✓ Not freeI downloaded it yesterday. Did the first workout. I was disappointed when I went to do it today and discovered you need to pay. Yes there a free trail for x amount of days but you need a subscription. The person claiming it is genuinely free, clearly work for the company behind it..Version: 8.4.1
✓ It is just okThis app does have a lot of exercises but you can find tons of apps for free that offer the same service. The nutrition part was completely unhelpful since it has no way to personalize with dietary restrictions. So you just have a bunch of food that you cannot even eat..Version: 7.9.9

✓ Does not do as advertisedDon't waste your money. It's basically just short videos of each exercise. There's no way to track the exercises you've done or the weight you used. The 'custom' workout option is also broken because you can't add exercises to the workout..Version: 3.0
✓ MONEY HUNGRYLISTEN. Y’all other apps always ask for money and that is always, ALWAYS why I delete them. You could at least let us do some of the workouts. I got all hyped over nothing. With all the calories that I could just burn in 20 minutes in the app, I got SO excited. But NO. You guys had to ask for money and stuff like that. It’s just buying the app and pretending it’s free. ✓ Ok appThe app is decent. Only thing, once you have gone through the 9 workouts per body part, there’s nothing else. It’s also a bit repetitive with the exercises. But ok priced and the timer is pretty good. If you exit app to change music, it will exit your whole workout. Not ideal.Version: 7.8.7

✓ Don’t waste your time and moneyI used this app for about a year. I paid a small monthly subscription that was worth it for me. Then the app is revamped and anything I try to do takes me to a subscription page. I tap “restore purchases” and it tells me nothing to restore, but I verified on my iPhone that I have a subscription. I emailed support and got no answer. ✓ Not worth the subscription!!Where are the five-star reviews coming from?? This app is incomplete, often has the explanations for different exercises mixed up, and is riddled with spelling mistakes. Even the bits that should tell you what parts of your body are getting a workout have been left empty! Don’t get me wrong, the workout routines are pretty good. But they’ll never be worth 20 dollars a month, given that they’re essentially static routines you could just memorise. Taking that into account, plus all the errors I mentioned above, this app is simply not worth paying ANY money for..Version: 5.3.4
