✓ Awesome help for ADHD-II have a mild to moderate case of Adult ADHD-Inattentive type, and this app has been a complete Godsend. I’m really not sure I would’ve made it through writing my dissertation for my PhD without it! The ability to layer the different sounds has allowed me to create the PERFECT ambience needed for writing and for grading papers. I use the coffee shop layered with the fireplace, and I’ll occasionally add rain and/or thunder. There is a spot in the coffee shop recording where you can hear the loop start over, but it doesn’t really bother me. I love that I can’t understand any of the words in the coffee shop recording—I often wonder if it’s not in English—but this really makes it better than an actual coffee shop, where I’m sometimes distracted by the conversations going on around me. Other than my photo and calendar apps, I would say this is the most valued, appreciated app on my phone. Extremely happy and thankful to have found it!
