Who needs a personal trainer?Amazingly this app really does act like a personal trainer although it's only a poece of software I do actually obry it! I also have the 5K run and that works too so frankly I don't think I need a gym or a personal trainer. Cancelling gym subscription.Version: 7.2

Love Fitness22 apps!The 7 minute workouts are great for a dynamic pre-run warmup, or for when there isn’t enough time in the day for a long workout but it feels gross to do nothing. Or combine multiple for a really decent workout. You can add dumbbells to some of the moves for a little extra kick. Highly recommend their Run tracker app as well!.Version: 7.4

This app is amazing.This app is amazing. I love how I can wear headphones and it guides me through it while I can also listen to music. I do this with a partner and it allows us to press go at the same time and it gives you some time before it just starts. It also gives you 10 seconds to test in between each and prepares you for the next one. Best app ever. Love it and am combining it with 10K runner as I prepare for the race.Version: 7.2
