They were good for the weight loss ones, but the muscle building all requires equipment, but some people don’t have access to these. ✓ Kills Your WorkoutEvery workout you do it’ll play a Mf add, so it completely ruins the fluidity of your workout, and gets you out of the flow you get in. ✓ Slightly better than just fineThe app does what I need it to do. It builds a workout plan for you and it also lets you build your own workout from an extensive list of exercises. You can log your weights and reps. But that’s really about it. You can’t replace a workout in your prebuilt plan if your gym doesn’t have the right equipment. That’s my biggest gripe with the app. Im also not sure how to make use of the log. It tells you your weights and reps, but you already know that because you input that information. Then it has a “performance” tab with no information on what that means. It’s an app that’s slightly better than just fine.
