✓ Restore didn’t work, double charging devWhy am I paying for this again?? Every now and then the app signs you out and tells you to restore purchases. I bought the life time plan when I downloaded this. But restore doesn’t work and the developer has a note to sign up again but don’t worry you won’t be charged twice. Well, I was charged again, and it wasn’t refunded. And now the billing cycle is closing and they are due to charge me again. There’s no way to contact them or correct the issue. ✓ Pay close attentionI got this app years ago, at least 4-5 to be exact. It’s hard to keep up with all my bill due dates on my own. The first few years were good until I realized I needed to change most bills end date to unknown. That’s when I got my first late payment because my app didn’t show a bill due and I got a letter in the mail. Ok so maybe my fault for not making sure reoccurring bills do not have an end date. (Didn’t realize they needed one) I then changed them all to unknown end date. Twice now in the last year two different bills haven’t shown up in my list of bills. I get paid I start checking down the list. Then I get an email from my credit card company that my bill is late and I’m slapped with a $30 late fee as well as a mark to my credit. In 18 years I’ve only had 3 late payments and all of them are because of this app. I’ll be looking for something more reliable!.Lovethis2003Version: 4.2.1

✓ So far so goodI have tried about 10 of these apps now and after a month or two of use, the shortcomings becomes very obvious. This one isn’t bad “yet” (still testing it out). However, it seems impossible to find a single app with all the features that makes the most sense for tracking bills. For example: Account Number, Due Date, Balance Due, Partial Payments, Default Notifications settings capabilities and total balance with payment deductions for payments like medical bills that actually decrease with every payment. Now to this app, I really like the features it does have, but it’s pretty much lacking all the things I just described above, except that it does allow for roll-over payments on partial payments. The screens are nice, but the functionality isn’t immediately obvious, however it’s the first app I found that actually provides step-by-step operational instructions with pictures (which could be a bad thing, since they may be needed for proper use). It also lets you add income, without linking your bank account, which is a great feature if you pay all your bills at once like I do. Please just give me a few more features and you’ll be the best app out there..MsDMcnsVersion: 3.0

✓ Let me down big timeI have to be honest and say that I have used this app for over 12 months and when it is working, it is a great app, a big help and a life saver (as other people described). However, it has gone wrong 3 times for me when you open it and the information has either disappeared or backdated. This recently happened to me again and I am told it’s an iCloud issue but I don’t see how this is as I have no information saved that backdated 3 months. iCloud has nowhere to get this information from as only the lastest version is saved. I don’t normally write reviews but do read a lot of them. I have just spend almost 4 hours putting my information back into this for the 3rd time this year and it is gutting. Once on set up I understand but throughout, just time consuming which defeats the object of this app. Not to mention 12 months worth of reports have now gone out of the window. I have emailed support a second time and if they resolve this and able to reinstall my lost data (which I don’t think they can) I will update this review. But for now, be aware that for me this app is just what I am looking for but due to it being unstable I am now looking for a different app as cannot do this again..CharlllieVersion: 2.3.2

✓ Kind of TrashBeen using for over a year after my old bill tracking app went off the App Store shelf. Worked for about a year and then all of my bills started disappearing. Looks like they set it to a 1 year expiration for each vendor. Go on the App Store to see if there’s anything else and find this app. The same app I already have downloaded, but now it’s on sale for $4.99 instead of $2.99 with an added bonus of it working with my phone screen. ✓ Priorities1st off I think this is one of the better apps it makes some things intuitive but the app has no category called Rent, or Insurance, or some of the other common stuff that I’m sure you yourselves have bills that recur like that. And here’s the BIG problem that I’m begging you to fix! I can’t edit a bill after it’s information has been inputted! Can’t change the date it’s due or make the amount variable each month. So when I get my light bill, and see that it’s due two days earlier than normal, and is 40 dollars more than normal I cannot edit the upcoming bill. And I just spent a few hours carefully inputting all my information and since I forgot to change the ENDING DATE, and can’t edit it, I have to do it ALL OVER AGAIN. I used “Bill Keeper” for years but IOS 11 doesn’t support it all and I lost all my information and had to search down this app cause all the others are stupid.
