✓ New update does not workSince Friday the new update meant to fix bugs is not working. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Updating my iOS software. Turning iPad on and off. Nothing works and the app cannot find my business or any other business for that matter. Wonderful app when it works but completely pointless and damaging to my business when it is down..Version: 1.2.1
✓ RandomIt used to work fine on an old version of iOS but since the update I can't log in properly to book classes. Instead of that I am getting logged in as a studio owner to manage studio's bookings. Very random. I let my yoga studio know because it seems there's been a security glitch somewhere in the software that hasn't been patched up if anyone can create an account within the app and go to a chosen studio's settings and mess with them. ✓ This is a waste of time!I signed up last night and I have tried several times to log in and it does not recognize me. There is NO way to reset password or username in the screen or even to ask for help! So today I went back to the App Store and found a place to get help and to write a review. I tried2 times to add my email to reset my password and both times received a message to look in my email. I never received any email from this company. I did check my spam folder, junk folder and have found nothing. TSo that is when I decided to leave this review. I’m not happy and I hope the gym owner does not have to pay for your terrible service.
