✓ App freeze and they never reply back.Update/ I received developer reply Yesterday. I will change to 3 star now. And after finish complete update, I will change to 5 star review. I purchased this pro version. And when I tap new drawing, it freeze. I sent developer email twice and left messages on Facebook. But no reply. I feel so bad with this app. If they don’t send me any reply until this weekend I will report this to apple hq..Version: 5.4
✓ GaenselStill not fixed ... Still the same problems, it’s buggy and unreliable. Needs a simpler way to save sketches without the quirky way it wants to save images. Very disappointing as this type of app is badly needed! Sketches is so much better and easier to use. And save images..Version: 6.1

✓ Problems with iPad Pro and PencilGot this to use with my iPad Pro and Apple Pencil. Started out well and it looks like a good app but a couple of things made it impossible for me to use. Hopefully when they're fixed I can use it again... The constraints seem broken on the Pro, because some icons go off-screen and the colour picker controls are all over the place. And I don't know if it's the Pencil or what, but what made it truly unusable for me was that every time I try to do any detail the pen tool turns into an eye dropper. Like, *every* time..Version: 3.5
✓ I like it but had big problemI really enjoy this app!! It's one if my favorites and lets me be very creative. I have bean using this app for two years and there has never been any glitches. My big complaint is that I when I updated on my phone it won't register that I bought more tools and I really like those tools that I no longer have... I don't think it is an App Store problem but this happened once before and then it told me that I had bought more tools and I could get them back. I have had no such luck since then. Other than that, I'm pretty happy with the app..Version: 4.5

✓ Its so bad!I have tried this and i cant zoom and also i tried doing turtorial from the start and i dont have to zoom still and also Its so glitchy like...... its not that my iPad..... its the app its self and i tried doing an update to my iPad but my iPad was already updated. The third problem was it shuts down when ever it wants to and also, its not my iPad PROBLEM! 4th problem is that i cant have lots of morr brushes! YOU GUYS NEED TO HAVE AN UPDATE TO THIS DRAWING APP! and also like what i said its not my iPad doing it! I have a 7 gen iPad. So yeah.... im not trying to hate, its the app itself, but the first drawing app you made was SO GOOD! And this morning when I opened to a drawing I was working on last night, it was upside down. I KNOW I wasn’t working on it upside down. ✓ Was goodI love this app, and I use it to scale pictures to draw in my sketchbook, however, recently my pictures haven't been saving after I leave the app every time I rejoin the app it starts with a blank page. ✓ Nice but too many bugsThis app works great usually, and I think the features are very convenient and easy to learn and use. However, never draw any artwork you value in this app. It has a habit of shutting down on its own will and deleting as much of your artwork is it likes. I’ve repeatedly lost 20-30 minutes of artwork due to this app’s whims. Honestly, even if you get this app for your child to doodle on, they’d be upset too if they lost 30 minutes of coloring work because of a glitch. I just don’t recommend this app overall due to this issue..Version: 6.3

✓ Used the app for years, but one big issueI’ve used this app for years and loved it. However, one huge issue has been bothering me. Ever since a few months ago, the writing on my notes will disappear. I’d write for about twenty minutes and leave the app once only to discover that none of my work had been saved. Specifically: the dotted line paintroller tracking is very imprecise (making it difficult to keep track of my edges); layer visibility cannot be toggled; the resolution diminishes when the drawing includes too much detail.
