✓ Very disappointed-unable to print patternsI am very disappointed by the poorly done digital version for this magazine. I miss being able to print select pages and the templates for the pattern I’m making. Please bring the print page feature back!.Mel_C5Version: 3.4.37

✓ Only opens onceOnce a new issue is available I can only view it one time on the app. After that, anytime I try to click "view" on any issue, it starts to load and is stuck at 0% meaning I have basically wasted my money because I got to flip through an issue once and can never see it or use patterns / read quilt instructions ever again. Just canceled my subscription. Not a new problem for me - this has been happening since last year. At one point I deleted the app for several months the then re-downloaded for a particular issue I really wanted but unfortunately the same problems persist..Amista BVersion: 3.5.59

✓ Can't print patterns from issues I purchasedOccasionally I have to print a pattern to take it with me where devices aren't allowed. It would be great if I had a way to print. ✓ Major IssuesEver since Issue 24 was released NONE of the previous issues I purchased will load on this app at all. Prior to that Issue 23 was missing steps 3-11 of the entire process for the cover quilt and no one from the magazine would reply to my emails or FB inquiries. Finally had to contact the woman who made the pattern itself to get a reply. Plus I got charged 2x for Issue 23 through iTunes. Now I can't even view any of the magazines that I paid for to make the quilts. Pretty upset I wasted my money..MrsBakerVersion: 3.4.43

✓ Great content. Issue with app itselfSince they changed the app a few months ago, I can’t multitask on my iPad. Quilters often have tv shows/movies on while they work. But with the new app, every time you swipe to a new page, the video stops. There are no videos in the app, but it stops whatever I am watching from playing. ✓ Terrible supportThis is a wonderful magazine. However, all of the special editions that are available for purchase disappears from all of my Pocketmag apps. I have quite a few, so this was quite devastating. I have made repeated requests for help, but get no answers, just the same information that is on the support site, such as to update to the new app (did that the day they were released) restore purchases (did that first), Sync (did that next, the tried restore again). After doing all of that to no avail I then started emailing support and am getting no help at all. Be warned and be sure you're cord every single purchase and keep up with which issues you have purchased because I have also lost access to some of my precious prescription purchases. ✓ Incredible content, unreliable appI love this magazine, and when it works, it’s absolutely wonderful. I am subscribed through iTunes and semi-frequently need to delete the app and re-download to get the content. When I try to open an issue that’s included in my subscription I often get stuck with a black screen and a 0% frozen on it. I’m pretty frustrated because it’s been happening more often than not recently, and I might switch to the physical magazine instead. Again, the content is beautiful, modern, and well taught through the instructions, but the app experience leaves a lot to be desired for me.
