✓ Not workingI have been using this app for 2 months it was great but I haven’t received an update since Oct 14th. I emailed about 4 times and only once I received a response, but since then myfxbook is still at Oct 14th..Version: 2.12
✓ Was a good app, but...I only use this app to check the performance of my portfolio, however for a few weeks now I have been unable to click on any account in the portfolio section meaning that I can’t see further information (such as equity, drawdown etc). Needs an urgent fix as otherwise the app is useless (to me). Also, it would be good if the same statistics in the desktop version were shown in the mobile app. The desktop version is fantastic, I just wish the mobile app had the same level of detail. With these issues solved, I would 100% change to a 5* review..Version: 2.15

✓ Updates only once a day 🙄I like MyFXBook but only 1 update her day is incredibly painful and has found me looking for alternatives. What’s the point in having a daily % change figure if it only updated once a day at any random time and resets at midnight. The figures and stats it offers is great but the lack of regular stat updates makes it painful..Version: 2.15

✓ Time zonesCounting the hours back to figure out how many hours before a red folder news will happen is a bit much. I am not able to find where I can set the time zone so it reflects the actual time of the event, as the other news alert site I use does. I’m on the paid version for live updates and the “live” portion breaks a lot resulting in a lot of emails to support with no long term fix in sight. ✓ Web app has more functionThe Apple app is ok for very basic checking of your account position. Appears to be very limited in functionality compared to the web based version accessed through your pc or mac computer. ✓ Weak and outdatedNice to have the app and all, but it seems like it was written in 2012 and hasn’t been updated since then. It’s so much weaker than the website (which could also use a healthy rework), and looks outdated. ✓ UnreliableData goes in and out, sometimes you get a great feed of everything you need to know with alerts and summaries. Other times you get ‘no data’ on every page with no way to fix it but wait for it to start working again. Great app if it wasnt so unreliable..Version: 2.3
✓ Not working for iPhone 13App is buggy. When I try to use notifications it tells me to log in. I log in and then it won’t let me select the news for tomorrow or this week. I had to uninstall and reinstall in order to check the news. Tried to log in again to get notifications and the same thing happened so I’m unable to use the notifications feature entirely. Will change my rating if they fix the bug. Update the next day: came back to the app and it won’t let me select yesterday’s tomorrow or this week news tab at the top. Had to uninstall and reinstall again to get it to work. Please read this and try to fix this but..Version: 2.15
✓ Quite buggy and outdatedLet’s not lie, this isn’t a well thought out app, but the underlying functionality is very useful (the website on mobile is a nightmare). I’d happily pay the surprisingly high subscription fee if the app was well made but it’s slow, settings don’t stay when set, the widget is awful, and its filled with intrusive ads. The biggest issue I think is just navigation, it can be laggy with some buttons. The best feature in this app to me is the economic calendar/news. You get the notification very, very fast; faster than any other app I've used. The most annoying issue is on the iPad, the app doesn't go horizontal making it the main reason I don't use it as much as I could. The economic calendar needs to be synced to the Timezone in which the user is in. It always shows the incorrect count down times for news. ✓ Calculator doesn’t work properlyThe position size calculator was the only reason I downloaded this app. It doesn’t seem to work properly. For instance, if I choose USD as my currency but want to calculate trade idea doe AUDCHF, it gives me numbers for USDCHF. The only way I get numbers fro AUDCHF is if I change my currency to AUD, which then it gives me my risk in Australian dollars (which I’m not using). I’ve tested this with other currencies and it’s doing the same. Please update and fix this for us. The calculator is GREAT if it works! Thanks!.Version: 2.5
✓ Poor Portfolio FunctionalityI only use the app to track my progress for systems I put together. So my main beef is with the portfolio functionality for IOS. It’s awful. I constantly have to close the app and reopen it. It freezes, doesn’t respond to touch, and doesn’t navigate well. I understand that it is free, and I believe there is a paid version. I wouldn’t pay for the paid version because of the functionality of the free version. Hopefully this is fixed soon..Version: 2.15
