✓ Could I live without it ?Love it, use it, reviewed it ! I use this app everyday, be it to change money, buy/sell stock, transfer money, pay abroad. The UI is so easy to use and very intuitive, the function to personalize the card makes them very unique. Can’t wait for this company to grow and apply those standard and work which make it so unique to other aspect of our life.Tibo1991Version: 8.64

✓ Version 7.2 👎I have used Revolut for years now and love it. However the changes to the appuser interface are making usability not just worse but really awkward now. The beauty of the app was it’s straightforward simplicity. Now with v7.2 over a third of the home screen space is taken up by pointless ‘suggested for you’ ads and only your last transaction is visible. I don’t need to see ‘invite a friend’ or ‘discover rewards’ every time I open the app I need to see balances and transaction details! Main screen space should be dedicated to providing key functions required for hourly/daily app use not dominated by something people use very infrequently. I understand you are trying to progress but usability is being compromised. I used to simply swipe left or right from the same home screen to view currencies now it’s 3 screen transitions to see my crypto balance. Can you consider making some of these changes you are implementing user configurable settings so we can decide what options we need at our fingertips and not bury them in the app?.Glug58Version: 7.2

✗ Be warnedHave used Revolut for just over a year and now having to close my account. App is real neat however the system just does not work. The cards only work at a very limited number of places. I have had to keep an additional account for all the times my card gets declined(the big two are Walmarts and any gas station pump, you have to go inside to try the card). There are several merchants who they accept their card however about 2/3 of places I go in my area (NE United States) do not accept the card. Customer support is possibly the worst I have seen. If you are lucky to get somebody in a day or two the answer is always “hmm try again and let us know” and then it’s a 1-2 day wait for the next available representative. I’ve also gotten completely different answers from CS. They told me once that instead of trying to figure why my card doesn’t work just to link it to Apple Pay and pay via my iPhone, I couldn’t connect the card and a few days later when I reached CS they informed me that Apple Pay doesn’t support a Revolut card. All in all a really really poor experience..Momat98Version: 8.53
