✓ Mindbody failJust another add on that theoretically is a great concept, however, it’s launch is too soon and makes users their BETA testers instead of taking the time to develop a fully functional product..Version: 4.1.3
✓ Only just started using itIt looks very promising but flagging that the UI doesn’t fit an iPhone 13 or 12 screen well - it’s impossible to select the button to create a new chat.Version: 4.1.2
✓ The app just doesn’t work!!!I have been user of messenger AI for months now and the mobile app work a couple of week and then completely stop working and I never was able to use it ever since. Mindbody is aware of that issue and a bug have been confirmed but no one in this company is taking it seriously and nothing have been fixed after more than two months. If you are looking for a SMS solution that you can’t use on your mobile phone, this app is just for you! Else you should go for another solution. If no one is fixing this solution in the next two weeks, I’m opting out of this service completely. I also want to publicly states that I encounter about 10 other really bad bugs in my Mindbody platform as of today that no one is fixing too. At this point I just can’t recommend Mindbody to anyone. The idea is good, but the code is anything but clean. Unless you guys start caring for your customers and the quality of your product, I’m gonna eventually have to look for an alternative SAAS..Version: 4.1.3

Now with the tiwillio 10DLC, it’s exceptional difficult to get your business info to perfectly match so that you can even SEND SMS! ✓ I do not recommendWas told the bot become intuitive based on the FAQs written. Have found that is not the case, and has created a disaster for my business, because the bot did the opposite of what clients were asking for. Therefore missed new client opportunities and a few clients freak out on me over the new service. Tried to cancel and still have not received a response from anyone, so I’m being charged. ✓ This app is awfulNot only is messenger AI incredibly expensive, but this app is such crap. It doesn’t even open most of the time. I wish MINDBODY would test their software before rolling out new expensive features like this. I doubt their support will even read this review let alone do something about it the poor performance of this app. I’ve been using MINDBODY for years because switching my business to a different platform would be a nightmare. I’ve basically needed to teach myself how to be a computer programmer to operate the bloated and untested software. ✓ Helpful but still needs some work.This is very helpful for client interaction when it’s working properly. Still some bugs that need fixing. The app only opens half the time for me. The other bug issue I have is not receiving notifications or badges when I have missed calls or text messages. I have to constantly open the app throughout the day to check for new messages. A sound notification would be awesome as well. Once these issues are fixed I’ll rate it a 5..Version: 4.1.2

It has it’s flaws FOR SURE, but as a whole functions as it should and is worth the price for the phone integration here alone. The app, however, crashes more time than it stays open with trying to use it. Don’t, DO NOT plan on trying to use the app for your team as it’s only reliable when used in a browser..Version: 4.1.3
