✓ Works great until the upgrade to 14 if your Apple product won’t upgrade to 14 don’t bother to buyPurchased this product for work.I needed some light photo editing software for certain items that I do it works great the upgrade came and I have an older iPad I did not upgrade to 14 now every time I open it or try to use it is simply crashes. I am extremely disappointed especially the price that I paid and it works so well at the beginning obviously they either need to fix that since it says it still works on my iPad or say that it doesn’t work on this iPad anymore I know that I’m out the money. I’m extremely disappointed that this did not live up to the expectation and they don’t have a properly fixed to work with my iPad and the 14 patch again another disappointment from an Apple product.Version: 5.6
✓ Amazing app, but Ai is brokenThis is one of the best photo editing apps I’ve seen, which is why the addition of Ai art generation puzzles me. For creating people it uses an anime model, which is fine, but 90% of what you type will generate an error. This includes perfectly harmless one-word prompts such as “vampiress” or “dancer” or “teacher” Often it will fail 5 times before succeeding, and even copying the beginning of their example prompts sometimes generates an error. I assume they will work out the bugs because it’s new, but there are 1000 much much better options for Ai art they should not have launched this until it worked..Version: 7.16

✓ Used to be great, now brokenUsed to be the best photoshop app. But now it’s so broken I can’t access my stickers anymore. For some reason it needs to connect to the internet to get to your stickers. Bad design. I had liked it so much that I paid for a VIP membership. But now I can’t do anything that I paid for. Customer support was completely unhelpful. I tried to get them to fix it multiple times but they offered unhelpful solutions and then just ignored me. I want my money back. ✓ Ruined the app with stupid update.Seriously this was my favorite go to app, but with the new look and function updates, you have removed the option to edit “stickers” Once text is added and placed there is no option to Reselect and move or edit or undo. ✓ Terrible nowI always used to use this app. Would have rated it 5-stars, but now with the most recent update, UI change and messing with everything, you can no longer do what you used to do. They over complicated the entire procedure of photo editing. The reason I installed this app was because of the simplicity of the previous versions which were really good to use and excellent. This most recent update removed all the good, replaced it with more bad and increased the ad spam non-premium users have. I'd revert back to the previous version if I was able to, but as of right now, I don't plan on using this App anymore..Version: 2.3

✓ SpeachlessI was looking for an app I had deleted & saw this with a “”premium price tag””, so downloaded it out of interest. All I wanted to do was remove a passerby from a photo. As for the results; If I were to display the photo on my iPhone (after having a herd of 🐄’s run over it), then cross the road, pour hand gel (if I could find some) (stop hoarding you inconsiderate people!) in my eyes, I would still see the difference. If I was awarding 💩 rather than ⭐️, then it’s the only way this would get a 5! If this wasn’t bad enough, the developers want to charge me £3.99 to download my photo in high quality, so I can see how bad it is even clearer! I’m all for developers making £££, but not when the product is 🐴💩. Download “Snapseed”, it’s FREE, you get better results much easier and quicker. To the developer, I will gladly give a better review and buy your product when it is worth the £££..Version: 3.992
✓ It’s not working !!!I love this app but it’s not working now it says internet wasteland when my internet connection is fine and all other devices also say internet is fine. Tried delete if app and reinstalling didn’t help turned off phone and turned back on didn’t help tried to contact help it redirects to a Chinese site which I obviously can’t understand, in app help also doesn’t help. ✓ Issues with text outline color.Hello. I have used this app for years now and recently the outline color hasn’t been working correctly the last couple of weeks. I was sure the company would find some errors with it but it appears nobody has complained about it yet? ✓ CON ARTISTS…DON’T PAY FOR VIP THEY RIP YOU OFF!I have lost count of the times I have contacted these guys regarding my VIP payment, paid all was good and then it suddenly stops you from using the locked features and asks you to pay again! Silly me has paid THREE times now! If you guys can’t sort the important parts out for your customers then this app needs taking down, I’m not the only one with this problem, surely once logged into my account with you guys you should know I’m a member! So disheartening and I guess I will have to find another platform similar but with good customer skills! You are too interested in advertising membership but once you pay you have a few days and it asks to pay again and you are back to square one! ✓ Issues with latest updateI love the app but your latest update messed everything up. I use it to make stickers with super impose. I used to could choose the background color and put my image on top and resize it by moving side to side or up and down to fit in the square. However it now only lets me resize the entire image which takes the image outside the boundaries. Can you please fix or explain how to do it now. ✓ I mean it doesn't do what I got it for...I got this app for one reason: custom stickers. And when I hit save, it doesn't give me the sticker. "Custom" in the iMessage app is always empty. I repeatedly hit "save sticker" and it told me it did, but it didn't. Edit: it DOES add your custom stickers, but not automatically, you have to take an extra step. And even at that point they aren't actually stickers. You can just tap them and they send as a text. You can't use them as stickers. This app has no stickers at all. ✓ Glitchy App ! (Scam)I very much enjoyed this app as I edit photos for fun, so I became a member and subscribe in the (6 month) VIP Membership over the quality aspect. When I save a photo, I prefer the best quality. One day this week I opened the app and it showed me ads and said I’m not a member. I checked my account and have been charged for the next 6 months... So why is it telling me to be a member? One, there isn’t even technical support no where to be found in the app. Second, I’ve been charged $19 why is still telling me to subscribe. Final, I’m losing this app as soon as I get my refund or the membership I payed for..Version: 5.0
✓ Love the app but don’t buy the full version until they fix....I absolutely love this app but at some point a change was made and now when I try to save a superimpose image it the pic has a line about 1/4 of the way down and then the picture starts over and I lose about 1/4 of the picture at the bottom. I bought that full version thinking that would fix it but it doesn’t. The superimpose was my favorite feature so I’m probably canceling the full subscription but I do love all of the other features. ✓ Worst Editing App on the App StoreTwo years ago this app was one of the best, now it’s a disgrace. Sadly, I have the paid membership so I could use the unlimited AI Cutout feature. It sounds nice - when it actually works. Sometimes the app freezes up and you have to close it and completely start over. It’s especially frustrating when you do some fine trimming after the cutout just for it to not process and force restart. If you do have the app, DO NOT move drafts into “folders” after the new update. Unsurprisingly, I lost loads of work cause the app just deleted any drafts I moved to a certain folder. When I open a folder it simply says ‘no comment’ and the drafts are nowhere to be found. Hours of work and templates completely gone. It is my fault though, for assuming this glitchy app could handle something like that. Only reason I still use it is because I know it better as I’ve used it the longest. ✓ No longer works properlyHave an iphone6. Purchase the upgraded Pro version last year and it worked great until the updates. This was my go to for white background editing. Last update made this app totally useless. Now it resizes photos by itself, off centers the image while saving AND asks me to upgrade when I have the pro version. ✓ Perfect App..If You Are PerfectI have used a lot of different photo editing apps for my work. This one would be perfect except for one major oversight. When editing photos using the ‘Retouch’ function, there is no ‘undo’ button. So, if you make a mistake, you have to start all over again. Using the refine edge effect, the lasso tool, or even trying to press 'Next' when finishing causes the app to crash.
