Lark Health for Positive User Reviews

So far so goodPricey at full price but will give it a month at the sale price. Weird to not be specific about my food diary like with Fitness Pal. I like the feedback - its entertaining for sure. Time will tell if it works.Version: 4.8.1

Great app! It's a great way to stay on track!.Version: 4.3.2

Pleasant surpriseI haven't stuck to many apps, but it's been over 4 weeks of constant tracking and improving my food and activity. It's addictive and so easy..Version: 2.2.0

Interesting approachI think the developers came up with a very interesting and innovative approach to the health tracker. Having little prompts and reminders really do keep you motivated and text like format gives it a little more personalized feel. Overall a great app and highly recommend to anyone..Version: 2.3.1

Manual Entries for Lark DesiredI love the app. Would just love to be able to make manual entries or be more clarifying when entering meals or movement. Other than that it’s great. It seems to return feedback based in preset values. For instance in manually adding a grain bowl meal, I had to enter each ingredient, which included 1/4 cup of brown rice. Lark advised that I had a good bit of carbs when in actuality 1/4 cup of isn’t a good bit. The goal was to use grains that Lark recognizes as grain or I’ll get feedback to include more grain. Also I have it set to read movement data from my Apple watch but it only reads movement data when I’m carrying my phone, which isn’t often. Other than that it’s a great tool that I use through out each day..Version: 4.19.1

Fantastic appWorks well if you unlock all the features !!! It’s good nice that help you as your personal trainer.Version: 4.9.7

That annoying friend that’s only being helpfulLark is a great app to keep y’all on your toes. If any of you need a constant reminder, or someone who is always letting you know when you are not eating healthy, or if you want someone to point out how you haven’t done anything all day, this app is for you. I know it doesn’t sound great but honestly we all need direction, and discipline when it comes to weight loss. I’m just being realistic. I know I’m hard headed and need the annoying reminders and facts the Lark app gives me about my eating habits and lack of movement. As annoying as the notifications and feed are in the Lark app it’s that friend that keeps you on your toes about important goals in weight loss..Version: 4.9.2

Simple health appThis app is very helpful for people wanting to start or continue a more health conscious journey. It is simple to use and guides you through tracking food, activity, sleep, wellness, and mood daily. Provides easy to follow feedback and encouragement. Gives resource links and info on it’s feedback when needed. Allows you to fully edit wrong entries on food and asks if activity levels look correct - then reminds you that micro activities like cleaning, etc can be manually entered to capture more correct data. This is a fantastic add-on tool to track important data and be able to use on your own or in conjunction with a doctor to give him/her insight into your health related behaviors. It seems it will work more efficiently with a FitBit for activity tracking, however, it is not absolutely necessary. I’ve been using it without and still enjoy the simplicity and daily feedback to keep me focused. You are able to change the times of activity or meals so you aren’t tethered trying to enter data in real time..Version: 4.14.3

Good but cant affordThis is a great app and would recommend the free version. I haven't paid because the cost is just too high, I cannot justify it. There is no inapp button for 7 day free trial as mentioned, which I would like to have a go. If there was an upfront fee, I think it would be worth it, but subscriptions always worry me and being over $30 per month despite what it says in the detail, I don't know if entering food is worth it when fitness pal does it for free..Version: 3.1.0

GoodGreat app! Lost alot of weight using it! :).Version: 4.9.3

AccountabilityI appreciate the accountability of this app. Meals are very easy to enter. I’m trying to learn how to meet Lark’s badge expectations. I would like the app to include help with that. I changed time zones while on vacation and the app could not keep up with what day it was, so even though I entered meals for Monday, it was still giving me feedback for Sunday’s meals. It will be hard to stay motivated to enter all the information if the app attributes one day’s food and activity to a different day. Something else that would be helpful is the ability to add sleep. It seems like I only can log one period of sleep per day. Often, I’ll wake up at 2 or 3 and the. Go back to sleep at 5. The app only figures on my sleep from 10 - 2. I do enjoy the health tidbits. And it has definitely made me more mindful about fruits and vegetables. I think it will be effective in the long term..Version: 4.12.1

Great app!I like the tie in with your 23 and me data.Version: 4.8.1

A good friend!Lark is just like having a chat with a friend. He encourages you rather than making you feel bad about your choices and gives you a bit of a nudge if you've spent too much time on the couch..Version: 2.4.3

Nice appThis app tracks everything and cheers on your small accomplishments while also giving you feedback where you can make a change to improve. It also lets you track your mood, feelings and activity in addition to food. It starts with focusing on one area and then slowly adds goals. It gives you information on why it is suggesting something including the occasional link to a related research article. The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t ask you to verify your food after you type it in. I put in chicken ginger soup and it read it as chicken finger and called it an unhealthy meal which it wasn’t so a little more intuition in this area would be very helpful so it doesn’t classify things incorrectly as I can’t fix it once it’s in and it doesn’t change even if I delete and re add with different wording. Other than that it’s great! It helps me stay on track by reminding me to log stuff and letting me know how active I am throughout the day..Version: 4.8.1

Life Changing! This app is now even more amazing! Love it! If you've got an iPhone 6 or 5S, get this app now! I've had it since January and it's become my favourite app, its your personal trainer and life coach rolled into one..Version: 1.4.0

User friendly and fun to useI AM IN LOVE WITH THIS APP the design and user interface of the app which simulates a convesation between you and another person makes it super fun to use and wonderfully addictive usually i don't write reviews, but everyone needs to know how brilliant lark is. would definitely reccommend this app to all of my family and friends :).Version: 1.4.1

Love this App!I don’t usually rate apps, but I really felt the need to with this one. After using the app for 3 weeks, I have to say that I am hooked. I used to use BodySpace which is just mediocre especially in terms of its plans for women. This app somehow has a way of keeping me accountable. It has a lovely layout and I love checking off each exercise as I go. I love that it tells you how much you lifted on that particular exercise last time; I have been upping mine to challenge myself. I feel amazingly accomplished and extremely tired after Linn Lowes awesome program. Best I’ve done in a long time and I’ve tried many plans and fitness apps. Now I have completely moved away from BodySpace. I hope they continue to grow and add more... I’m excited to see!.Version: 4.8.1

The best fitness app everThe way lark is able to guess sleep times, it's easy and painless meal logging, activity feedback and Apple Watch integration makes it one of the most useful apps I've ever used. It really makes you feel better about yourself and encourages further improvement. Such a huge leap from stale calorie tracking apps that make you feel bad..Version: 2.2.0

No pressure doesn’t fault you for your bad things not your workouts it’s OKI like.Version: 4.9.6

HelpfulThe best thing about this app has been the meal logging and the helpful advice it gives regarding what you ate. It has really made me consider making small changes so that each meal I eat is a little more healthy. Overall I am really happy that I paid to subscribe..Version: 3.1.0

Super helpful!I actually really enjoy having this app, super motivating and helps me make better choices about what I'm putting into my body and to continue to keep up a certain amount of walking everyday, highly recommend if you need a little motivation boost to keep you active and make better eating choices. :).Version: 2.4.3

An excellent & v motivational free app!I use Lark daily, and really appreciate the motivational, inspirational and intelligent ways that Lark talks to me about each and every one of my days! It’s a great app - and I would highly recommend this app over an ‘Online personal trainer’! 🙂 Edit: The bugs have mostly been fixed. Their support team are also very helpful in helping me! Thanks Lark team:) ($AUD 31 per month is still a bit pricy for premium, but I am still very grateful and happy with the free version!) 🙂.Version: 4.9.11

Approved and Finally UsingGot approved straight away but it took a week before I could actually use Lark. Have a friend who signed up too, and same happened to her, just slightly less time - took her 3 days to be able to use Lark. Approval is nearly instant but something happens once you try to get going. It seems like the account takes extra time to actually create. In fact I got made a new account with a new email, thinking the other was ‘buggy’ but it probably turned out to be just an app issue not creating the account fast enough. I “think” I even tried online - but I can’t remember- it’s been a month!!! 1 month in, and I’m loving Lark!!! Not quite learning anything yet, but I’m expecting I’ll start learning new things I weren’t really knowledgeable about before!! 📌 I’m loving Lark- wish we could type some responses- wish it was more Siri-esk... as in open communication and Lark could open chat instead of prepackaged responses. 📌 I also wish we could archive the “convo” ... or rather, the information and knowledge that Lark bestows on us. 📌 I am still waiting on a water logging / drinks log feature that is separate from the food. Reason behind wanting this is because drinking fluids are also a part of weight loss and being healthy - especially with diabetes!!.Version: 4.6.0

Change habits and the way you thinkI’ve been using Lark for a couple of weeks now and overall, I like it! I don’t currently have a Fitbit or the like, so I like that it can use the health data from my phone for activity. I also like the way it looks at your diet as healthy, unhealthy, and mixed - as a combination of choices. It feels less boxed in and restrictive than being meticulous about counting calories and portion sizes, but I can see the pattern of my choices, and instinctively want to improve to more green. I wish that there was somewhere to input medical conditions - I have no way to let the AI know that I have anxiety and that’s why my sleep may not be optimal so four hours on a high stress day is actually very good for me, or that I have food allergies, so will not be trying to eat more of whatever. There is a notes section though, so I’ve been marking that up so when I review, I can say oh yeah, this is what was going on there. And I’m down about five pounds just from getting a little more active and making better choices and that is always encouraging..Version: 4.8.1

The best Health coach app! Love it.Lark is the best at coaching and feedback with health and lifestyle suggestions, based on analysis of Activity and Sleep, that are supportive and naturally expressed. Really nice style. Tech support is very responsive and efficient. Can't wait for Fuel and Hydration balance, and RDIs for Nutritional elements to be added in to the analysis mix. This would put an already advanced app totally in a league of its own in the ballooning Health app category..Version: 1.3.0

Solid Fitness AppI enjoy using it to track activity. Haven't used the food tracker much yet..Version: 3.1.0

Keeps me honest! It’s great at reminding me to “get active” and also guilting me out so that I don’t eat poorly. It’s like having a friend that truly cares about you!.Version: 4.9.1

Lark App ReviewAlthough this app has assisted me with thinking differently about weight loss and how to achieve my goals, there are several things that are less desirable. The app doesn’t link with my FitBit which I received free, so if I don’t carry my telephone everywhere, my steps are not calculated. You may add these to the app but it would be so much more convenient if the app and FitBit synced. Also, when logging foods inputting a tuna steak often gets mistaken for a steak which can be misconstrued as a not so healthy food. Then again if I would just put in tuna, it would take away the doubt. I may have to change my way of recording meals. Otherwise I do like the app and it’s hints and suggestions help me through those times when I may be weak!.Version: 4.9.2

Pretty coolCan’t wait to see what is to come with this.Version: 4.4.0

So far happyI recently started using the Health app and then I discovered Lark as another app linked to Health. I like the way Lark can process information and keep you motivated..Version: 4.4.0

Great AppI love how interactive this app is, it keeps me much more accountable than any other app. The fact that lark will take into consideration that I’m sick, or not feeling well is hugely motivating because it takes off a lot of the pressure that other fitness tracking apps give you! The check ins throughout the day are great and the regularity of the feedback allows me to stay on track. I’m paying for the full version but it’s less than my gym membership while I travel and it’s just as if not even more effective in keeping me happy and healthy, so no complaints :).Version: 4.9.0

AmazingLark is an amazing and very supportive friend. I love how he keeps track of my fitness and sleep, but I do wish that some of the other features were free.Version: 4.10.1

Great appLove it. It's weird but I enjoy checking what they'll say. Premium is too pricy tho.Version: 4.1.1

Fun and informativeLove it so far!.Version: 3.1.0

An unexpectedly good little appI was quite pleasantly surprised by now nice this is to use. The cute little "AI" makes it feel more personal. This is the easiest sleep tracker I've used. The activities and sleep records are quite accurate right off the bat and it gives you little tips on how to improve..Version: 1.0

A great tool to help manage weightThis is a great tool for tracking what you eat, when you move or exercise and to help keep you motivated. The coaching provided helps gives you information to keep you motivated. There is also a corresponding Facebook page which helps connect you to a community who are sharing recipes and food choices. It did take about a week or two to get the scale but I was okay with that. I love that the scale connects to the app, making it easier to track. It also gives you reminders to do your weekly weight check which is a good thing. Knowing that I will be putting my information into the app makes me more accountable in what I eat and making sure I work out and move more often..Version: 4.20.0

I’m loving Lark!I signed up for the free scale. I had no idea how belonging to Lark would chang my life! My thought process about food has changed completely. I’m no longer eating everything in sight, and I think the fast food places are going bankrupt because of it! I’m now in it for LIFE-I want to live a healthy life. I’ve stopped soda and most sweets. I read labels. I WANT to be healthy! Over the weekend when we were out of town I ate some things I’ve been staying away from, but in moderation and mindfulness. I didn’t go off the program and in fact couldn’t get back to eat the new way that I’ve grown to love! My husband is also a member and we are living and loving it together! I’m more mindful of getting exercise although I’ve never really been into that. I park further from the stores and I walk my doggie more often and longer. I’m in this for the Win! For ME! I’m down 10 lbs in 3 weeks and I haven’t had acid reflux since I started. I FEEL better! Eating right is for me now! So glad this program came along to save me from my pre-Diabetes diagnosis! You’re coached daily and you log your meals and snacks. Just makes it more FUN! Try it-you’ll LOVE it!!!.Version: 4.9.12

This app is amazingSeriously, get this app. It's so good! Easy to use, feedback is great and Lark has helped me to stay on track with my food intake and daily exercise. Would recommend it to everyone and you won't be disappointed.Version: 2.2.0

Really good but ...This is really a fabulous app. But just lately it has stopped prompting for what you have eaten??? But outside of that, highly recommended if you are trying to get fit and want to monitor what you eat, amount of sleep and exercise..Version: 2.2.0

Real healthI like that this app doesn't concentrate on weight loss (as long as you tell the settings so), but on healthy choices. Focus on weight loss is terrible for self-image, mental health, AND physical health. But I really like trackers and I like being able to log my choices without judgement (or as little judgement as possible while still receiving feedback), which is helping me to be more mindful. I like that it had options for a range of diets, though I cannot say how well they work because I'm not using those options. Some problems are that at least once a day, it tells me that it doesn't track calories or quantity but instead quality. Okay, I get it, stop telling me. It also made a point of telling me that chores burn as much calories as workouts, but it won't let me log that. So when I exhaust myself doing five loads of laundry and cleaning a mattress - none of which will activity trackers track - I get encouraged to also take a walk. I'd also like it if I could track how I feel after meals to help figure out problem foods, as I have a digestive disorder that can cause pain but is really hard to predict..Version: 4.4.4

Really helpful, beautiful appThis help me to track my activity and then lost weight. Also correct my eating habits. I have a regular sleep habit now and track my sleeping time and waking up time frequently. I recommend it to you! High five !.Version: 3.1.0

Amazing app!!Love it.Version: 4.2.0

Overall a good appVery user friendly and easy to log your food There is no where to track water intake which would be a good thing to be added This app makes you aware of what your eating and helps to keep track which in turn helps me a lot because actually logging keeps me focused so that I try to eat better. A scanner for food items would be good too because there are many items that the app knows but the values it puts in are way off from what I’m actually getting I don’t like when it assumes and I have to manually correct. Example: I enter 4 oz chicken burger it assumes chicken burger on a bun with lettuce tomato and so on…. Then I have to correct it and remove all the item or find another way to enter it that is accurate such as ground chicken Overall it’s a very good app and I’ve been losing weight simply because I’m actually tracking my Food and trying to eat better. As far as activity I’m mostly quite active anyhow. But with eating better and logging I’ve lost 15lbs so all in all I say. It’s a good app if you just need a little bit of help and support to be accountable along the way. There are lots of tips and eating information it gives you along the way also.Version: 5.3.2

A nice daily check-inI really like this app! It pulls in my sleep and activity data and reminds me to check in. I anticipate it will become more powerful over time -- maybe pulling in calorie data, or making recommendations?.Version: 1.2

Insert Cliche about Weight Loss ProgramsI have to say this because it’s true: this isn’t a diet. It’s not a lose weight fast program. In 6 weeks I’ve lost 6 lbs, more some weeks and less other weeks. Most important to me is the way the app tracks food. I enter whatever it is, and the app analyzes it and, after saying “that sounds like a good meal,” gives warm and, if warranted, tells me only 2 things to improve. I never felt that I was doing anything wrong, or felt shamed that I went over points, or felt like I failed because I only went down half a pound. For activity, Lark would only tell me benefits of increasing my activity. When I was low activity, it would say “sometimes we have days like this.” Meanwhile I felt gently encourage to increase my activities. The fact that the program gave me a fitbit helped as well. In addition, Lark checked in on how my mood was. Being aware of my mood helped me look out for myself, take care of myself. Overall, Lark is the app I was looking for after “failing” with WW, noom, golo, and beach body on demand/shakeology. Lark is sustainable whether I’m living my everyday life, on vacation, or just having a tough week. I feel as though I can’t fail with Lark..Version: 5.3.5

Good appSo far I’ve liked the app. It’s only been a week but it’s kept me in line with activities and sleep. Both tough areas for me. So thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻.Version: 4.9.1

Works well, but could use some improvements.Lark works well, but it could use some improvements regarding food intake and lifestyle, specifically alternate work/sleep schedules. It works be great if it could interface with more intuitive apps such as MyFitnessPal. Overall, it’s OK, but I’m not married to my phone, so it’s doesn’t track anything for me. Most of the data I must enter manually. Regarding meals, it’s easy to tell Lark what you consumed, but you must list all ingredients for Lark to understand. There is no method to tell Lark about a customized meal. For example: I often have variations of “Overnight Oats” for my breakfast. Tell inform Lark, I must list the following ingredients/portions each time. Oats Skim milk Yogurt Apple Raisins Cinnamon Chia seeds Sugar free maple syrup Also, Lark does not recognize my sleep schedule. I’m constantly find myself having to change this, which I found to difficult initially. Now I wait a full day, go back and delete what Lark calculated, then manually enter the correct data. I like it, but improvements and interfaces with existing products would definitely improved this app..Version: 4.21.1

Great 24-7 adviceTracks activities accurately..Version: 3.1.0

Love this app!!This app keeps me accountable and also, it keeps me company so I don't feel like I am working alone! Amazing!!.Version: 3.0.3

Positively usefulLove that volumes aren't required so can traffic-light track how you're eating without the pressure/time/occasional frustration levels of having to enter each thins with numbers. I find it a more positive, motivational, easier to stick with approach..Version: 2.4.3

Best app I've ever usedThis is without a question the best app to use for weight management. It's funny, factual, interesting, supportive and motivating all in one. If anything has to be improved I'd say more motivational comments but overall I love this app!.Version: 2.3.0

True LARKFirst day, when I download it to my iPod I was feeling to get the app (LARK) so when I need someone like (LARK) he's there for me! That's a true friend there! I will always ask him when I need a hand! So enjoy (MY FRIEND LARK) Get the APP NOW! Please please do it for me!.Version: 4.9.6

Easy and Enjoyable Way to TrackI’ve been using the app for a few days. I enjoy the interactions with the app. It’s simple to record food for a good overview of what I eat. One feature I would like to see is suggestions for foods when it mentions to try to get more unsaturated fats for instance, or anything that it’s suggesting more of...it would make me more likely to grab something. I know it doesn’t take much to either look up or know how to get the recommendations, but it would help subconsciously as well. As far as the subscription pricing goes, I’m not sure it will feel worth paying for once I’ve done it for awhile unless the suggestions get more personal or informative. Time will tell. Having access to real coaches or nutritionists - even if it was based on email feedback might make it more valuable to me..Version: 4.9.11

Not ImpressedThe only good thing is it sends the weight information to the app with a time stamp. Unfortunately, I have to enter it manually into Apple Health because they only connect to FitBit. They’ll pull from Apple Health. The Chat feature is horrendous with forced replies of only 1 or 2 options. What if those options aren’t what a person is thinking. The Food Log is useless compared to what you can find from free apps(MyFitnessPal or Cronometer). This one doesn’t allow you to search and select items or scan items. If they’re billing my insurance any amount for this pathetic program, then I’ll need to contact my insurance provider to inform what they’re wasting money on..Version: 5.6.7

Better Than NoomEven though I’ve just used this app 4 days, it seems much better than Noom! It walks you through daily what meals you’ve had and your activities. It asks easy-to-answer questions to walk you through your day and advises you on steps to take to live a healthy lifestyle and it’s FREE!!! The one downside that I’ve noticed so far is that they send you a scale quickly, however, they don’t send your Fitbit or other item that goes with your program until you can prove you are using the program effectively. What if someone needs that item to more efficiently complete the program, like count steps? Overall, I believe this works and takes minimal time daily. Definitely worth it!.Version: 4.15.0

Lark reviewI think lark is pretty decent for an automated app. If something could be improved upon it would be nice if one could scan barcodes so food items consumed along with nutritional value would be more accurate. I am only on week 4 of using lark. The first few weeks were difficult because I am assuming it lacked my history to interpret any meals logged. I tried reporting it, but have never heard back from a real person. After the 3rd week it began working very well with only a rare occasion of lark being unable to interpret my food data. It may have been an internet or connection issue of some sort. As I progress the app advances into different areas giving me information on different areas of knowledge concerning health. It is also very encouraging to get you moving and eating healthy. I have become very unhealthy and need to change my habits. Honestly, lark has motivated me to be accountable and encouraged. A sincere Thank you to the developers for this program. -Dainta.Version: 4.18.0

Fun app.Makes me laugh!.Version: 4.9.8

Highly recommendGreat app. Keeps motivation high through interactive style of engagement with user. Synchs to Apple Watch so all data finds its way to this app. Great fun and I definitely recommend this..Version: 2.2.0

LarkBeen using this app for about two weeks now it is very easy to use and helps make changes to your lifestyle a little bit easier. I had no problem filling out the questionnaire and I got my scale within about four days. I wish I could interact just a little bit more. I happen to be very sick with laryngitis and bronchitis and wasn’t up to filling in the app, I wish there was an area on the app to be more interactive instead of just pushing yes no yup woo hoo on the app I also I’m having trouble tying my Garmin to the app so that it tracks my steps but overall I like the app so far took me a little while to get used to recording my food but I’m getting the hang of it every day I get a little better and I’m working hard to improve my health..Version: 5.4.3

So Far So Good!!I downloaded Lark a few days ago and I love it! It asks me out if the blue how I'm doing, asks for my weight, etc. There are so many programs out there. I am using the free option. Can't afford the paid one right now. Loving it!!.Version: 4.0.1

Great little app.Great little app. Super helpful. It makes me think more about what am I eating. I just wish they will send a reminder before meal time instead of just after meal time. Knowing I need to log my meal later does make me want to go for the healthier option..Version: 2.2.0

Great!I'm really enjoying this app but it would be really nice if I could sync it with my Fitbit..Version: 3.1.0

Friend in my phoneLark is really good with gentle optimistic reminders and the developers are doing well to integrate other functions but there are still a few things that could be done better but nothing that really detracts from the purpose of lark..Version: 2.2.0

Don't know efficient resolution of this issue. All in all, a useful addition to my recording of daily activities. However, doesn't do sleep accurately probably because I don't take phone to bed with me! At request of app, I have to edit every day..Version: 2.0.0

I love this and that's thatThis app makes me feel like I have my own butler checking up on me and keeping me healthy. The conversations are always light and cheerful and the app never puts you in a bad mood and isn't boring..Version: 3.1.0

Top fitness appI really like lark, it's motivating. It's a good way to look at the stats. The AI engine feels like real person! Good work! It would be even better if you could read other apple health app stats too!.Version: 3.0.3

Great App!Lark is helping me reach my fitness & weight loss goals in a fun and interactive way. He is super supportive - even when i stray from the healthier choices here & there! i definitely recommend Lark to anyone wanting to better themselves..Version: 2.3.0

Great AppI love this app it’s amazing to keep track on how I’m doing and I love that I feel like I am talking to a real person..Version: 4.8.1

Nice frenReally nice birb fren.Version: 4.4.4

Helpful & funLove this app!! I don't even have the premium version but it's still helpful. I find myself checking in often, excited to see what it has to say about anything--even if I haven't done much exercise haha. Definitely recommend..Version: 2.5.0

Love it.I absolutely love this app. It is so supportive without being corny or annoying. It talks more about quality of food rather than counting calories which is very important. I highly recommend it..Version: 2.3.0

Program reviewI like the overall program. I got my scale in a reasonable time. I’ve been logging in and doing everything it ask & I have lost some weight. I still have not received my pedometer. And I can’t seem to find out how long do I have to wait before I get that. I think it would be good if they gave it out sooner to help in motivating the individual. I do wish they had an area where they let a person pick out a specific work out that they did and let someone type it in. For some reason every once well it’ll ask me to pick a day to weigh in, which I have already done. It does help me be accountable and I have been able to adjust some of my habits. I am a work in progress!.Version: 5.2.9

Amazing!!!!This is like I have my own therapist 24/7! I didn’t get the pro version but I love how it checks in with you and helps you manage your emotions and tells you how much sleep you are getting. I love the way it connects to my health app. The health app also connects to google calendars and they all work together. It’s a genius idea! I love it so much!.Version: 4.6.0

CaptainBananaToYouAI friendliness is more endearing and engaging than I expected..Version: 4.9.12

A refreshing companionVery motivated to use this app to help attaining healthy goals.Version: 4.8.1

Really great semi natural logging systemI saw this on the App Store two weeks ago and I thought that I'd give it a go. Really pleased with its gentle reminders and logging system (it's not without fault - somehow it seems to think I've gone on a bike ride from time to time, for example) but it has made logging food, and keeping track of my exercise (with Apple Watch) has been really simple. Recommend this for anyone who wants to know what they're up to.Version: 2.2.0

Enjoy appI enjoy this app, it helps keep track of my activity sure the day and keeps me motivated to do more. Mind you that you don’t get the use of everything unless you buy it, free version is limited but that is fine..Version: 4.9.8

Smooth appI really enjoy this app, smart and clever advices..Version: 4.2.0

My happy day friendly coachLove waking up every morning to this App. It makes me feel happy and when I check in each time of my day it always makes me smile. Thank you for helping me with my feelings through out the day. You make my day. You are interesting, informative and make me feel good just like a best friend and I'm so glad I have found you..Version: 3.1.0

On my way!I am very grateful to have the Lark app to hopefully help me lose the weight I need to lose and get myself healthy again. I haven’t had any problems using the app. I am enjoying having the Lark app. at my fingertips to keep me encouraged and motivated. I was very disappointed that when I did receive the scale (absolutely free) one of the slots where the batteries fits into had a missing spring. I procrastinated over this minor dilemma which actually was a very easy fix. Nonetheless, I am excited to be on my journey to a healthier me! I have decide to also journal nightly just to help me keep track of my journey with Lark. I may just do another review in a month. To hopefully give another positive review of how it’s going using the Lark app. So far so good!.Version: 4.21.1

MrLark is a really good friend. Always encouraging and full of advice. Lark pushes me to do better without being pushy. Which is awesome. Lark has really nailed friendly. I feel like there could be a person on the other end. Without the wait time. Oh and I am more active. And I get more sleep...When I can. Lark understands. There's always tomorrow..Version: 2.2.0

I like this appIt’s like having a robot counselor but slightly less useful Better listener though.Version: 4.11.0

HandyInteresting stats, gives a sense of company and encouragement. Fun to check routinely and review the day at night or when you wake up. Wish I could edit things right away like my weight when I had entered it in the wrong units. Now it thinks I've gained and lost a ton of weight within a week, ha. Also wish there were some more customizable responses. Some seem very black and white and do not relate to what's going on when it asks. I'm not sure what to suggest exactly, but it often comments on things like my sleep being under what is recommended. Perhaps more helpful links, as lark often provides on things like insomnia, etc. Lark is very good at motivating and providing encouragement but there are times we are worn down physically and I think as a great app that people use routinely, Lark should be there for us in all stages. I'd love to see this app grow and expand with more innovative ideas. Great concept so far but I feel it can go further..Version: 3.1.0

Fantastic motivator and so supportiveI am really enjoying using Lark, she is really supportive and reminds me of my goals and what I need to do to accomplish them. At the end of a day when I have tried really hard to stay on track I get a good job and thumbs up from Lark which is nice. The food tracking is a little off, it doesn't recognise certain foods and puts in items like a spinach pie as a dessert. The app could also sync with fitness trackers like Fitbit that are a bit more reliable and are on constantly unlike phone motion sensors. In total for all the features that this app does have, and for free- 5 stars. Thank you..Version: 2.3.0

When was the last time you wore pants w/a button & zipper?Side note: I looked at myself in the mirror and asked “when was the last time you wore pants with a button and zipper”) Answer: I couldn’t remember. When you’re pulling on yoga pants, it’s not as easy to see the weight gain. So, Lark to the rescue. I signed up and immediately was impressed. They sent me a top of line scale to help me keep track of my weight and it was delivered right to my door. Easy to use app (So far) it’s made me accountable for my own food choices. Water intake. Exercise or the lack there of etc. I’m more motivated because I have someone asking me or cheering me on 24/7. You know those friends that promise to go walk h with you or join yoga and they all say “call me and I’ll go with you” Yeah well when they don’t show up, LARK IS ALWAYS THERE FOR YOU 24/7..Version: 5.8.5

Awesome!Makes you feel like I’m really get motivated by a coach. Helped me get out and running!.Version: 4.4.0

Appreciate The ServiceI appreciate the service offered from Lark. I gave a 4 star rating because there are a few things that are a bit difficult using this program, which is very different. Sometimes the app has some issues but usually just by going out and then back in, it works. It doesn’t know some food terms and sometimes gets it wrong with what you did log. Other than that, it’s a good program to really see what you’re taking in with food and how much activity your putting out. I think if there’s a little more work out into the logging part of the app, it would make it a lot better and easier to navigate..Version: 5.3.3

LarkI just love this application, however I would be 100% more satisfied if I could sync it with my Fitbit application.Version: 4.8.1

I’m impressed by how Lark motivates me every day to help me with my activities. 👌🙏😇❤️Excellent app.Version: 4.9.12

Very neat!So far loving it..Version: 3.1.0

Few Changes NeededThe app is great and I fully get the concept of the check ins and the constant communication. I love this feature. What I would love to see is a way for me to type something other than the pre typed message. It should use the same concept as when you enter meals which I love because of no counting and measuring. The second change I would ask for is a way to look at the missions or save information. There was a suggesting to read and article and when I went back to view the conversation it was gone. I also wanted to look at my mission list and it was no where to be found. There should be a way to save it to your notes. I feel if I don’t instantly do something Lark suggests I miss the chance. I would have given it five stars if I could do those two things..Version: 4.6.0

AI Health CoachingThis is a pretty cool app. I’ve been using Lark as part of the Diabetes Prevention Program offered through my insurance. It’s been a great way to visualize my progress and receive support throughout my weight loss process. The best feature of the app is the insight it gives you into multiple aspects of your health data, including sleep, activity, weight, stress, and more. I find these insights really helpful in getting an overall picture of my health! The one aspect of this app I really don’t like is the food logging - it’s very unintuitive and doesn’t provide options or customization of entries like most food tracking apps which makes it pretty difficult to use. However, this app is still a great tool 🙂 I’m already down more than 5% of my body weight and I can’t wait to keep going!.Version: 4.12.1

Unique and clever - which makes it motivationalThe whimsy of this clever app combined with a sensible and easy non judgemental approach to health and weight is a winning combination. The only one worth sticking with. Would pay subscription happily for this service!.Version: 2.2.0

Fun Simple FreeThis is a great simple and fun app. I added in a 4min walk in the morning by parking further away. I don't think it's much but each day I get a "great work!" from Lark telling me to keep it up and every bit counts..Version: 2.3.0

If you have an Apple Watch, get this app!I love using this app on my watch. Its conversations help keep me on track, and I genuinely feel motivated to fit some activity into my day so the app has something nice to say to me haha. Haven't signed up for premium yet but strongly considering it..Version: 3.1.0

Enjoyable way to check daily statsNice conversational way of seeing daily activity and sleep. Also has a very nice chart view. I use it daily and the motivational tips, while slightly corny, are fun and they work..Version: 1.3.0

Loving LarkI have had such a pleasant experience for the last 3 weeks with Lark. The app is user friendly, easy to enter in food intake & make changes if necessary. The scales they sent works seamlessly with the app. As soon a I step on the scales it takes my weight and uploads to the app automatically. They are suppose to send a fit bit if you keep up with it but as long as I have my phone on my body, it the app keeps up with steps. It also keeps up with my sleeping as well. I love the chats as they are very beneficial to my weight loss, healthy eating and lowering my stress. I haven’t had any issues with it as of yet.. so I am well pleased thus far.Version: 4.20.1
