✓ Text overlaps making it impossible to read.I do like the other product by this developer but this one is unusable on my iPad or iPhone. The title text overlaps the interval descriptions making it nearly impossible to read the content. I gave up one the app after a couple of minutes. ✓ Only G major???After all this time the app still only plays the jam tracks in one key (G major) and its corresponding modes. So if you want to practice soloing in Ab Dorian for example, you are just out of luck. Really stupid/lazy. I would have gladly paid for a wider variety of jam styles midis if the dumb app could transpose to each key. ✓ Mainly for beginners. Others will be bored.This is a great app for beginners to music theory. Others will be quite board. I breezed through all the content in about 10 mins. And then it was over. The jam tracks are cool. Worth what I paid for 7 jam tracks... Not sure. I love the UI. It's just that the practice area is deceptively light on content. In the screenshots it may seem like there is lots of tab in the app. There isn't. If you are green to music theory you will love this app. If you are into jazz and know a lot about theory already you will looking for the deeper content. I highly recommend the acoustic blues app though. It is a great practice tool! Still. Great quality and production values. ✓ Decent, but overpricedThe backing tracks and the modal diagrams are helpful, don't get me wrong - but what you're really paying for is the time you'd spend finding them for free online. This is a $2 app, and even that is pushing it. Don't buy this app at full price. If I could go back and smack my past self before hitting "buy" I definitely would.
