✓ Great word puzzler, and brain builderCloze passages as used on some intelligence tests. I've seen this type of thing on law enforcement tests, and other places. Challenging enough and a good use of time. And now I've noticed the "arcade" mode, which is a sped up version using semi well known quotes and phrases. Pretty difficult and interesting. What they've done here, the originality and the usefulness to teachers and students and those interested in word games... Worth 5 stars so far..Version: 1.1

✓ Delightfully different approach to word playThis is an entertaining and challenging way to play with words. You are given a passage on a specific subject and challenged to fill in missing word fragments based only on the context. My only small quibble is when what is missing is part of the name of an individual. At that point, you really have to guess. But I am really enjoying this app a great deal..Version: 1.2

✓ Addictive & informativeI've addressed the puzzle now for about 3months on a daily basis. It is now habit to mind the gap every day at elevenses. The set is quick, stretches the knowledge and imagination at each level of the paragraph. I did run into one glitch which I reported and got a nearly immediate response and a solution. I don't think this app is good for children because it asks for and provides information which I think is more in the range of young and older adults. I would strongly recommend the app for that demographic..Version: 1.2

But you don't really feel like it's educational - you're just having fun. It isn't until after a few tries that you realize it's helping you work out your brain. In fact, it's much better than many of these so-called brain-building apps that are everywhere now. What a feelIng of accomplishment when you get 100% on any given paragraph (and the 100s are hard to come by). ✓ Simple, smart and satisfying!I love the arcade challenge! It makes me laugh when I fill out the gaps incorrectly and the phrase takes on a new and quirky meaning. English is my first language and I still find the games to be challenging. A big bonus is I keep learning new things and/or refreshing my memory on subjects that I studied in the past.
