I have to rebuild the strength in my knee all over again and I was looking for a beginner level program and I found it with this app. I love the beginner level and the fact that I can work my way up to build the strength back in my knee and get fit again! Easy to use.It's free except for the advanced challenges. It's easy to use. It would be nice to see which exercises are in each 30 day challenge before starting one.
