Fudget: Budget Planner Tracker for Positive User Reviews

Great appThis app makes my life so much easier to manage finance wise. It helps keep track of what you are spending, what you can’t spend. you can even input your future expenses and it can show a running balance on each one, so you can see how much you will have prior to that upcoming expense as well as what you’ll have after. If you know what all your expenses are in advance and can input them, you’ll even be able to see what your future balance will be. I love Love Love this app. I especially love that I can do all this without having to connect my bank account to it. I don’t trust connecting my bank to anything, so this makes me feel safer. However, for those that want to connect your bank, the safest app for that is Mint. But if you’re like me and just don’t like connecting your bank to stuff, and like keeping track of it all yourself. Or even want to start savings budgeting options without having to worry about it being in separate accounts, this is definitely the app for you..Version: 1.7.8

PerfectIt’s so simple. I get two payments a month so I set my budget from the first to the second then the second to the first and so on. I can work out my expenses in advance and see what I have left over, I can also tick off payments that have been made as I go and set dates for when each expense will be going out or in. I love that it’s not subscription based and it’s only a one time payment of 3.99 to remove ads and unlock all features! I know it’s just an app but it has really helped me understand my spending/saving. Highly recommend 😁.Version: 1.9.2

Fusget ReviewI have only been using Fudget for a short period but prior to that our family budget was on an excel spreadsheet. Using the spreadsheet of late has proven a tad hard as i meed to be on my laptop to use it effectively. I was after a simple and easy to use, uncluttered app to keep track of what my upcoming, regular and spontaneous expenses were, to ensure i had enough funds each pay period to cover everything. Fudget is just that! I wanted something that was free but i am happy to pay once i knew that the app was what i needed. I love the app so far. It offered a free upgrade which i will be happy to pay for once the expiry period is up. Lastly how could I resist writing a review for a young guy with a child trying to make a living, like the rest of us. Love that you made it personal with your pic! I like to see who the clever person is behind the scenes. Keep it up! Love your app! Jennie 😊.Version: 1.6.6

Great App!Have tried and tested multiple apps before and this is the best one by far! So easy to use and really lays out all your expenses in front of you in an easy to understand format! Just what I’ve been looking for!.Version: 1.9.2

Brilliant App - easy to useSuch an easy budgeting app, very straight forward and to the point, unlike all the complicated budgets out there. No limitation on doing a weekly, fortnightly, monthly, twice a month, whatever frequency you wish, it can do. A lot of the other apps I looked at had so many features, I was just sick of using notes in my phone. This app works a treat without all the complications of other apps..Version: 1.9.2

EXCELLENT APP!I’ve literally just downloaded the app and started using it’s free services - it is more than enough to help me budget and save! Using it in NZ and couldn’t be more satisfied! Thank you 🙂.Version: 1.9.2

Keeping TrackI really like this app, and have been using it for almost 6 months..I have a lot of different bills and to be honest I forget about some of them, so when it comes time to pay on them, all I have to do is go into Fudget and look at each bill. This app allows you to add as many bills as you wish, as well as mark off the bills you pay as you go on. You can also do multiple months/weeks/days at a time and it’s such an easy click of the button, that it will transfer all reoccurring monthly bills to the next month/week/day. It has helped me keep track of everything and remember important bills and the amount needing to pay on that bill . I will continue to use this app and would definitely recommend this app (Fudget) to others looking for something just like this!.Version: 1.8.4

Simple and gets job doneJust a simple app that does exactly what it needs to with no rubbish that never gets used :) perfect. Recommend to anyone. Update may 2019 This simple little app is used on my phone daily to help with debt management and my budgets. So easy to use. I don’t usually review apps but this app has helped me work towards becoming debt free through its amount of daily usage. So this review is well deserved. Updating your budget in real time with unexpected expenses for instance is a doddle. Organising different budgets is also easy to do and quick. Big thank you to it’s designer. Recommend this app to anyone who just wants a budget calculator with no bull with excessive bells and whistles :).Version: 1.8.5

Elegant and simpleThis app has a very user-friendly interface, tutorial, tools, and functionality. If takes moments to learn and setup. Useful additional features at a one time, low, price. It's not overly complex, unless you want that level of detail (I do not). You are able to easily setup, create, name, edit, and delete any item/record and track what you wish without trying to fit things into prenamed items or categories. So far it's been the only budget app I've found that let's me create a basic budget, an overview of income vs living expenses like bills. And does the math. I don't want to track transactions and itemized spending - I have an app that does that from my accounts. It's not useful..Version: 1.9.2

Best budget app I’ve ever used! The person who designed this app did an amazing job and including all aspects that are needed to be seen while budgeting. Seeing the total amount of expenses really opens your eyes, being able to follow what is being spent and how much you’re going to have left over at the end of the week is a bonus!.Version: 1.8.6

I love Fudget!!!!Seriously this app saves me every fortnight. It’s easy and quick to use. It’s like having my own personal accountant. If I need to make an extra purchase, I always add it to my expense list, so I stay on top of my finances. I recommend fudget to everyone, especially single parents who are always in the go!.Version: 1.8.4

Simple & Efficient!!Straight to the point basic budgeting! No overwhelm with all the extra bells & whistles etc that a lot of budgeting apps have. It’s just like I’m sitting down with a piece of paper & pen, and figuring out my budget! Loved it so much I paid for Pro features that is very cheap! Also not an ongoing subscription so absolutely love it. Well don’t Danny! 👏🏽.Version: 1.9.2

You saved me Danny ☺️Loving Fudget. My son discovered it when he was about 20. He’s nagged me for 3 years to improve my life by it. I’m on Newstart atm - was on Austudy last year. I’ve got so little money I thought it was useless. But it’s mindfulness of spending & such joy to be in the green not red. Oh Danny, wish I could be paid for this review- ah NEED groceries! But kudos to you. Great app..Version: 1.8.6

Great app! This app has helped me plan and track my money! See where I’m wasting money and areas I could save. Would highly recommend to someone trying to budget and save their money!.Version: 1.8.4

Great app!Been using this app for 4-5 years and I love it! I could not do without! It would be good to be able to have a log in so that when my phone breaks again I don’t have to start from scratch again. Also looking forward to version 2 as having lost the last row with what money I have left is disappointing. Finance people are happy when I use the app to tell them my expenses fast and precisely..Version: 1.9.2

Simple but PowerfulReally simple and easy interface with all basic functionality packed in for taking control of your personal or family budget. Great work. Thanks.Version: 1.8.5

So helpful!I’ve used Fudget for a couple of years to track my monthly expenses, it’s great to be able to have it with me and not stuck on a spreadsheet on my laptop. Improvement suggestions would be the ability to duplicate a budget, this would save time and avoid missing something. 👍🏼 thanks!.Version: 1.9.2

Awesome!I have actually been searching for years for an app that could replace the excel spreadsheet I use to track my spending and plan ahead. I’ve never been able to use any of the other budget/money tracker apps because they are all so minutely detailed, and I only wanted something to be able to forecast each coming pay and expenses. Not to have to track every time I buy a coffee. This app is perfect for me, so easy to use, I can set it up exactly as I like it and I love the star function where you can bring across your regular expenses without having to retype them into the next pays budget (well that’s how I’ve set mine up anyway, a new budget for each coming fortnightly pay). I very quickly paid for the Pro version, very cheap and totally worth it. Thank you Danny!!! :).Version: 1.8.6

Easy to useThis app of yours is simple easy to use,I’ve tired at least 15 apps, I’m enjoying yours so far.i like the way you can cross the bills out once paid. The only issue I have is you are not given a choice between drop box and iCloud. To save I use iCloud and don’t want to sign up to drop box. All in good..Version: 1.8.5

Great app so farI’ve been looking for something like this for such a long time! It’s very simple and soooooo easy to use and user-friendly interface love this! Handy when you’re on holiday and don’t want to spend above your budget.Version: 1.9.2

Love it!Being a young adult, it’s sometimes hard to keep track of my money and learn where I’m spending too much! This app helps me realize how much money I’m spending on stuff I don’t really need. I use a budget for each of my credit cards, my savings account and my checking account. I love this app too because when I pay bills such as my car payment, loans and credit card payment, it doesn’t reflect in my bank account right away - takes about 3 days - and it still says I have that additional money - which I really don’t. I love the option to show my running balance on the Fudget app because I can see what I TRULY have left and prevents me from over drafting. Only thing I wish I could do would be in addition to adding an expense or an income, i could also put a transfer to one budget to another - i.e when I make a credit card payment from my checking account, I can show that I transferred the money instead of it showing that I spent that money. But not a big deal, still absolutely love the app!.Version: 1.8.4

Awesome! So simple! So easy! As a young person budgeting is not something you’d re taught in school but planning everything out like this makes everything so much easier and less stressful.Version: 1.9.2

Really quick and easy to useReally easy to use- helps heaps tracking where all my money needs to go!.Version: 1.9.2

Great app with more potentialGreat useful app. it would be extra good if i could make another subheading/budget within my budget. for example, being able to seperate my ‘June’ budget into weeks (“Week 1” etc). this would be very helpful. if this were to occur, it would be useful to have a balance at the end of each week so I could not only track my balance each month, but each week too. definitely worth the download.Version: 1.9.2

Does what it says on the boxEasy to use, worthwhile upgrading to the paid version (super affordable anyway). Only suggestion would be for the option to have certain costs auto accumulate under a single header, while maintaining the detail of each entry (e.g. each grocery spend add up under a single Groceries header, but when selecting the header, seeing the cost and date details of each individual groceries entry)..Version: 1.7.9

Great appThe app helps Me keep track of my spendings! Love it so easy to use. Thanks.Version: 1.9.2

Simple perfection for tracking spendingI looked at a lot of different saving, budgeting and expenses apps, but found most did LOTS but failed to meet my basic requirements. If you know what your budget is but need a way of tracking how you’re doing against it, this is the app for you. I didn’t want it to split down my monthly costs to a daily amount, or to provide endless wagon wheels of metrics, nor did I want it to access my bank and credit cards via APIs. Set your budget, and then simple increment or decrement your expenses as you go by. A simple UI means this is easy to pick up and customisable enough to make it work as you want. Fudget has helped my wife and I keep track of our daily costs, without having to reinvent our whole approach to finances. Highly recommended..Version: 1.8.4

Great app!Love this app. It does exactly what I was looking for in a budgeting app. I use it to create a monthly expense tracker for 2 pay periods and love that it provides a running total. I only wish I could make the font bigger on the totals! Only problem is lately there has been a glitch or something where the title header floats all over the budget and blocks my budget! Super annoying. Please fix this! Also, sometimes I cannot slide an entry over to show the line item menu-I always have to close the app and reopen it to ‘fix’ it. Other than these recent glitches, and perhaps adding auto syncing to Dropbox (or iCloud) this app is wonderful!.Version: 1.9.2

Just got it and am putting it to good use! But...got a few questionsI love that it’s clean and intuitive to use. I am a grad student who works two part-time jobs and have started a software company about 2 years ago. I’ve been using Google Sheets and Numbers to track my expenses (ineffectively) and wanted something a little more structured that I did have to design myself AND use on my iPad Pro. I really appreciate the running balance, which helps a great deal. I also purchased the upgrade since it was a one time cost opposed to a subscription - which I also loved. However, when I attempted to reach out to ‘Danny’ to ask a question (from my iPad), the window opened prompting me to set up a new email account. If I had an email address, I could just open one of the four email accounts already on this machine and reach out to him from there. So that experience wasn’t ideal. The reason I wanted to reach out to him, is that I wanted to know if there is a way I can schedule or list expenses that occur bi-weekly or weekly, opposed to monthly? If there is, I am not sure how to find it. Please advise. Thx in advance!.Version: 1.8.6

Easy to useGreat functionality, user friendly, would be awesome to have the option for current totals using dates in budget (like a 3rd option, paid, balance, current). This could help people see at a glance if they are still within budget, but awesome otherwise.Version: 1.9.2

Simple and effectiveThis app is so easy to use and exactly what I needed instead of using excel. There’s two tabs, one for budget and then a second page to keep track of paid items in your budget. Brilliant app! One thing I would suggest however is the option to duplicate a previous budget so you can keep the same usual expenses but switch around small bits..Version: 1.9.2

Best Money Manager outI’ve been through LOTS of income/Expenditure Apps over the past couple of years. I’ve found most of them are over complicated and have too many features that just aren’t needed. I’ve been using Fudget for just over a year now and as I said in the title it’s the best money manager on the App Store. It’s very easy to set up your initial month with income and expenditure and you can star money that comes into and out of your account every month so that it’s automatically carried over to the next month without the need to add them in all over again. If you want to edit the amount , date or name just click the box and type it in. If it’s money the app automatically recalculates the amount you have left daily with an updated total income & outgoings at the bottom so you know what you have left at the end of the month. Danny has done a great job making a monthly budget very easy to setup and manage. The App was free but I would have gladly paid a few £ for it. You can also keep your budgets backed up to Dropbox and they will sync across devices. Great job highly recommended. Thanks.Version: 1.9.2

Fantastic app for a budgeting noviceI’ve been using Fudget for two weeks now and am finding it a really easy way to keep track of my spending and I’ve finally stuck to a budget! Can’t recommend enough if you’re trying to stick to a new plan and keep and overview of where your money is going..Version: 1.7.8

Great way to track spendingMost budget apps I find are just ridiculous. For one, a subscription fee goes against the very principle of budgeting. For two the seemed to thrive on making you split up all your purchases and force you into selecting from lists to add things, which just takes too long and doesn't help things. I use this app by maintaining long term budgets, kinda like the envelope system and then putting all my spending into a monthly list that tracks everything outside of monthly recurring payments, then at then end of the month I just add that to the monthly list and I didn't have to load my whole budget every time I added something. Quick and easy. I haven't found any deficiencies or adding I would like except family syncing but I just get my wife to text me what she spends which is easier for her and keeps things simple anyways. It's all good, thanks to the developer and definitely thanks for not making it a subscription for the only reason of getting people to pay to save money..Version: 1.6.4

LOVE IT!!!Thank you so much Fudget for helping me finally get my finances in order & being so incredibly easy to use!! Can’t recommend this app enough, if you are trying to track your spending and bills all in one app which is super quick and easy to use - look no further!.Version: 1.8.4

Congratulation to Developer, I wished if only it would have one more option!!!I am very happy I found this app. I’ve been searching for something like this for long time. I LOVE IT. Very easy to use. It helps you keep your budget organized, categorized and up to date. if you update it as you spend on a daily basis, you will always have real available balance, since your account doesn’t show the right amount (due to pending transactions that sometimes can take days, etc) •LOVE THE SIMPLE LAYOUT• This is what makes this app so great. It is clean and neat. Please never change this. •LOVE THE CHART• It keeps you aware on how much you spend per category day to day. •MESSAGE FOR DANNY DEVELOPER• •I wish if there was an option to add a comment/description within each expense (next to delete, star, paid, calculator option). I am sure that most of us categorize all expenses for better organization. It makes it difficult to remember/keep a track on details regarding a certain expense. Right now I make notes in another app, but I would love to do it all in the same app. •I also wish if there is an option to export the budget with two extra columns: Date and (still non existing:) comment part. Please consider adding these two options. With those two this app would be an absolute winner. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you for giving us such an amazing app. Ana.Version: 1.8.5

Great app, needs more featuresLove the app and have found it instrumental to me improving my money saving skills in the last few weeks. I think the newest update has brought a lot of great things to the app however there are a few more things that could be added. One simple thing is having the option to categorise or further specify chart or graph options. Or maybe categorise your expenses in certain brackets like food or health etc. This would then translate to the graph or any other chart you decide to add the app. Great app so far and I am excited for more..Version: 1.7.8

Budget with Fudget!I am the most organised I have ever been with my money since using Fudget. It’s easy, straight forward and I know exactly where my money is going, what I need to pay and how much I have left over. Thank you Danny for creating such a user friendly app and assisting me in organising my finances in a time where every dollar needs to be accounted for. Highly recommend..Version: 1.9.2

Great simple budgeting app!Perfect budget app if you are looking for something simple and easy to use without having to sign up or link with your bank account/cards. I wanted to organise my finances for the start of year and downloaded 20+ budget apps and ended up with Fudget as the winner. The free version is great and has everything you need, but you can also upgrade to the paid version for a one off payment to unlock some extra colour themes, calculator etc. Really uncomplicated, and easy to use... so you will use it! Really happy with this app..Version: 1.8.4

Recommend!!Easy to use and has exactly what you need! Definitely recommend if you are after an easy way to keep track of your pay/budget/expenses.Version: 1.9.2

GreatLooked through other apps on store but didn’t want them to have access to my personal details this is very simple to the point budget app for thsi reason I upgraded within 30 minutes of using the app highly recommend this app if you want simple easy to use app well done to the developer now I don’t have to recalculate all my bills every month just go onto whichever bill needs recalculating then the app does it for you.Version: 1.9.2

This Is An Excellent App!Danny, I’m impressed with this app so much! After doing some research, the reviews in this app convinced me to get it, especially the review of the person who’s used it since 2017 and replaced an Excel spreadsheet. Well tonight I input my budget into this app and have gotten rid of my Excel spreadsheet I’ve used for many years! It covered all the needs I had and more! Easier, nicer layout, good glance at totals, nice flexibility with multiple budgets, and after upgrading to Pro, the removal of ads, the calculator that lets you use the calculated total for an entry, the theme change, and the Dropbox save/restore are all features I used and like! Suggestions for even more efficiency: 1. Cloud sync to all devices. 2. After creating a new budget and tapping into it, when asked to carry over starred items, enable choosing which budget to import those starred items from as opposed to the most recently created. 3. Make a Remove All Paid Marks From Entries option (to start the budget fresh, for example at the start of a new month). 4. Add an Undo option to Undo deletion of an entry (I still use Apple’s shake to Undo, hehe). Thanks for all your hard work! I’m gonna show this app to my cousin tomorrow to help him establish a budget 👍😎..Version: 1.9.2

Really easy but works beautifullyI downloaded this app after previous attempts with other budget apps were unsuccessful as I had to enter loads of personal information and they were too conplibated. With Fudget you don’t. It’s really helping me stay on track. I use a new budget every month, cross off what’s paid and star the fixed outgoings and it automatically copies them to the next month. Genius. I’ve ditched my spreadsheet and with it being in my phone I can track spend quickly and easily. Bravo Fudget for your simplicity: if anyone else keeps running out of money every month then this is for you. I don’t use my account balance now. I check my Fudget balance! Thank you..Version: 1.9.2

Simple - A Spreadsheet but EasierI’ve jumped between a lot of budgeting apps over the years. EveryDollar, Mint, YNAB, before eventually succumbing to the “I’ll do it myself mentality” of making a spreadsheet. However perfect my spreadsheet was for me, I felt like I overdid it. I’m now more of a “track the recurring items and use the rest appropriately” kind of budgeter now. I like Danny’s app because it lets me see all my recurring monthly’s in one spot, like a spreadsheet, and has running totals for the month. It’s simplicity keeps me from over thinking and spending too much time balancing. I’m also grateful for the one time app purchase. I’d suggest some keyboard enhancements - autocorrect or autocomplete don’t seem to work on most labels. I’m so grateful to have found this project of necessity and compassion. Thank you!.Version: 1.9.2

This is the best budget app I have foundI’ve been using this app now for a few months and I absolutely love it it’s easy to set up and add or alter your incomes and expenses and see totals of each and what would be left over, you can move things around and set up multiple budgets at a time and even set things as reoccurring which every time you set up a new budget it will ask you if you want to import those reoccurring amounts and you have the option to do it or not. It is so simple and easy to use and I am so glad I found this app. I made this review a LONG time ago but I wanted to say that I have been using this app now since it came out and I still use it ALL the time!!!!.Version: 1.9.2

Easy to use. Easy to follow. Love fudgetI love budget. It's actually helped me get on track with my financial goals and stay focused..Version: 1.9.2

Fudget faithfulI have been using the Fudget app for 4 years - easy to use and helpful to budget for upcoming expenses as well as make a clear savings plan.Version: 1.9.2

As far as I’m concerned this is the best app I have ever purchased.Easy to use, great knowing you budget immediately; only issue I have that it does not carry over balance to the next month, otherwise great app..Version: 1.9.2

Great cash flow trackerHighly recommend for tracking simple cash flow- like sticking to a budget on your credit card from pay to pay. Means I can know when I’ve reached my budget limit rather than my credit limit, and keep cash in reserve. Easy to use, intuitive interface..Version: 1.9.2

Brilliant, Easy to use app!I’ve been searching for an easy to use budgeting app for a while. I’ve tried others but been annoyed by having to connect my accounts and having constant notifications coming through. This app does exactly what I need it to, easily and well! Also I feel it’s worth mentioning that I emailed the developer with a query who emailed back really quickly and sorted it for me! You don’t get that with other apps!.Version: 1.9.2

Really easy to useI’ve always been bad with numbers, so I avoided budgeting every month. This app changed that - it’s so simple and easy to use, and does most of the work for you. I use it to plan each month’s wage, and I just add whatever I buy to the expenses list. The app shows the remaining balance from your income, so it’s a good way to track ongoing/outgoings if your bank account doesn’t update quickly enough. I definitely recommend it for simple money management..Version: 1.8.4

Awesome electronic ledgerCan really help a person become more aware about their finances. Bank apps don’t always reflect your current balance. Sometimes a transaction hasn’t hit the account such as when making payments for bills. There are also times where a transaction is pending and that’s because the merchant hasn’t processed it yet. But I believe it’s after 3 business days the pending transaction disappears from your list of transactions. With either of these situations, it always makes us think we have more money than we actually do and we all know that leads to trouble lol. I don’t keep a stack of receipts to reconcile my accounts and I surely do not use a paper ledger anymore. Most people have smartphones and most people are tethered to their phones so the convenience and ease of updating a ledger for your accounts with Fudget is awesome. I gave it four stars because I’m now using the app on an iPhone 6 instead of 7plus and I don’t have the option to add transaction dates. I have to manually type it in the description now. I know the phone is a bit smaller but I know that the transaction date option can still work even on the smaller devices. It’s not that serious. But it’s serious enough for me lol. Honestly If I hadn’t used Fudget on the 7 plus first I’m sure I would be giving it 5 stars but since I did...I have to take away a star. Still an awesome app..Version: 1.7.1

Perfect !This app is so simple to use yet gives me all the information I need - set income, bills etc and easy to add extra transactions if I need. For the average person wanting a household budget, this has to be the best app out there..Version: 1.8.6

Honestly the best money tracking app.I didn’t have to give any of my information, and I’m able to input all the expenses and incomes on my own and remove them if I’ve made a mistake or if things change. I never wanted to get a money tracking app because I was so skeptical about giving all my personal info like that and this app made it less personal while still making it super easy. This has made it significantly easier to save money too. I’d been trying to start saving for a car and Christmas and because I’m able to track my money so closely I can determine where to slow down on spending and just set aside the cash. I’ve also been a lot more conscious of my extra spending. So all in all this app is great..Version: 1.8.3

Good basic app, helps me keep track of my spendingSince getting a mortgage I could no longer afford to blow through my paycheque and drop whatever was leftover into my savings. This app has been great at keeping me aware of my spending day to day and helping to meet my savings goals..Version: 1.9.2

Helpful for individuals with disabilitiesThis has been an amazing app to help me organise my finances. I have cerebral palsy and wanted a simple way to keep me on track with bills and organising payments for care givers it also handily helps me work out the support I need for different projects like writing. I need assistance running my blog so it helps me plan for that too. I think it would be useful for so individuals with dyscalculia as well. Anyone who who wants something quick and easy to use..Version: 1.9.2

Love itEasy and so enjoyable Definitely recommended.Version: 1.9.2

Cannot Recommend App EnoughI’ve been looking all over for a good, simple budgeting app. All of the ones we have nowadays are extremely complicated, and often do not allow you to keep track of more than one budget. I actually did find one I liked a couple of years ago, but because it had such little traffic the developers had to wrap it up and take it down. I really hope that doesn’t happen with this one! I’m in my early 20s, and doing my best to develop good spending habits. This app is straightforward, effective, and easy to understand. I love that I can set up multiple budgets to keep my eye on without having to pay a bunch of subscriptions. In fact, once I save up a little bit of money, I plan to buy the one time payment for the full app experience (the payment is definitely not a lot! It’s less than $10. I’m just a very broke 20 year old haha)! That’s how pleased I am with this app!! I hope more people will be able to find this app and also support the developer :).Version: 1.9.2

Exactly as Advertised :)And exactly what I needed! I use the free version for now, because I don’t think I need the extra features of Premium at the moment, but the free is exactly as advertised (ie: ACTUALLY FREE lol no paywall where it shouldn’t be), and gives me the basic functions I need: being able to separate my budgets by month, enter and track income/expenses in real time with dates of when everything comes in/goes out, a running balance of available funds, and a great no-frills visual chart I can access when I want a clear visual representation of what categories my expenses land in each month, so that I can track whether I’m staying within my goal ranges on each. Might just upgrade to Pro if I end up getting tired of writing my budgets by hand in my little notebook and balancing everything with many rough drafts and my phone’s calculator lol but in the meantime, this is the perfect free version for this app!.Version: 1.9.2

Simple and clean. Most simple budgeting app I’ve used by far, and easily the one I’ve enjoyed the most. You can budget how you want on the time frame you want. The most customisable by having the fewest options. 10/10 recommend..Version: 1.9.2

Very very awesome appI use Fudget, together with another budget app called BalanceCheckbook. Between these two apps, my entire financial life is planned and organized. With Fudget I organize my regular expenses, usually per paycheck. Its very user friendly, and I have recommended Fudget to at least 10 people and all of them love it as well. Very very awesome app. I dropped it from 5 stars because I desperately wish Fudget had a budget to budget memory function. I get that you can star items and add them to another budget but it would be even better if with this, when naming a budget item, it could recommend previous items based on the input characters. Also, would be great if the date column auto sorted the budget items from earliest to latest. Thanks so much for the hard work, my wife and I love your app!.Version: 1.7.8

Perfect for categorizing your budget!Until I found Fudget I had been using Excel on my laptop for my budget because I wanted a specific format so that I could see my running budget per category. Finding Fudget has been life changing! I don’t have to hold onto receipts, take them home and enter into my laptop anymore. Now I can enter right into my cell phone as I spend! I love that I can do a budget for each specific category, which is what I have been looking for. I can budget for groceries, fuel, restaurants, etc and see my running totals of what is still available to date in a simple & straightforward format. Also, I already have my bills budgeted and don’t need to recreate the wheel and go through all of that hassle as with other budget apps (like Every Dollar), love that this one allows more freedom with creating your own budget. I just wanted to budget our expenses outside of bills and this app gave me the freedom and flexibility to make it my own! So I am very happy with the app! Thank you!!!!.Version: 1.7.8

Easy to useLove this app. I just started using it and I’m really enjoying it because it is helping me to know how much money I spend monthly and how much I could save. So far so good..Version: 1.8.6

I love this ~ a lotMultiple budgets with a running total let’s you drag and drop items and see how it affects your budget & if there’s enough to cover what’s due and when it’s able to be paid. Also use it it to track current balance due on monthly payment accounts without having to log into the account to see where you stand. Tried a lot of budgeting apps that were more trouble to use than functional. This does everything you need without over complicating things with potentials, maybes, suggestions, pointless charts. Everything in this is designed for simplicity and accuracy. It also makes a useful basic checking account register..Version: 1.9.2

Budget FriendlyCool app with lots of features even in the free version. Would recommend to others trying to have their budget in their pocket for easy access!.Version: 1.9.2

Best budgeting app out there!Been using this app for a few months now. It does all the math by itself: New balances, income vs outcome, future transactions vs paid transactions. There's also a convenient calculator in every budget you make. I would rate 5 stars but the only bad thing is that you can't print directly from the screen. Whenever you are done budgeting you have to export each budget by email, open that email from where ever and then print it. It's very simple to move around within the app. I'll consider a purchase and account the future balance within this app in a few seconds. It's also very customizable. I have many different budgets organized neatly by name at the home screen. I can re arrange by tapping and holding, and then dragging the budgets up and down the screen..Version: 1.6.4

Fabulous simple way to track spendingI love this app and am using it to quickly track day to day spending. It allows for easy titles and quick editing without rigid categorisation. I also like that i can make a ‘budget’ list without adding ‘income’ so that I can make a ‘wish list’ for future purchases..Version: 1.7.1

Simple and ElegantI’ve been using the app for slightly more than a month, and it’s by far the easiest, most user-friendly expanse tracking program I’ve used. I use it on my iPhone and iPad and sync the two effortlessly through Drop Box, though I do wish there was an automatic Apple sync function. The one suggestion I would make, that would help me is to include the capability to use multiple currency symbols. In my case, most of my income and some of my expenses are in US Dollars. However, I don’t live in the States and most of my day-to-day expenses are in another currency. I set up a budget to track cash expenses, but I’m forced to use the $ symbol since that’s the currency symbol for other budgets. It’s a minor annoyance but an annoyance nonetheless..Version: 1.8.6

This is THE ONE!!I have tried so many different budgeting apps and this is the best I’ve used. It lays things out logically, the interface is simple and extremely user friendly. It’s basically my little handwritten notebook budget, but 100X better. They don’t ask to link bank accounts, thank goodness, I don’t like doing that! It lets me see my monthly budgets all in one screen then I can click to view and interact with, and see running totals for the month individually. I can see how much I have left and plan for larger purchases. You can set it up how you like. Easy to edit and delete entries. Took me a couple of hours to enter all my stuff for the remainder of 2020, but it was time well spent. You can flag entries to automatically be entered on the next budget (next month) you create. Gives me everything I wanted in a budgeting app. Seriously, thank you!!! Btw, I had NO problem with paying 4 bucks to get to add dates to my entries. One time fee, NOT recurring! Brilliant!!.Version: 1.8.6

Can’t believe it’s free truly amazingYou can pay to remove adds but honestly they are small and don’t cover the screen. I’ve tried many budgeting apps and they’ve been over complicated, buggy and irritatingly promoted their premium service. This soo was free, simple and doesn’t need premium to use. I use it to anticipate my spending of my salary. The toggle between paid and balance is really helpful I’ve only been using for a week and already I have made cuts where needed. Overall clear, easy to use and brilliant app. Again can’t believe it’s free and usable without premium. Creator should charge for the general use of this app because it far exceeds other apps on the market..Version: 1.9.2

Simplicity is BestThis app has truly changed the way I budget for my daily living. It’s simplicity makes it easy to customise budgeting for different areas, weeks or whatever you may need it for. Highly recommend! I use this for my own budgeting at home and for travel! I can’t stress enough how good this app is!.Version: 1.9.2

Great on-the-go appI’ve tried so many different mobile apps and this is the only app that has helped me plan my expenses and track the actual expenses as I make them. I like how I can plug numbers in manually so it keeps me accountable. It has helped get out of several credit card debt and lines of credit. I’ve been using it for 4 years now. Can be buggy at times, but generally gets fixed and hasn’t been a huge issue..Version: 1.9.2

Best finance appHave been using this app for over a year. Easy to use and saves me time compared to my life long previous budgeting methods. I even got my 20yo on board who uses it, and finds it handy keeping track of expenses when on holiday, and day to day spending and can quickly reconcile to his bank accounts..Version: 1.9.2

Just what I neededI have always controlled my finances with a very old freeware program, Page Cheque Book. However when I did an upgrade to Windows 10 64 bit it no longer worked so I needed a simple reliable replacement. After a lot of searching and trials I found Fudget and my problem was solved. It is simple and does everything I need. Well worth the small payment to get the extra features. I highly recommend Fudget after using it for a while..Version: 1.8.6

It just worksEasy to budget for your up coming bills. Enter bill amount and due date. Add your income to see your balance left over after each bill is added. For best use pay the small amount and upgrade the app to access sorting by due date ascending. Add your next income amount as just the pay date without the amount to not mess up the current balance. Easily see what bills are due before your next pay. Then on pay day fill in the amount you got paid and start adding the next week/month bills..Version: 1.9.2

Best app everAs a self employed builder Fudget is fantastic easy to keep lists and record expense on all my projects easy to print out lists as well couldn't work with out it Needed some support emailed Danny who responded in less than 1 hour with solution can't rate it enough With the addition of date column it's even better Having the option to save Data to drop box means I can record on my phone during day then work on my lists at home on my iPad Fantastic app.Version: 1.7.9

Life saverI have tried so many budgeting free and paid apps. None of them provided what I needed for a biweekly budget that was easy to understand and maneuver. They became way too complicated and confusing so I went back to my old fashioned spreadsheet. I just downloaded this app yesterday and less than 24 hours later, I’ve already got my biweekly budget done for the rest of 2022. It is simple to use and update as needed and I’m already set up on my phone and iPad —it syncs very easily between the two. I’m so excited to finally be done with my spreadsheet and will be deleting that for good to use this app moving forward. Thank you Danny!!!.Version: 1.9.2

Absolute must haveThis is a rill I ant app, use it every day for managing my spending. It has helped me to be a much better money manager. Danny is a very responsive developer, he added in a function that enables you to see at a glance on the home screen the balance of each of the budgets. You can save to Drop box which I use all the time so that I can access my budgets on my iPhone and my iPad. I have also exported budgets and printed them for my records. Great for tracking cumulative spending on different budgets. This is a must have app for me..Version: 1.6.4

Good AppJust started using. So far, so good. Does what it is supposed to do.Version: 1.9.2

Easy to useGreat budget app. I’ve tried many different apps and this one works for me the best. I can create different budgets with expenses separately then see them all as an overview and also how they affect each other..Version: 1.8.5

The Only Budget App You NeedI can’t believe how much time I’ve spent trying to keep track of expenses in documents and excel sheets with constantly trying to stay up to date on the most recent budget. Eventually after I couldn’t keep track of what I put away for savings I looked for an app. I wanted something simple and easy and that’s exactly what this is! As an independent contractor there’s a lot to prepare for and save for later. I’m able to create multiple budgets to keep track - Christmas gifts savings, emergency savings, tax savings, and monthly budgets. I can also create budgets to plan for the month ahead. I immediately felt my stress float away after using this app. Helped with so much that was once a headache. Thank you!!! Also you need this app!.Version: 1.8.6

Best of the bestYou can best believe if there was a world record for the worst with money I would’ve pioneered it, and then subsequently broke it 150x by now. Well, I tried every single budgeting app under the sun, you name it, it’s somewhere on my phone being a waste of space. Enter fudget, one day I decide it’s time to SERIOUSLY make a change. So I jump onto App Store and begin my perilous hunt through “budgeting AI” apps that handle my finances about as well Bill Cosby handles women, finally fudget blesses my life with its existence. No joke, if you need the walkthrough use it because it’s about as comprehensive as State Farm’s Full coverage car insurance. However this app is so easy that I could’ve handed my phone to my husky and she would’ve seemed like a financier with a masters degree and 25 years in the field. I literally have never felt so confident with my money. 10/10 git rekt other financing apps, nothing does it like this..Version: 1.8.5

Fantastic appMy budget planner used to be an excel sheet for the last 6+ years. Tried different apps every now and then but they just didn’t have what I was after or were just too complicated. Today I accidentally stumbled upon this app and decided to give it a go. Fell in love immediately and got the pro version in less than 30 minutes of using. Very well put together. Well worth it. Highly recommend!.Version: 1.8.6

Worth itI’ve used this app for about a week now. And its so much easier to use, i was using excel spreadsheet to do my budgeting and that was hard as i had to do math myself.. this does it all. I do wish there was a notes section at the bottom of each budget you put in. To remind yourself of things that need to be paid by or stuff needing to be done on that pay day. Other than that 5 stars.Version: 1.9.2

Simple & effectiveI use it almost everyday to track my spending and estimated any upcoming expenses or to come up with multiple expenses plan to see what works for me!! This app is super simple and it takes away all unnecessary layers that kind of takes away from our real goal ie listing expenses/ liabilities Thank you Marc.Version: 1.8.6

Easy. Intuitive. Big benefits.Switched from fortnightly to monthly pay and this app has made it so much easier. Easy to use for tracking spending and avoiding over-spending..Version: 1.6.4

Perfect Budgeting App For MeI’ve used many different budgeting apps, and each has its perks, but in the end Fudget is what I personally prefer. I used to budget on those magnet list pads you can buy for a dollar. I wrote the date of each bill, and then balanced out spending for gas, groceries, etc. If you already have a good handle on budgeting, and know where your money goes then this app is perfect. It’s simple list style, and you can copy the list over each month. Easy. Convenient too because it is on your phone. Other apps such as You Need a Budget or Mint are neat too, but have way more info than I want or need. I suggest trying all three to see what works for you. You Need A Budget is cool for the added articles and advice. Mint does a great job showing you where every cent of your money is going to every month. In the end, I don’t use Mint or You Need a Budget anymore though, I stick to Fudget. Another app I recommend is Acorns. I highly suggest giving it a try. It teaches you how to invest in a very simple way, and you will get a much higher interest rate than a standard savings account..Version: 1.7.8

Best budgeting appLove this app, best budgeting app I've found, downloaded so many but this one is the only one with great features for free and the premium features are a once off price rather than subscription like most others. Made it so much easier to visualise my finances and keep on track of bills.Version: 1.8.6

Great quick start money appThis app is incredibly easy to get started with. Call a budget ‘cash’ and it will count you down till you’ve spent it all or added some more! Next I created a ‘current’ account budget, put its balance in as a credit called ‘balance’ and then used my banking app to add together all the bills that would be paid from the account before next pay day. I put this in as an expense called ‘predicted’ and hey presto I now know how much money I’ve got left this month to play with. The key to this app is getting the right balance between detail and category for the text description for each transaction. You can always export it to Excel and set categories for things to analyse it like the complicated apps so I’m just keeping it simple. I love it! I’ve even invented another budget called ‘actual’ that keeps track of how much of the ‘predicted’ has been paid so far. I haven’t worked out the ‘starred’ system yet so I expect it could do with instructions..Version: 1.7.9

BrilliantI have spending categories within my budget for groceries and pocket money (the variable element of my budget). This app lets me set up a budget, enter those two income categories, then I enter in as I spend. I know how much I have left to spend within a given period, weekly in my case (so it’s never too long before a reset). This is the only app I found which helps me do this. It has a simple interface and no bank link up which I don’t like. It’s better to take an action every time I spend as tracking keeps me aware. So far so good! Thanks :).Version: 1.6.9

Positive reviews are justifiedI rarely write reviews but as someone who struggled with consumer debts. This app gradually helped me manage my finances. It wasn’t a quick process it took some time to fully stick to my budget and with some other budgeting techniques but having this here was really helpful. Also being able to copy and paste my budget made it easier to see what I was spending..Version: 1.9.2

Great appEasy to use.Version: 1.9.2

Best free budgeting app I’ve triedA while back I went through a huge phase of trying to reorganise my finances and pay more attention to what I was spending, and I think I tried every free app available. Months later, this is now the one I had settled on. As a casual worker who is paid different amounts pay check to pay check, this app is great as most others I found only give you the option to enter a set fortnightly or monthly income. With Fudget you can easily log each individual pay check as you get them. It also allows you to log upcoming expenses, and then mark them as paid later on at which point the value is deducted from your balance, which is really useful. It has a slight learning curve, but it comes with a helpful tutorial that you can revisit and a very self-intuitive design. Points for improvement: perhaps a line graph of balance against time? That would be a helpful way to track trends of spending and saving. Also, being able to label an expense separate from categorising it for the pie chart would be handy. Thanks for making a wonderful app 😊.Version: 1.7.8

FantasticI feel like this app is a life savor for me. It has helped us financially to keep organized and make sure everything is paid. You have done a fantastic job with this app. Thanks.Version: 1.6.4

PerfectGreat to lay out what your income and expenses are weekly and even fortnightly. I personally use it to create a fortnightly budget and it helps so much. So simple and easy to use, being an accountant I couldn’t recommend it enough for people starting out budgeting or for those just wanting a quick overview of cost allocations..Version: 1.8.6

Love it ! Very easy to useI was tired of using the notes section on my iPhone and it being accidentally deleted by me moving too quickly or holding down the select button. Most apps I tried were more in a calendar format or monthly. I like the list form and the fact that I can change the dates to the right myself once I’ve paid them for that month. Also, I love how you can make several budgets. For example , I have one for monthly expenses , our family car insurance and what/who has paid what, and other combined payment plans or things I am saving for . I am really loving it so far and am thankful it fits my way of visually organizing things . I’m a special needs mom to a medically complex little lady and I’m constantly organizing things on my calendar already so linking my finances to my calendar is just too chaotic . I pay bills from my phone usually ok waiting rooms so this is easy to update . This is perfect for me ..Version: 1.8.4

DBAmazing.Version: 1.9.2

Highly RecommendLove this app! My partner and I both use it and it's helped us get back on track with our budget and we're even saving money!!! Highly recommend! I would love if there were different categories and an pie chart for so you can see an overall of the expenses in the categories. Eg. Rent Entertainment, Groceries, Take out, etc. I think this would make a great addition to the app 👍🏼.Version: 1.7.9

This is awesome!I was looking for an app in which I could make separate budgets as I get paid twice per month. This app not only shows you how much you are spending BUT it also shows you how much you are saving or overspending, which helps you visualize your budget and helps you accommodate. After trying the free version, I decided to spend the $2.99 that it costs for the full version. The only thing that I would recommend is to make the “star” items more transferable. I do budgeting every 15 days and I have to “unstar” each item in one budget in order to transfer the others to the new date. That would make twice a month budgeting easier... I am VERY satisfied with this product!.Version: 1.7.7

Great budget app - so useful!I’ve been using this app for over 3 years. It’s simple and easy to use, it really does make budgeting so hassle-free. I star all my regular expenses and this lets me make choices on how much I can save and how much I can spend each month, making sure all my bills are covered. When a bill gets paid I mark it paid and I can quickly see what is left to pay each month. This was I know if I can afford a big purchase or not. It is honestly a brilliant app :).Version: 1.8.6

Excellent in its limitsThis app lets you do everything manually. It doesn't get balances from the bank, doesn't perform intricate calculations or projections. It's fantastic!! I live paycheque to paycheque. I'd prefer it if I didn't, but that is my reality. This app lets me manipulate my income in case I'm not getting a full weeks pay, add and remove expenses in case bills are going to have to remain unpaid for the next 2 weeks, etc, you get the idea. I tried a couple of other apps with more bells and whistles before this one, and they just wouldn't let me manipulate the numbers and make all the movements that I wanted, without it affecting balances or future transactions. They were a PITA. I am extremely happy with this app and highly recommend it..Version: 1.6.6

PLEASE FIX THE APPI’ve been using this app for so long and all of a sudden it’s having a lot of issues. Isn’t showing the balances below anymore and glitches. Can you please fix it. I have no way to contact you to let you know. The issues are so frustrating that I'm searching for a new app now..Version: 1.9.2

Very Useful!I’ve been using this app for the past few years and it’s amazing. Just simple for any budgeting! Thank you to the developer, from a young father in New Zealand.Version: 1.9.2

Best alternative to a written budgetI’ve been using a written budget for months now but failing miserably because I don’t carry my diary everywhere. However I ALWAYS have my phone. So being able to write it all done and tick off when it’s paid is great. You can also have recurring payments which means you don’t have to write it all again. Absolutely perfect to track my income and spending, especially since I get extra income during the month which I can add it..Version: 1.7.8

I use this everyday.I use this it everyday 100% Its nothing crazy, not complicated. Keeps all my budgeting simple and straight to the point. And can view and edit everything with ease. Even before I purchased “no ads” to support the creator, It was one that actually wasn’t littered with them, and made it actually functional to use. Rarely saw an ad unless i watched a video yo use their “premium feature” of calculator or the etc. Never crashes. Never lags. Will keep using indefinitely. Thank you for a simple great app!.Version: 1.9.2

Very UsefulLove its simplicity and usefulness!.Version: 1.9.2

Great!I frequently use the app, I used to use another but it wasn't as appeasing to the eye. Its definitely easy to use and allows me to change and track my spending as often as I like. Most annoying things apps do is have popups asking if you want to upgrade all the time, which this doesn't have and I just really like the app! Particularly like seeing who the founder was view the prompt, gives it a personal touch. Deffo recommend, give it a download..Version: 1.9.2

Great app, despite a potential bug, clean and simple to use! This app is basic but it’s easy to use right from the start. I love how I can use it on my iPhone while commuting, back it up to Dropbox, download the data on my computer when I get home and continue planning my budget. The only grumble I have is that sometimes it won’t download data onto my device because it keeps popping up with messages that I need to check my internet connection as it can’t connect to Dropbox, despite the fact I have no problems logging in or uploading to Dropbox. Regardless of no problems with my internet, WiFi or hotspot connection but a few days later it’ll be fine to download the data and then the next week it won’t. Overall, it’s worth using and I’ve tried a lot of other apps with most being overly complicated especially when they try to pack in too many extra functions. I also found that most aren’t accessible on devices AND computer + I haven’t found any that have Fudget’s clean and simple layout..Version: 1.8.4

Excellent Budget Tracking AppMy main reason for downloading this app was to track the cash in my purse so that I could get a better idea of how much I was spending and on what. Fudget is perfect for this. It is so easy to set up and use, and now I have got into the habit of entering all income and expenses I am getting a clear idea of where my money is going. The interface is clean and straightforward and I am sure the Pro features will be useful in future when I analyse my spending more closely. The developer, Danny, has been extremely responsive to my questions and very courteous and helpful in response. I recommend this app highly..Version: 1.7.9

Important FeedbackFirst of all I like your app, super simple and easy to use. There are small few things that can be improved to avoid random inputs while touching the screen and add more prompts to avoid random deletes: • Show the Menu from swiping left (Export, Rename, Delete) ONLY when touches the edge right area of the screen and swipe left. This is to avoid random inputs • To edit Names, Amount and Date inside the budget ONLY when double tapping instead of just single tap. This is to avoid random inputs • Show the Menu from swiping left in Budget (Calc, Paid, Star, Delete) ONLY when touches the edge right area of the screen. This is to avoid random inputs • Please add more prompt of “Are you sure want to delete budget/category?” when deleting a category inside of a budget. At the moment this prompt only ask when deleting Budget but not the Category inside of a Budget Cheers.Version: 1.9.2

ESSENTIALI love this app!! I think it’s suitable for EVERYONE. Managing your finances are important & this app is so simple yet so efficient!! Would love the creator to do a TO DO list app in the same kind of format. I’ve downloaded so many & I wish they were simple & clear like Fudget 👍.Version: 1.9.2

Great Mobile Budget TrackerI use Microsoft Money to track disposable income forecast. This mobile app has given me the autonomy to add my income and expenses and when updating from the banking app on my phone it gives me a real-time figure what I have left for the month. Real genius app and only decent one I have found in the App Store. Good work and well done to the Developer. It also has a personal touch from the Dev, which gives you confidence that good customer service and support is there if required..Version: 1.7.1

Simple et efficaceJe l’utilise pour noter toutes mes entrées et sorties d’argent et avoir une vue d’ensemble de mon budget..Version: 1.9.2

Brilliant App! Want to get your finances sorted! This app is really amazing, trying to knuckle down and buy a house in the next year or two and was having trouble figuring out how much I spend and how much I could save. This app makes it so easy to see that, showing you how much you earn, spend and potentially save! I have introduced it to so many of my friends and family and they have all given me positive feed back. This is the first time I have written a positive review on anything. Thank you!.Version: 1.7.8

Amazing! I use this app multiple times everyday! So simple and helpfulI absolutely love this app, it does everything I need to keep track of expenses and incomes, so that I always know where I’m sitting financially. The multiple budget lists is a dream, Its so helpful to be able to sort out different budgets and then have a running total balance at the bottom on the main screen of all the budgets combined. I recommend this to all my friends, family and anyone looking for a simple but incredibly helpful budget tracking app. ESPECIALLY if you prefer to use cash. If there’s one improvement I could suggest, it would be maybe having an option to add a note for each income and expense; so that I can add and read the details about each transaction or upcoming expense..Version: 1.9.2

Awesome budget app!Very easy to use! I have been using it for a couple of years now. Very handy, and it helps me a lot. I use it all the time. Highly recommended 😊.Version: 1.9.2

Game changing budgeting tool!Move over My Budget and the like. This app is just as good at showing where you can save and what expenses you have without the big price tag! Fantastic app, great features and easy to use. My husband and I are very impressed!.Version: 1.9.2

I think it could be amazing…Hey Danny!! I think this could be amazing and useful any country!! Speaking from NZ. Just set her up last night still trying to figure out something but yeah this is great! I splashed out and got the Pro version. Will keep you posted :).Version: 1.9.2

Love itBudgeting made easy!!.Version: 1.9.2

ExcellentAbsolutely my go to-app to plan out all of my expenses. I love everything about it. First of all, I love that it doesnt request any accesses to your bank accounts and credit cards. You give it data you want. You can also opt not to share or save the data with anything/anyone/anywhere outside of the app. Love that, too. Secondly, it’s just so user friendly. It’s got all the numbers at your fingertips (like how much you spent so far, how much you have left, etc.). I have multiple “budgets” going… like my base monthly budget, monthly “fun” money budget, travel budget, etc. I love it. Like for example, I budgeted $320 for my hair appointment this month and I spent “only” $285. I never used to track expenses like that, but since I started using the app I actually started being cautious about my “under budget” money and now transfer it immediately to my savings, and then invest. The only suggestion I have is that it would be nice to have the ability to copy/paste a budget. As I mentioned, I keep a base monthly budget with all my monthly bills and anticipated monthly expenses and I usually re-enter the same expenses for each month that I wish I could just copy and paste..Version: 1.9.2

Thank you for organizing my moneyFudget is a simple and intuitive budgeting app that makes it easy to track your expenses and manage your finances. The app's clean and minimalist design makes it easy to navigate, and its straightforward functionality allows you to quickly add and categorize expenses. Fudget's standout feature is its ability to create customizable budgets for various spending categories, helping you stay on top of your monthly expenses and avoid overspending. Additionally, the app allows you to export your data to a CSV file, making it easy to analyze your spending habits and plan for the future. Overall, Fudget is a great app for anyone looking for a user-friendly and efficient way to manage their finances. -Ethan Hardy.Version: 1.9.2

Good easy to follow designI like Fudget just a few things they could Improve or even add to the pro version and I would purchase it. It’s a good place to list my budgets but it doesn’t seem to give a total of what’s left to pay on my Christmas budget for example. So I tick off what’s paid but it won’t show me the remainder money unless I enter income and switch it to paid and then it will give me the remainder but it seems back to front somehow to me... maybe just me. Also it would be neat to have a weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual options for the budget. Perhaps a little much on a phone app so can understand fitting this in could be difficult somehow. Outside of this, I really like it, it’s easy to follow and clear. I like that if you subscribe it’s one off and not ongoing payments....Version: 1.9.2

Amazing app!Use this alot through the week, amazing app.Version: 1.9.2

Best budgeting app!So far I am loving Fudget. It’s so easy to manage my income and expenses and I can forecast how much money I might have at the end of the month. Best of all I can amend or edit any income or expenses I log really easily. This app doesn’t connect to your bank but as long as you keep track of your direct debits, scheduled payments and other expenses you should be fine. There are some limits that you need to upgrade in order to get around but they’re minimal to be honest. Love the app and love the name!.Version: 1.7.9

Works as on-the-go tool to track spendingI don’t have time for a complex budgeting system. I have my elaborate color coated excel spreadsheet as an overview on everything regarding me family’s budget. But I use Fudget to track my grocery/entertainment/household needs spending. It’s a simple way to help me stay on track and I can record/ tally my spending immediately which is exactly what I needed. I don’t even link it to my bank account because i wanted to only focus on what I spend regarding certain items so I input earnings and expenses manually. It’s definitely keeping me accountable and mindful of frivolous spending. I recommend it to anyone who wants to track their spending and stay on budget simply and easily..Version: 1.8.4

Finally the spending tracker I was looking for!Since I know my fixed expenses don’t change, once I have lowered those as much as possible, the best way for me to take control of my spending is to give myself a weekly allowance for everything that is variable outside of my fixed monthly bills. Such as groceries, eating out, entertainment, kids activities, gas, clothing. I personally don’t care how much I spend in these categories, as long as I don’t go over my weekly/monthly budget. This app is the only app I have found (and I have downloaded at least 15 different ones!!) that allows me to simplify and stay within my budget by just keeping track of my spending without needing to plug in my whole financial picture. VERY SIMPLE METHOD TO BE SUCCESSFUL!!.Version: 1.7.9

Initial ThoughtsFour stars as I have only started using it and it serves its purpose quite well in the free version. If you like things a bit more personalised and interactive it may not be for you. Overall the app is useful and helpful..Version: 1.9.2

Love this app!!!!I have been searching for an app that I can add income/cash deposits as I receive them as I am a rideshare driver and never know how much I will be earning weekly. For years I’ve been writing my expenses and expected expenses in a book! (In fact different books, whatever diary/notebook I had at the time.) Recently I have been making notes in Notes in my iPhone! It’s a mess! I downloaded other apps but you had to add your monthly income and you couldn’t put in amounts manually as they come in. Also a lot of my expenses are not fixed. (Fuel, groceries etc) Most apps are budgeting your monthly expenses which isn’t what really works for me at the moment! I need to see what’s coming in and what’s going out. I can estimate what I will spend on fuel but then can add the actual cost and delete my estimate!! I upgraded so I can have a running balance and get rid of the adds. You can also change the color of the “backdrop” and you can also upload the information to Dropbox. Another GREAT feature is you can have different budgets. So you could do a weekly one or if you have a savings account that you use for unexpected expenses or “treats”! BRILLIANT!!! Life changing for me! Seriously! Thanks!.Version: 1.8.5

So helpfulI use this app to plan out my expenses every week to make sure I’m staying on track. I love the fact you can mark something off as paid so as soon as it’s paid on my end, I mark it off on the app to keep track. I also keep every weeks budget so I can see where I am spending the most or what my regular expenses are. Highly recommend for a simple budget planner!.Version: 1.8.6

Just Right!!I downloaded a few apps after researching. I deleted the rest and kept this for many reasons. First, it was free (though after building my budgets and playing in the app for about an hour, I happily paid $4 for the upgrade to change the color, and download for sharing -I didn’t even mind the apps honestly). Also, because it was very simple to use and easily customizable for the types of budgets I need to keep. I was able to make a standard budget, some breakdown budgets to plan pay-offs, track quarterly and annual subscriptions, and set up templates for a vacation and a renovation. I love the date feature and the calculation feature which lets you subtract or add from your line items as you go. I appreciate this app the most because of its simplicity, however if I could add one thing, it would be to be able to clone the budgets, because I want to keep my standard budget as a template and actually update a version of it on a monthly basis. If there is a way to do this, please let me know! Overall, thanks for this awesome app, I feel prepared to move into the new year as a new financially responsible me!.Version: 1.8.6

Clean & Simple…and sometimes simple is exactly what you need. So much easier than trying to use an app that has too many bells and whistles when you really just need a space to stay easily and quickly organized. I have 3-4 clients and will be using this to organize each one plus my personal budget which with quarterly taxes will make it all much easier and actually easier than Quickbooks since they pull everything automatically and there are always duplicates and mistakes that take hours to unravel. For a small independent contractor like me, this is perfect, better than a spreadsheet but can be put into one if needed..Version: 1.9.2

Great app and a suggestionThis is a great app, it comes in very handy. I would suggest that it use a “rolling balance” option for people trying to map a weekly or monthly budget. Would be simple enough to incorporate into existing app but allowing you to “star” the end of month balance and allow it to rollover to the next. Alternatively allowing you to have a “Master Balance” that gets affected by different separate budgets linked to it. All in all a great little app and I believe the suggestions above would go a long way..Version: 1.8.6

AMAZING!!Love using this app to budget super easy to use and simple yet so effective. The different balances on the bottom panel are super useful and would definitely recommend if your trying to plan for events or just for your day to day budgeting.Version: 1.9.2

Great budgeting app!Just started running some numbers into the app and the simplicity of it makes it great. Took me awhile to find the “show running balance” feature. Hope you will set that to on by default in the next update..Version: 1.8.6

Love itLove this app. I have been using it for 3 years and I adore it. The only thing I would change is possibly having a way to quick add common expenses rather than manually adding everything but it makes me think about it more entering manually so I guess that’s something. I recommend it to everyone I know..Version: 1.8.6

Easy to useBeen using it for a couple of weeks now and I have to say that i really enjoy the ease of it. Its not too complicated & i can add to it quickly. Would definitely recommend it to others 👍🏻.Version: 1.8.4

An Excellent Budgeting AppI’ve tested many Budget Apps and found this one the only one worthy of me paying for. I use the app daily. I would only suggest one edit, I find it laborious making my fortnightly budgets individually when I feel it would be simple to add a “copy budget” function. Keep up the great work!.Version: 1.9.2

Stop your searching for a budgeting app, this is it!I have been using this app for over a year and it is absolutely perfect. So many budget apps are complicated, take large amounts of time to set up and do not have easy to use interfaces. I use the pro version of the app (the only app I have ever bought the paid version for) but wanted to put my review on this version to tell you that this is worth everything and more! To the developer, thank you for creating this incredible app. This has changed the way I look at and manage my finances. After feeling overwhelmed every time I tried to create a budget I am now in a place to buy a house!.Version: 1.9.2

Exactly what we’ve all been looking for!Don’t waste your time with other apps that want to link to your bank accounts to help keep track of your spending - trust me, they either don’t work properly or are somewhat questionable... FUDGET is so simple and easy to use! I keep track of spending for 4 different accounts I use at once without any stress or confusion. It’s already helping me build my saving up again and very quickly! Don’t skip passed this app - just trust me and give it a go and you’ll love it!.Version: 1.7.9

Brilliant! This app, although simple, works perfectly for me and is exactly what I need. I never liked the thought of using other apps that link to my bank account, so this one is very reassuring for me. I use this app to track everything that I spend in cash and on card and I love the running total that shows me how much I have spent or earned. I will start a new budget for a month, put in all of my expected expenses for that month so I know how much money is going out and I also put in how much I am earning each month to show my income vs expenses, then I record how much extra money I have spent. It has made keeping on top of my finances so much easier and there is no hassle with complicated procedures. I love this app and could not recommend it enough for those who like to keep on top and track of their finances. Thank you Fudget, you’re a godsend!.Version: 1.8.5

Simple, easy, effectiveThis app is incredible! I’ve gone through many budgeting apps and gave up on most of them bc of the complex designs and how it links to my bank account. I love that Fudget is SIMPLE and easy to work with. But what I love the most is the sheer action of marking down my expenses which make me more aware of my spending rather than my bank account being automatically linked without my conscience awareness of my spending habits. It helps me take action of what I choose to buy. It’s been helping me keep my budget and helps me CLEARLY see what I have left, what I can save, and what I can spend. After all the apps I’ve tried, this app is the one that sticks and it keeps it enjoyable to list your budget with its simplistic yet eye-pleasing design..Version: 1.8.5

Totals DisappearedTotal at the bottom disappeared with the most recent iOS update. App is great otherwise. I have been using it for years :)!.Version: 1.9.2

Awesome38So far I’m enjoying this app on the first day. I wish I found this long time ago. I can only see where it can improve on just a very few things. For example the calculator got stuck and I could not press the “X” to just exit out without checking the green check mark to accept the calculation for an item but that’s not a biggie for me. However, I do wish it had another Tab for a calendar page where I can set reminder alerts to pay each budget bill that I created on a calendar day without using my phone calendar. Next I would still allow for item color pics to label those items on the calendar on the free version just like emojis are free on phones. I recommend this app to anyone just starting off getting straight or learning to plan their budgets. Love it....Version: 1.7.9

Easy to use and keeps me in the black !I was on a budgeted banking plan for a few years but resented paying the fees. I looked around for a budgeting app but they either cost a lot or were too complicated. This is ideal. You create your own budget , can star recurring items so you can carry them forward to the next month go in and change add income and expenses and change the order of dates /names etc. It’s a basic simple budget that saves you keeping a notebook essential if you live week to week £ like many of us do thanks guys !.Version: 1.9.2

FudgetGreat App.. simple to use and effective..Version: 1.9.2

Very convenient and simpleAs someone who doesn’t have a strong suit in budgeting, this app makes it appealing to use because of its simple layout and format and attractive interface design..Version: 1.8.6

Really helpsI love it it really helps me.Version: 1.9.2

SimpleFinally a simple way to manage the spending that I need to quickly. No more hourlong monthly categorising spend against budgets to find out how I’m doing. Fudget gives me instant insights..Version: 1.9.2

Great if you want a simple way to record your financesI use Fudget to keep track of my cash spending, and it does that really well. It’s quick and easy to set up budget headings and to record income and expenses, so I am getting into the habit of noting things as I go along rather than getting to the end of the month and wondering where it all went. It’s obviously not a full blown finance package (and doesn’t pretend to be), but if you want something simple and quick to use, it’s great value..Version: 1.7.8

Just what I was looking forI love this app! I was looking for an app where I could add my weekly budget and then put in any spending so that I could keep track of my spending, I’m not looking for any fancy analysis, I just wanted to keep things simple and this app is perfect! You can name each budget anything you like, it’s so easy to add income and expenditure, and you can choose to see a running balance or just keep each budget separate, I love it! It’s exactly what I was looking for..Version: 1.9.2

Incredible app. Honest and simple.Thank you for making such an incredible companion! This app has GREATLY reduced my stress. Appreciate the hard work behind the development, this should not be a free app. Thank you!!!!.Version: 1.9.2

Sooo EASY and USEFUL!Simple to access, taylor the budgets to suit you. Built in calculator, instant pie charts. I have purchased MANY budget apps over the years and deleted them because they were too much faff to actually use. I am actually using Fudget and can manage income and outgoings easily and can monitor where and what I’m spending. Thanks!.Version: 1.7.6

Simple & easy to useI really like this app! The only thing missing is the possibility to star items bi-weekly. Some payments come every pay and others once. Month. It would be a great addition to be able to star either monthly or bi-weekly. Or to renew the same budget every two weeks. Other than this, great app!.Version: 1.9.2

Great app used for a couple of years nowWould recommend this app been using for a couple of years however - think there is a small bug that requires fixing where it tells you total balance / total amounts at bottom of the screen o ly recently started to happen. Sometimes works if you add expense or shows but currently stopped not sure if it’s the free version.Version: 1.9.2

Simple yet effectiveI have tried many many sites and apps for budgeting yet I have stumbled upon this one and I am quite thrilled to be able to say that this app does the job very well!!!!.Version: 1.9.2

Budjet sur fudgetCe programme est vraiment facile à utiliser. Il est possible de faire plusieurs budget. Je trouve que c’est plus facile à gérer qu’avec excel..Version: 1.9.2

Great tool for weekly budgetSo easy to navigate and quite handy to keep track of my spending and weekly budget. Thank you for creating an app that’s helpful for a solo student mum of 4 children. This supports my weekly planner! A++++.Version: 1.9.2

EasyUser friendly, not complicated, just money in and money out with what’s left over - I normally sit calculating on my phone each month and losing track but this is handy as it’s in your hand ready to go whenever. I’ve realised I can save much more each month based on what I have left over if I’m careful. You can set a new budget each month or have budgets for different things. Any currency, type anything you want in as the expense, perfect for a quick and easy budget plan. Makes me feel in control of my money finally! Would recommend :).Version: 1.8.6

Great app to track your expenses.Very simple to use to track expenses. I like that I don’t have to link any bank account and I don’t get stupid email advertisements. The only reason I don’t give 5 start for this app is that when you create a budget you cannot create sub-categories within. I would like to be able to create a budget for a month “May” and then have subcategories within such as “groceries”. As it is, I have to make separate budgets for “May groceries,” “May bills,” “May entertainment,” etc. and then if I want to keep previous months’ budgets and not delete themes well as have the new months’ budgets, I have a lot of budgets in the main screen to look through which gets confusing. I have figured it out and am using as is because I like the app’s simplicity, but I wish he would change it so that you could make subcategories within each month’s budgets..Version: 1.7.8

Great but needs moreI’ve been using Fudget for ~9 months. Honestly, the simplicity of it is what makes the app great! Through day-to-day use it’s amazing. It has definitely made finances easier. However, it’s been a while since a drastic update (which it deeply needs). Some suggestions I have include a budget within a budget. Like a folder inside a folder. It could largely help with organizing. Another suggestion I have to have a separate section for recurring fees for even better organization! All in all, I recommend the app to everyone as it will help with finances and is the easiest app to understand and utilize. Even though it’s easy to understand, it does not sacrifice efficiency. An update would be much appreciated!.Version: 1.8.4

Sooooo simple and awesome!!!!!Almost identical to what I was doing in my own notebook carried around in my purse. Bye bye notebook and hello best budget app ever! I looked at many interfaces on other apps and that also required subscriptions, but not this awesome gem! Soooo happy with this app. The simplicity and ease of it makes for my budgeting needs a real breeze!!!! Thanks!.Version: 1.9.2

To Fudget App Creator DannyYou've created a tool that helps financially uneducated kids like myself see where our money goes, this is extremely helpful because I found myself spending a lot of money on unnecessary stuff, now I love seeing my savings grow all thanks to your app, you've done great Danny keep it up, All the way from New Zealand Jeff Kind regards.Version: 1.8.5

A great app.The way you can set up what are incomes and expenses is actually and coincidentally the look of how I had set up my monthly finances the same way for nearly a year, with a pen and a pad attached to a clipboard I have. Don't get me wrong, as awkward as it was to enjoy using a ruler to make the straight lines and organize the page as perfectly much as I wanted, I can do pretty much everything that I had chosen to want to write down and see information wise into this app, and I don't even know of any other things there might be extra to help me out or add to because I've been happy enough with the plane amount of the app that I've been using. So yeah, definitely a nice and good thing to use in a monthly finance organization type of way that isn't just a graph showing percentages. You get to type in dates, different words, amounts of things. Move those different things around when needed, and it's been good and simple enough to use so far. I like the fact that it took me using my notepad and a clipboard, out of the equation. I still have it to use for other things, but I like the fact that this app pretty much kind of takes over me when I did it that way. 👍🏻.Version: 1.6.4

Tastes like fudgeLooked at so many different apps and they all want to tie into my account and they don’t let me plan anything for after I retire in a few years. With this I actually was able to plug-in future retirement for where I’m going to be, I was able to plug in my savings as a budget so while I am taking away from my monthly budget I can actually add it into a savings budget. The full program is awesome and I like being able to save to dropbox. Simple and easy and I like being able to move the starred items to the next budget. It even asked me if I wanted to add them to some of the budgets that I had already created but since those were for savings in the future I didn’t need them and it was a simple no to get it to not try to think for me. It’s the best part of the app, it doesn’t try to force me to do anything. Thank you.Version: 1.9.2

Love itI’ve been using this app for about 6 months now and it’s great! It keeps me on track with my spending and I can make sure the important bills are paid first before I spend the rest. I do have to manually go in each time and swipe what I’ve paid but personally that’s good for me as because it keeps me organised although notification reminders would be good too, although I’m not sure if that’s in the paid version? But what you get for the free version it’s great! :).Version: 1.8.4

Great but needs improvementIt would be good if you could hide "paid" expenses from view, and also if you could see your expenses on a calendar / diary format rather than just a list. Also after you put in the date of a new item if it could move automatically instead of having to manually sort items into date order..Version: 1.8.5

Sorted my brain out but could go furtherI have been getting concerned with my runaway expenses each month, and getting into circles writing lists and then realising I haven’t accounted for other things, like petrol etc. This is a brilliant way to realistically think about your income and expenses, and add items or change amounts as you remember them. It wld be great if under each monthly expense you could list each time part of it has been spent. I’m thinking about my ‘going out’ expenses; I don’t use my monthly budget for this in one go so it wld be good to keep track on how much I’m going to spend on a night out ( my memory is a bit hazy afterwards!) and then keep track of how much is left for any other nights out for the rest of the month. The same with food shopping. I hope this will be my go to app to get my budgeting in order!.Version: 1.7.6

Awesome app!Just started using the app to work out our weekly spending and this is the only app that will let me choose if I want to do weekly or monthly and puts it into and easy to understand layout. Thanks guys!.Version: 1.9.2

Fantastic app, can’t do without it nowThis app has really helped me become more aware of my spending habits. I thought I was doing ok until I started tracking everything here and realised just how much I was wasting! Really easy to use and keeps me accountable. Thank you!.Version: 1.9.2

Great!Used this app for 2.5 years and is my go to every single payday. Easy to add things that pop up between pays to ensure you can map out everything that needs to be paid!.Version: 1.9.2

So easy and helpfulI’ve never written a review for an app but the creator of this deserves some credit and I feel like buying the pro version just a token of gratitude. I have used this for years and without doubt it’s my most helpful app. It’s so easy to use and when you star your regular income/expenditure then creating a new month enables you to copy it all across. Cross it off when paid/spent and that’s it. The ads don’t bother me and I just use my phones calculator should I need to so I really don’t see the need for the pro version. If you’re looking for a no frills, easy to use budgeting tool/app then look no further..Version: 1.9.2

Straightforward AppSpreadsheets still make my head hurt! I wanted a digital copy of my weekly budget because drawing out the columns and doing the computations is too time consuming. I’m not yet running a business; tracking multiple investments or any of the other reasons why one might need a complex financial app. I just want to see what I made and who I paid from week to week. This app is simple and straightforward and that is NOT a dig on the developers! I have set up “budgets” that show me how my emergency fund is growing (only populated with income and not expenses) as well as how I spend my “cash on hand.” I have been able to establish a budget for Christmas shopping and a birthday fund. Overall, the “budget” is whatever I need it to be! I’m inputting all my handwritten sheets from the beginning of the year. This way, I can stop carrying my paper around. I just upgraded and haven’t learned all the features available to me now, but I plan to. If you want to replace the paper checkbook register and the handwritten list of bills; if you want to know how you spend your money or you just don’t want to spend more than you make AND you have no plans on taking a course to learn how to use the program that lets you do it - THIS APP IS FOR YOU!.Version: 1.7.1

PhenomenalI LOVE this budgeting app so much. It’s very simple to use and you can get a serious budget going in minutes. The ability to show the credits and debits separately is extremely useful and means that I no longer have to painstakingly add them up. The features are remarkable and they are really useful for organising and checking up entries. I’ve told my family about it and now they’re using it too. The clean, minimal design is great and I like that I can make several different budgets at once with no issues. Can’t recommend this app enough!.Version: 1.8.6

Easy and user friendlyApp is easy to use, has good features to input. Expense, income, spending date etc. paid version also helps you customise the app to your liking..Version: 1.9.2

So Easy!!!Honestly the best budget tracker I have ever used! Like everything is right at the top of your fingers and so easy to see how your money flows in such a simple chart!.Version: 1.9.2

I’ve fallen back in love with budgetingI have been using one of the well known budgeting programme for many years now but only being able to run it on my PC was becoming a chore. Then along came Fudget and transformed my budgeting. As soon as the shopping is away the bill is added to Fudget and the receipt put away. Very easy to use and set up and Danny’s customer service is great. Definitely worth the small upgrade price to get the saving to Dropbox and the ability to export your budget options. Thanks Danny..Version: 1.9.2

Simple, easy, and gets the job done! This app is very easy and straight forward to use. It is pretty basic, which is not a bad thing—makes it simple enough that anyone can use it. I’ve had other budget apps that are overly complicated and too difficult to edit and use, but this one is exactly opposite. It does not connect to your banks and credit card accounts to track your expenses, so if you’re looking for that feature, its not here, but I actually like that it doesn’t. Its basically a simple spreadsheet that is so easy to edit and write my budget down, and export data to and from if I wanted to. One feature that I wish it had but it doesn’t, is a debt tracker for credit cards and loans, and perhaps a tracker for assets such as investments and real estate which would be helpful for tracking net worth. For this reason alone, I only give four instead of five stars. I supposed you could roughly track this at a snapshot basis by creating another “budget” and list your assets as “income” and your debts as “expenses”—so that the calculation at the bottom of the screen will represent your net worth at any given time—though you will have to manually update this each moment you want to see where you are at with things. It wouldn’t be very useful for creating a smart plan for repaying debts or account for interest accrued or anything fancy like that. Overall, I like this app a lot for its simplicity and ease of use. Well done!.Version: 1.9.2

Perfect until recently..I’ve used this app for years and it has been so helpful and exactly what I needed. I’ve even got most of my friends using the app. Recently though the balance no longer shows at the bottom which makes the app kind of pointless for me now. There’s a suggested workaround of showing the running balance but it’s not useful for me and the way I lay out my budget sheets. BRING BACK THE BALANCE! On the hunt for a replacement unfortunately unless the balance comes back :(.Version: 1.9.2

10/10This app had been my holy grail in my journey of adulthood! It’s too much for me to try and remember all of my income and outflow in expenses and guess what surplus money I may have. It’s a lifesaver to be able to quickly check what I’ve budgeted for this week, month and also annually before I think of splurging etc.Version: 1.9.2

Great app needing some bug fixesI love this app and have used it for about a year now, one of the only ones you have complete control over and can plan your budget your way, I even upgraded to the pro version. Only thing is when you add or change a lot of incomes/expenses and later come back into the app it has glitched and undone a lot of work and deleted some expense/incomes. Would like for that to be fixed as it is very frustrating when using this on your phone and it’s not easy to set up a whole years budget. Thanks!.Version: 1.8.6

Perfect accountability appLove it! Has changed the way I spend in only a week of using it. If you are completely honest and track every expense you quickly learn where you can save and do better! Awesome app.Version: 1.7.8

Want to love it…After seeing the five star reviews, I did not hesitate to download this app. It is easy enough to get started with and most importantly there is no account setup requirement and I don’t have to sync to my bank account. I also like there is no subscription and the one time purchase price is good. These are the features I love. The problem I am having, is trying to swipe left to edit the budget name is really wonky. It doesn’t consistently respond when trying to swipe on a budget to change the name or to access the delete option. This is frustrating and ruins an otherwise hopeful budget app. I would easily give it five stars and purchase the pro version were it not for this concern. Maybe it will get fixed. Update: The problems stated above have been fixed. It is a worthy app! So far best I have discovered. It would be nice to have a feature to separate out savings or other types of funds (like emergency fund or new dress fund) from the running balance. This would make it easier to compare balance in Fudget to my actual checking account without having to subtract. But this is not a deal breaker, but would easily take it to the next level..Version: 1.9.2

Really helps outFudget is quick and easy to use. It’s a very basic budget planner- but it’s so simple and neatly laid out that anyone can use it. I’m a devil with my personal finances, but I haven’t had a single bank charge since I started using it to keep a track of household expenses. I’m thinking of upgrading to fudget pro- only for the Dropbox. One thing I do like about fudget is that the obligatory adverts in the free version aren’t intrusive. I’ve recommended it to a few of my friends who also find it basic- but friendly. I worked in a bank for many years and know that a simple forecasting spreadsheet is like a breath of fresh air....this is the one for me!.Version: 1.7.8

It’s really great app and highly recommended. But,This app is really great and convenient. I can manage and control both my expenses and incomes easily. But if you could add a feature where you can move the budget columns that would be amazing. Because it’s not really convenient when you forget to add a budget and you have to delete the whole expenses and incomes in it, then redo it again to add the forgotten budget columns..Version: 1.8.4

Great AppHelps to effectively visualize budgets.Version: 1.9.2

The perfect budgeting appFudget is exactly what we needed. A straightforward and uncomplicated system that enables us to keep on top of our monthly spending. We like that we can put different budgets for spending, petrol and groceries and keep these separate. Very easy to set up and use and we can both access it on our own phones using drop box which is great! Would definitely recommend..Version: 1.9.2

Very useful budgeting appFudget is very useful in tracking down my expenses. Can automatically see if I am over-and under-budget. Highly recommended app!.Version: 1.9.2

Easy to use!Very great for budgeting..Version: 1.9.2

Love this appI can’t live without this app!!! It’s so handy and easy to use i just got a new phone and I transferred it over I just wish I didn’t have to pay for it again as I’ve already bought it my last 2 phones already but apart from that no complaints from me!!!.Version: 1.9.0

Simplistically beautiful10/10 on app simplicity and also for adding all the bells and whistles making the app just a shear joy to use 🥳 we all know budgeting and money woes are the worst but this actually makes me feel I’m making a difference in my budget thanks to the app creator taking the time to make the app simple easy to use but ticks ALL the budgeting boxes ;).Version: 1.8.5

Helpful & Easy to useFor someone wanting to keep track of every cent in a simple way this is so helpful!...I add every income and every expense every time I get income & pay an expense or spend, it helps me keep realistic track of my finances daily & there are no surprises, I know where I stand & am more cautious so I keep on track & have some cash flow in my sight without frivolous spending. I tried a few budget apps & this is my favourite one!...so thanks dude who invented 👌🏼.Version: 1.7.1

Great!! BUT would be 5 stars if they added one thingThis is a really great app for tracking my spending! I like that you have complete freedom as to what you would like to add as a budget and aren’t confined to specific categories or confined to only a monthly budget. I can do them bi-weekly, which I can’t do with a lot of other budgeting apps. You can also rollover recurring items, which I appreciate. The one downfall is that I wish you could create subcategories within the same budget. I would love to show the total amount of money available and overall different areas of spending. Then be able to breakdown of each spending area showing exactly how that money was spent, within that same overall budget. Currently, I have to create a whole separate budget in order to get that breakdown..Version: 1.9.2

So close to perfectI adore the simplicity, and the fact that pro is a one off, small payment. The only thing I don’t like is the way starred expenses are managed. PLEASE implement a separate menu to add, edit or delete starred expenses, as well as some way of inputting them into a new budget if you happen to accidentally press ‘no’. I would also like to see a change to the calculator, where you can select multiple expenses and automatically add them up. When I get paid I transfer my contribution to our household expenses to our joint account, it would be nice if I could just add these up straight from the app so I know how much I need to transfer..Version: 1.9.2

Budget app you can’t Fudge lolHey 👋 I’m normally really bad at keeping track of money! It drives my husband up the wall! Using card payment can be evil because you lose track of how many time you tap. Well this app has shown me when you log it and tack your spending you realise where your going wrong. I’m still new to the app but it’s working in my favour. I’m confident as time goes on I’ll only get better with my money handling as it’s teaching me to be more accountable with my spendings! Thanks Fudget! You rock!.Version: 1.9.2

Close to perfect for meIf you are looking for a simple budget tracker Fudget is the app for you. I’ve been using it now for a couple of years and while it has some weird quirks, (my starred expenses sometimes don’t move from month to month) this app does the trick better than any of the way overly complicated apps that require way too much information. I just really need a list of my expenses and a rolling balance to know every month what I can spend and what I can save. I check and use it every single day. Entering and updating expenses is easy. I pay the same bills every month so being able to create the next months budget off the previous month is perfect. Only thing I wish it had was a way to categorize expenses into buckets like utilities, mortgage, transportation, recreation, etc. Seems like this could easily be done with a simple color dot that represents each category. This would be a nice to have for an other great app..Version: 1.8.6

Awesome!!I’ve tried heaps of budget apps and ended up deleting them because they’re either too complicated or too simple, and it was too hard to keep track of what I’d paid and what still needed paying, but this app is perfect and is exactly what I’ve been looking for! This app is awesome - easy to use, uncomplicated yet has everything you need. definitely recommend!.Version: 1.8.0

Very convenientA friend of mine was using it and I had been looking for an app to keep me updated with my spending so this is quite useful. Gives me a rough estimate of my spending money esp since I like to plan ahead.Version: 1.8.6

Simple Ideas are EffectiveI really like this Budget Tracker. I use it for personal projects like my hobby cars so my parts spending doesn’t run away with me and I have also used it to keep a record of payments into and out of an estate I needed to administer. At a flick of a button I get a summary of items bought or sold as expenses or income, and this shows on the front screen too. The export to Dropbox Save and Restore feature is excellent. On the one occasion I needed some help, I sent a question and received an immediate reply from the Developer, Danny. Very impressive and least stressful way of keeping track of money and taking control of finance..Version: 1.9.2

Love the simplicity.I have tried at least two other budget apps and they both gave me and my spouse headaches. They were just too complicated and involved too many steps to manually update my budget. Fudget is much simpler. My only gripes are that I wish I could mark part of a budget item as paid (like if I only spent $100 on a $400 grocery budget) and I wish there were more colours but I don’t think those are big enough complaints to warrant the loss of a star. The only downside is that my spouse has updated to the latest version of iOS and so her balance bar has disappeared. Mine is still there because I’m on a lower version and not planning on updating anytime soon because of that. We emailed them about the issue and they responded back saying that the app can’t be updated without deleting everyone’s data and that they’re working on Fudget 2. I hope that’s soon because I really like Fudget 1..Version: 1.9.2

Thank you so much for making this!!This is the best budgeting app you could download! Not only is the free version amazing but the added feature of watching the video to get limited time access to a part of the payed version is amazing. The full version is also only a one time payment and very affordable so just a big thank you to the developer(s) for making this and I would highly highly recommend downloading this if you want to get on top of your budget!.Version: 1.8.6

Very handy appUse this app all the time. Great for budgeting. You can put your own incoming and outgoings in. Cross off things when you've paid bills or been paid and the calculator when you swipe right on any individual item is very handy. The stars items are handy too so you don't need to input the same things each month. Definitely recommend this app. Customer support also very good. Whenever I've had question I've had reply within day..Version: 1.7.2

Love itSuper simple interface. Nothing complicated or over the top. Works perfectly. I recommend to everyone I speak to..Version: 1.9.2

User-Friendly and SimpleFudget is easy to use and super simple - no bells and whistles which is exactly what I was looking for!.Version: 1.9.2

Very simple to use!Thank you Danny for creating such a great app and making it so accessible for everyone. I was using an excel spreadsheet prior to this app, but I must say this is much more convenient for my needs. I‘ll leave here 2 suggestions that would really improve Fudget if incorporated: 1. Be able to share this document (live) with someone (my partner) so we can keep of all of our expenses together. 2. “Typography recognition” so you don’t have to type in ie: rent, groceries, fitness, etc every single time you enter an item, also, if you misspelled something or have a space, it recognizes it as a different category, and so the graph isn’t accurate. Thanks again!.Version: 1.9.2

I’ve used this ap for yearsI also use it for my Christmas list and budget every year..Version: 1.9.2

This app is the best!!!!!!!Best budget app. I have been using it for two years now..Version: 1.9.2

Amazing!!!!I have only been using this app for about 30 minutes now but it is already probably one of my favourite apps. It is so simple and easy to use. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who has a business or just need to keep track of there money. I actually like the app so much I have bought pro. So overall great app definitely 5 star and I would recommend :).Version: 1.8.6

Great budget app!I’ve been using the Fudget app for quite a long time, it’s easy and simple to use. I love this app. It’s the best & only budget app that I’ve ever had. It’s amazing, I love it. If there’s any improvements to be made, please do so. If there’s any possibility to change the theme colour that would be great. Please keep it going and up to date..Version: 1.9.2

Simple App With a Few QuirksFudget is a great simple money management app. It has a simple, clean interface and is easy to navigate. You can easily add transactions and dates to them. I like the ability to use whatever currency you want to in the app, and the fingerprint unlock is a nice touch. There are quite a few things that can definitely be improved though. There’s no way to see all of your transactions on the pie chart across budgets, only within each budget. Also, the ads on the bottom are quite annoying in my opinion. There are many better ways to implement ads that don’t add to the quality of the app instead of subtracting from it. The One way to improve the app but still include ads is to get rid of the ads at the bottom but make a way to make users want to watch ads by giving them something in return. It would also be nice if there was a way to use more than one currency at a time. Overall though this is a great app to track expenses and manage your money..Version: 1.7.9

DEFINITELY BEST BUDGET APP OUT THERE!Hey so I just started using Fudget. Budgeting has never been easy. I absolutely love the $6 one time payment to get premium I wish I could tip your little family!! Hahaha…. I just want to ask. I would love if you could add a percentage feature in. That would be so much better too. Also a possibility to add for example, our food is $400 PF. Instead of a new budget tab it would be good to have a little tab underneath to MINUS. What has been used of that amount each shop. And a warning if it goes over 🙌🏼…. ALSO A highlighted feature of different colours. to add to each expense… Anyways you should be proud of yourself Danny! LOVE THE NAME TOO “Fudget” F*Ching BUdgeting 😹🫶🏼.Version: 1.9.2

Excellent & PracticalI actually purchased and downloaded 4 different budget apps and tested them all in parallel, and this was by FAR the best. Simple to use, and sensible - a monthly budget is the start point, wheras others seem to work backwards and make you create lots of different budgets. Now using this and synching across iphone and ipad, and even bought the mac version as well. The other apps i have deleted. I needed to set up a budget to identify spare cash to pay debts, this does it perfectly. Thanks!.Version: 1.8.6

A review from an ex-user of other budgeting appsFudget has very good features. Fudget also has some things I think can be improved. Pros - 1. Very clean app. 2. You can use a calculator to calculate transactions while you scroll up and down on the upper half of the screen through transactions. 3. You can mark when transactions are paid. 4. Although kinda buggy Fudget’s not as buggy as other budgeting apps I’ve had. 5. You can make a separate “main budget” without it getting in the way of the other budgets and transactions. 6. Has potential for more improvement. Cons - 1. Transactions are hard for you to see behind the calculator. 2. I would like to see if it’s possible for the calculator to be made to extend below the bottom of the transactions so they can all be seen as well as calculated if needed. 3. Bugs are always a problem. 4. You have to type in each transaction name individually. I would like to see a feature that would make it where transaction names could be put under a category that the user makes. Then users could scroll through a list of categories made by them to add to a transaction. I miss being able to do this from Spending Tracker (although I don’t miss the pre-made transaction categories)..Version: 1.7.8

Great!Very easy to use as it’s so simple! I was struggling to find an app to help keep an eye on expenses etc and potentially help me see what I can save/help build my savings. As I get my wages every so many weeks, I was also struggling to find an app that allows me to put that down as an income in that time period, most want you to put it as monthly, two weekly or weekly. With this app though, I can easily list what income/outgoings I have and what dates too. I can make categories for anything I want (so either by bank accounts or by months etc) and I personally just find it so much easier than any app I’ve used for budgeting..Version: 1.9.2

So Far So Good!Love the layout!!! It’s very rare that you find an app that is easy and compact in use and storage. Love the simplicity, and makes financing and budget (so far) really easy. I’m in the processes of sweating up my app and it’s actually made everything really clear and concise making it easier to think. Thank you!.Version: 1.8.4

I love this app!Does everything I want it to do, especially now that the balance of all budget categories appears automatically. I especially love that I can have many categories, unlike most similar apps I found. Well worth paying to upgrade to save data to drop box. Only improvement would be if we could run it on 2 mobile devices without having to save to drop box on one, and then restore on the other. But that’s my only suggestion for improvement at this point. I am saving so much time and my margin of error is far less by having all the info on my phone to update when purchases or payments are made..Version: 1.8.5

Exactly what I looking forExactly what I wanted simple clear budgeting app. Saves a lot of my time. I also like the small one off payment to have the pro features..Version: 1.9.2

Spend-a-holic is now budgeting 🙌🏼😅I use to spend every week without budgeting and hoping I had enough by next pay day but obviously broke a day before or budgeting 2-3 days earlier because I had spent to much on pay day lol! Now that I’m budgeting and also planning 8 weeks worth of budget for times I use Afterpay, I am now aware of how much I can spend weekly. I’m constantly religiously updating each time I spend! Im glad now I can make all my payments for what they are and I love how it calculates for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!.Version: 1.9.2

One of the best onesI have downloded quite a few different ones and tested them out. This one has stayed because it had a feature that I really needed. I wanted to see how much I have left after spending from each budget set and this does it well. I enter the income for the month and during the month whatever expense I have gets minused from the income and I get to see how much is left..Version: 1.9.2

Fantastic budgeting app Just one bugStill using this app as its great. But just one bug, if you add a new budget and add star items it sometimes duplicates some lines. So i have to go through it all to make sure there are no duplicates and make sure totals are still correct. This Issue seems to be resolved. I think another good feature would be to add a total outstanding in each row, so you can see the outstanding amounts on each account row. Still use this app as its simple yet very effective..Version: 1.9.2

I actually use this! You know all those fancy apps that do this and make that and ooh, bells, whistles! Yeah, it looks awesome the first time you open it, but then it keeps tinkling and whistling at you and you never actually use the dang thing. This is not that. Fudget is ridiculously simple, and hey presto, I use it constantly! I've never had a budget before in my life and now I do. I've been using this steadily for almost a year which is like an eon in my attention span... Squirrel! I am a freelancer, so my pay fluctuates every month. Once I know what I will get paid for next month, I go put in my income. Fudget has saved all my regular expenses, so it puts those in for me. I check them off as I pay them. I don't detail everything, just major expenses including my credit card (paid off monthly) that I use to budget for groceries, eating out, etc. I keep an eye on my card balance and make sure it does not go over my Fudget budget. Easy! Then when I am thinking of spending money on some ridiculous or not so ridiculous thing, I go and check Fudget first. It tells me I can afford a new blender or I need to wait a month and maybe save for it. I also am using this to save for some travel, track my quarterly tax payments. I cannot believe I actually have a budget, but I finally do!.Version: 1.7.2

If you have a brain like a sieve this is the app for youI stumbled across this app in a ad on a podcast and am so glad I did! Every month this helps me keep my finances in check, I love that you can add things on the go, someone invites you out for a meal? Add it to Fudget. Someone reminds you of a birthday and you know you'll forget to put money aside? Fudget. I don't know what I would do without it (besides forget to pay bills of course) so simple and user friendly, and I absolutely love it..Version: 1.6.4

Good app to budgetThe app is fantastic and allows you to budget your finances. Is easy to use and navigate. It would be even better if i could link it to my bank and schedule income through it but other than that it works flawlessly..Version: 1.9.2
