not explain how to do the movements properly and I can not stress enough how important good form is when working out. I would Immagine that it is mostly begginers who use this app and on the diagram where it shows how to do certain exersizes like the ballarina twist i feel like it did a terrible explanation. I wanted a video to show how you actually do it and it was nothing like the picture said. I would not recommend this app to begginers and I think they should just focus on beasic ab movements like sit ups and not side crunches because the form might be wrong and the whole foundations of your abs will be based on Ho your form is at first. This is my opinion, if you have anything to add or disagree please reply..Version: 8.0

Don't pay for it!!Downloaded this but it didn't make much sense without paying for the "extended" version. Once I had paid for it ( more fool me!) I found for several days that the videos would not download - when it finally did I found it was just something they found on u tube. Very disappointing..Version: 5.5

Not realisticDid Beginner level. I'm pretty fit but had fallen off the exercise wagon lately. So let's jump start my ab routine I thought. Did Beginner level. The 1st 15days were ok but then bc it keeps increasing sit ups -- 100, 110, etc. it seems unrealistic. For a beginner level? Where's the imagination for different exercises vs increase reps to a ridiculous number? You don't know what the month brings bc it won't let you look ahead. Just disappointed..Version: 3.8

Like it but hate the adsYou have to go off the app to time the planks, and when I come back on it delays before coming up with an ad, which then takes me to the store, so that when I go back to the app another ad comes up!!!!! The idea of the app is great, but needs to have a timer built in to avoid the ads..Version: 3.2
