✓ 100 feet? Nope.100 feet? My foot! My loss Fitbit wasn’t even 1 foot away and this app couldn’t pick up the signal. I purchased this app about 8 minutes ago. It was scanning for my fitbit for 6 minutes, while I held my cell phone. Lo and behold the scan picked up nothing.... In frustration thinking it was lost outside the 100 foot range, I wiped a tear from my eye, which is when I found the fitbit in my sleeve...opposite the hand I was holding my cell phone while scanning. Crappy app - please refund me..Version: 2.8

✓ No longer works without subscriptionWhat’s this? It’s a lie in the fine print. “If you don't choose to purchase a subscription, subscription, you can simply continue using the App for free” I bought this app outright years ago. I just tried to use it for the first time in a year, and now I have to buy it again?? Nope, not going spend $30 to buy it again, to use once a year. I’m sure they will make me buy it again in a year or so. This app has found my lost Fitbit Flex at least 10 times. The clasp on the band open and fall off, usually in a place where it couldn't be seen, or was covered. This app homes in on it just like it's suppose to! However, it is just a proximity receiver. It takes multiple passes of measuring signal strength up and down to finally locate it. Because the signal can vary slightly when it's stationary you get false variations when you're using it to search. It would be perfect if it was more directional so it could point at where the signal is coming from..Version: 3.0.3

✓ DO NOT BUY!I lost my FitBit charge 3 at my parents house. Paid $5.99 and downloaded this app to help find it faster. After using this app for an hour i still could not find it. Fortunately, a family member finally found my FitBit. Just to test this app I took my FitBit placed it on a table and walked by using this app. The app would not detect it. Even though it said in the What’s New part- Improved support for FitBit charge 3 and FitBit Versa. This app is misleading and charged me $5.99 to do nothing. Do not Purchase this app. A waste of money and time. Here’s a tip: If your FitBit is in the room with you it will sync with no lagging. If you are in another room and try to sync your FitBit there will be some lagging. That’s how my family member found my FitBit by syncing continuously until they got close to it and found it..Version: 2.9.2

✓ DO NOT FALL FOR THIS APPThis is a ploy to get your money. The app doesn’t work, nothing even comes up and the “help” button won’t even open anything new. And forget about contacting the company! Their email address that is advertised on their website (the only contact method provided) doesn’t even work!!! SAVE THE HASSLE of working with Apple to try to get your money back. What a waste, don’t be fooled into being defrauded! Also I noticed a lot of other customers complaining of the same thing and developer came back with “did you try to unpair your Fitbit from your phone as instructed?” There are no instructions first of all when nothing comes up in the App and secondly, I did do that and had the same problem. I tested this app again while standing directly over my fully charged Fitbit. It still did not pick up the signal. Waste of money. UPDATE:: received a response to my review telling me that I didn't follow the directions which is why this didn't work for me. I did follow the directions, and it didn't work for me. After your response, I tried again, reading the instructions very carefully, still didn't work for me. Even standing directly over my device (which I found no thanks to you), it did not work for me. ✓ Too complicated & not necessaryI purchased this app but didn’t get past the first step. App said, “Bluetooth unavailable”. I was not able to get the app connected to Bluetooth so I went to the “help” section and was faced with a list of tons of steps to follow to find my Fitbit. Too complicated for me. I gave up and just used my Fitbit application. I walked around my house and garage refreshing my Fitbit app. It kept saying Fitbit unavailable. When in the garage it took more time trying to sync my Fitbit to my phone so I knew my Fitbit was in the car somewhere. When I got near the car it said sync was successfully. Looked in my trunk and there it was. Didn’t even use the Find my Fitbit app. Sorry I purchased it so quickly. A waste of money. I don’t even know how to use it. ✓ Useless appOut of the thousand apps that I’ve downloaded and used on my iOS this is truly the only app that doesn’t work. iTunes won’t give me a refund they want me to contact the developer through the app however, if the app doesn’t work then the app doesn’t work and I can’t contact the developer through the app. Don’t get this app. The only thing that happens when I click on the app is that it comes to a Bluetooth screen and it tells me I have to turn my Bluetooth on but guess what ladies and gentlemen, the Bluetooth is on. ✓ Hot Cold parameters not so easyThis app did not find my Fitbit, slight movement triggers a different response even though your in a 10 foot radius, making you assume your not in range. This app is good at telling you your device is close by like in your home but good luck finding the exact location. I was surprised how hard it was to track a signal because my home is barely furnished with great reception. I ended up giving up and finding my Fitbit later in the day. The free app does the same job. It notifies you that your device is close but it’s hard as well to find your device on the exact route. ✓ Fitbit versa lost- don’t botherI paid $5.99 for this app in hopes of finding my new Fitbit versa. I read reviews and app info and decided it was worth the $5.99 fee! But after downloading and searching for my Fitbit I found out that this app doesn’t support the Fitbit versa! That would have been great to know before I selected and paid for this app. I tired to find a way to contact the app and get a refund but there was no option to do so. I hope this app adds some information and list Fitbit items that are not compatible with this app. And that they list information so that customers may contact the company for not only refunds but questions. I would suggest you take your business else where and use your money on an app that can actually deliver on its advertised services..Version: 2.9.3
✓ Does NOT support Versa Lite.In the description on the App Store it says it works with Versa Lite but in the app it says it only supports: Alta/Alta HR, Flex 2, Charge 2, Blaze, Surge, Flex, One, Ultra, Zip, and Charge/Charge HR with Zip and Surge being short term. The App Store description also lists Inspire HR, Versa, Charge 3, and Ionic which may not actually be supported in app either. Which is supported by the fact that when I tried it, it found nothing despite my being within 10ft of my Versa Lite and 50ft of my mom’s Charge 3. I did my FitBit because I got a call and it started to vibrate. It was at 78%. It might work for some, but did not work for me..Version: 2.9.4

✓ Last ResortI knew my Fitbit was in the house as it was syncing but was completely baffled where. This app pretty much pinpointed which room it was in but that was about it.. The hot to warm signal was totally variable and random after that. Eventually I had the eureka moment and found it had been swept up off the bed with a load of clean washing to the bottom of a sock drawer. So I guess it would have turned up eventually and my impatience cost me 3.99. If you know you’ve lost your Fitbit outside and the vicinity this could be a great investment..Version: 2.9.4
