No beginner level 1I agree with another reviewer. There is no beginner level 1. When you click on it, it takes you to beginner level 2. Then if you choose beginner level 2 it takes you to intermediate level 1 and so on. Other than that, it seems good enough. The descriptions if the exercises could be better but not bad..Version: 1.0

Easy to use, not so easy to doThis app is great - it's easy to use. Love the timer on the plank. Some of the repetitions in the 'beginner' section are a bit beyond what I would class as beginner. The number of sit-ups etc start off well but climb rapidly! Pretty tricky if you are a real beginner or someone who has not done ab workouts for quite some time due to pregnancy, childbirth, surgery etc.Version: 4.1

Tough to startI started on the easiest level and was expected to do sit ups from day 1! Totally unrealistic, worst when it says (easy) next to it!
