✓ Terrified to updateAs the manager of several multi family properties I am terrified to update the app. The last update rendered many of my locks useless. We spent HOURS with tech support. I was told to use an android device and maybe that would work(it did not). After more than a week they did update the ap which was not an auto update. I only became aware of it due to another call to tech support. Suggestion do not push an update at the beginning of the month when many people are moving in new tenants. ✓ Good Lock and Decent App, but no offline supportSo far I'm very happy with the physical lock and the app is ok, minus one giant flaw - if there's a server issue on Allegion's side then you cannot do anything with the lock - not even make a local connection with your phone to download the an audit. ✓ Horrible!Doors just stop working under resident keys but masters still work. You try to delete to reset and now you can’t connect to the door or find the door on the app. No devices found at all as a matter of fact. Then you have to purchase a new lock in order to get the door working again for the resident. This is the worst software ever! Batteries are constantly dying in less than a year. ✓ Still horribleThere’s no way of knowing you’re updating the users. Once you hit sync, they’re not progress bar or anything showing it’s updating. There is also no confirmation showing it has been updated. This is ridiculous. ✓ Hot GarbageSystem is always buggy. Locks never connect to WiFi or to devices that are being used to make changes. Updates never occur without running in to constant issues. It seems as though the developer has come out with an updated app, and this still has yet to help with all of the previous reoccurring problems.
