✓ BewareCorrupted all my address book data and created multiple duplicates. Covve support tried to fix twice but the same problem happened. Wasted huge amount of time fixing..Version: 5.2
✓ Doesn’t sync social media dataI saw Alex’s (CTO) response that the data is ours and how it is all synced, and I thought that was a cool concept, so I gave the app a try. It told me that my contact didn’t have a social media profile (that’s weird, I thought I had it?), so I add it. And realize it’s not syncing back to my contacts (like Alex said), so I contact support and they say the sync doesn’t include social media. Aside from reminders, isn’t that the main purpose of this app? Oh well, on to the next. The app is pretty clean, but since the CTO and website reiterate so many times that it is “our data” and then I find out the exact opposite, I can’t justify anymore than one star. The branding feels like lying....Version: 12.0.3

✓ For Contacts app, I did NOT proceedRead their terms and condition about how they handle data and it states that they will read or hand over user data if complaint is file. Meanwhile, they say that our data is safe with them and they won’t read into it. Your data might have other sensitive notes or password attached. NO THANKS. Thanks to Apple, now we know what they read or save in their servers. I will rather get a cheap contacts app to just transfer contacts without uploading them elsewhere..Version: 18.2

✓ TL;DU - Slow to LaunchThe app is promising to be 5 Stars in that it seems handy as a CRM solution in your pocket. However, 1 Star rating off since the app takes so long to open - literally nearly 15 seconds that I end up moving on to another task. By the time I return, I’ve lost the momentum needed to check updates, leave a phone note, etc., The other loss of a Star is due to not being able to easily print or export notes for individual contacts. I need to log my client calls and so far I am not able to print a log. I hope this feature and the other issue with app launch speed is addressed soon. Until then, I have not been too thrilled with my purchase..Version: 9.8
✓ Very Buggy + Not HelpfulCould use a bit more work though for the gamification of the contact. Crashes sometimes and sometimes tedious with some of the interfaces like adding notes to the contact. Seems like Covve also wants you to ‘invite’ people. Not sure I’d send my prospects that type of request..Version: 9.13
✓ Good app but not up to the mark.For an app that shows relevant news against your contacts, the app does not collect relevant information on your contacts. You will end up contacting someone against a news to realise that they have since left the company and joined the competition. This app needs to address this. ✓ Potential to be awesome but...The app only works with contacts you have stored on your phone. For this to be remotely useful, it needs to integrate with LinkedIn. Only 10% of my LinkedIn contacts are stored in my phone so I still have to go to LinkedIn to search for contacts or manually enter them all into my phone. Unfortunately this feature isn’t available free or paid. Awesome idea, but will delete until they roll out some more useful features..Version: 7.6.1

They support imports from other third party tools but prevent you from importing from their own card scanner app. Very strange restrictions. It’s got to be a money thing. ✓ So much potential — not 5 stars yetThis app has potential to be a 5 star + but right now it’s a 2.5 or 3. Two things you can’t do in the app that are a MUST: [1] When you add a relationship, you can’t say you last talked to them “today”. The options are Never, One day ago, 1 weeks ago, 1 month ago. Weird. Of course you can manually adjust it, but this is cumbersome. Please make “Today” an option. [2] When you view and scroll your reminders (to see which contacts you set the app to remind you about), you cannot easily log activity with them. You should be able to swipe left or swipe right to log activity or at the very least be able to “Log activity” under “Other Actions” when viewing a contact’s reminder. Instead you have to click + to log activity, then type the name of the contact. Yes, seriously. I really liked this app at first, but now think I may have made a mistake purchasing a subscription. So much promise, but truly lacking in practical & efficient user interface. I could see myself spending 30-60 mins daily using it, but it’s so frustrating I’ve gone back to my old system for now. >> Needs upgrades to be 4 or 5 stars.Version: 23.3
✓ Absolute RubbishAll this app has done is put duplicate names together ie a contact with only a name shown which is the same name as another with a surname! I thought it’s meant to differentiate duplicate phone numbers! So in effect all this has done is mess up all of my contacts and now I have to separate them trying to work out what number goes with what name!! Obviously people are gonna have contacts with same first name! RUBBISH.Version: 9.11

✓ This App Has SERIOUS design flawsI chose to use this app because I needed a way to scan all of the business cards my boss has collected networking, then export them into a spreed sheet. The app did this, but it also did something else. Something incredibly frustrating that I wouldn’t wish on anybody. I synced my contacts into it’s system because it was the only way it would let me continue using the app, but I didn’t need my contact, only the contacts from the business cards my boss collected. So, I painstakingly deleted all my contacts in the Covve app, then uploaded my bosses via business card. I just went to send a text to someone and all of my contacts from my phone have been deleted. I’m very frustrated with Covve and would never recommend to anyone. Stay away from this app..Version: 9.14
✓ Not. One. Feature. Request Fulfilled.Update - November 2019: A year later, practically none of the features I suggested have been implemented. I’m losing interest & hope. === I like the app but I would like more control. For example. I want to be able to schedule follow ups. On any given day, I would like to schedule WHEN the app reminds me to get in touch, likewise, I want the ability to set the reminder from 2 days to next day or next 5 days etc. also, I tried deleting a LinkedIn profile that was incorrect for one of the contacts and noticed that I could only add. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Also would absolutely love the ability to type the specific/actual location. Like Detroit, Mi - LA, California or Miami, FL Lastly, please. Please. Please. Let us add RSS / Website updates / notifications etc for our contacts. It’s frustrating using your sources. I want to be able to use my own.
