✓ Unreliable appSlow to download, often doesn’t download at all.Version: 3.16.1
✓ Waste of time and moneyHideously bad. This app simply doesn't work. The "restore purchases" button is just there to annoy and frustrate the user because it simply doesn't work. So subscription monies paid is just a sunk cost. The support links are also a complete waste of time. If there was a 0 score I would give it.Version: 5.6.0

✓ Not so great ... Needs immediate updatesHad the "Old" app and there were so many ways to use the app ... Ability to print a page (for patterns), email, Facebook, Twitter, text a page. These need to be updated in this new app. The app also seems to be having problems when you try to go back to "issues" - stutters and/or crashes completely. Need to make more stable and PLEASE add back in the features that the previous app owners had, as it is some of the main reasons for having a digital copy (to print ONLY what is needed instead of having the whole magazine). ✓ This app has pathetic support don't get a subscriptionI was a subscriber of this Mag for 3 years and when it got taken over by this new app 's company I lost the digital access to all my purchased issues. I have tried for many months to recover the issues to no avail. Whenever I get to the point of sending my iTunes receipts, and this happened twice, the CS disappears. I have started this story many times in many months and not only it was never solved or replied to coherently, but also they lie about the problem being solved. Today I received a message saying that my old purchases had been restored and added to my subscription, well I don't have a current subscription,why would I have one when they stole my issues from me. ✓ DisappointingUnfortunately, I have had nothing but problems with this application. I was so excited to get my first issue of Mollie Makes and I have only been able to view it twice. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, hard resets of my phone and nothing (these were some of the suggestions on their Q/A page) Also, a major downside to the application is you can only view it in their application, you can’t export it to any other viewing application like iBooks or PDF Expert. So I tried to get in contact with someone for a refund. This has proved challenging since apparently the application is being supported by a different company (Immediate Media) and is not the company I purchased the application from which is apparently another company which is not Mollie Makes either and so I need to go directly through the App Store to find a way to get a refund. !!!💩!!!.Version: 3.16.5

✓ Worst support and customer serviceI have been trying to retrieve content lost via disappearance of NewsStand but absolutely going nowhere. The Sync feature within the app does not work but the support people are utterly clueless. The response time is scandalously slow and they'd repeat the same thing to me every time. ✓ This transition has been a nightmareFrom the moment my monthly subscription to Mollie Makes charged me $150 for a month, I knew this was going to be a mess. This new app is buggy, crashes constantly when I'm trying to download my magazines, and sometimes doesn't show all of my back issues as being owned (but sometimes it does...). The old app was much more reliable, and I'm keeping it for as long as I can; I'll catch up on my back issues there. It also looks like there isn't a monthly subscription option anymore, just a 3 month or yearly option. That's ok. I think I might be done with this magazine if this is how it's going to treat its digital subscribers..Version: 3.4.40

✓ Horrible customer serviceWhen they switched from Crochet Today! to Mollie Makes I lost all my purchases. I entered the long, over a year, back and forth email with them about getting them back. They'd lose my emails despite having ref #, repeat themselves, ect. After a year+ I told them "hey if I can't get my purchases can I at least get a refund?" They then told me since I made my purchases via iTunes to contact them instead. NOTHING was solved other than to tell me over a year later that it's iTunes problem and get them to handle it. I get no refunds or my purchases back (which is what I really wanted) since they claim it's all on iTunes..Version: 3.5.49

✓ Update to the new app and lose all of your previous issuesThis is the third application bought out by the company that deleted all previous subscriptions. Attempting to sync doesn't work. ✓ Craftless Christmas!I purchased around 20 back issues and since the new app update I am only able to view a few of the back issues. After messaging customer service they have not contacted me. I also messaged iTunes with all of the order numbers from my previous purchases and was told to contact the app and leave a review. As far as I am concerned all Mollie Makes is money from selling content you can not access. Since my print subscription just expired after several years I will no longer be supporting this company..Version: 5.3.6

✓ Terrible supportThis is a wonderful magazine. However, all of the special editions that are available for purchase disappears from all of my Pocketmag apps. I have quite a few, so this was quite devastating. I have made repeated requests for help, but get no answers, just the same information that is on the support site, such as to update to the new app (did that the day they were released) restore purchases (did that first), Sync (did that next, the tried restore again). After doing all of that to no avail I then started emailing support and am getting no help at all. Be warned and be sure you're cord every single purchase and keep up with which issues you have purchased because I have also lost access to some of my precious prescription purchases. With the original transition from crochet today all my digital downloads were deleted! Wtheck! I paid for those. After numerous emails to the company they still tell me that thy cannot help me!
