✓ Good, but overpriced.I am currently using the free version which has five routines. Great instructional videos averaging just under 10 minutes. Suits me perfectly. Where this app lets itself down is its pro mode. Pro mode unlocks eight additional routines, yet demands a monthly fee of £4.99. Ridiculous. ✓ Bought premium, no premium contentThe free stuff seems very good however when I paid for the one year pro content, my money was taken but the content remained inaccessible and locked. The solution I was offered from MoveWell was to get a refund and pay a higher price for one year access by purchasing the monthly subscription.
