✓ Property description and feesI like most things about the site except for a couple of things. I dislike that the property description is made up by the website and it isn’t accurate. I’ve tried updating the property details but the description still lists features that are not directly on my property but are close by or it lists features I don’t even have. It doesn’t capture the essence of what draws people to come to the area either. I also dislike that I pay a set percentage for commissions but then if guests are using mobile apps they get varying app discounts in addition which can bring my total fees to 25% or more. I have deleted the early booking discounts from my property but for some reason the settings automatically still have the early booking discount so I have to manually go into my listings to delete it month but month..Version: 25.7

For one ,,the app seem to have conflicting messages , maybe because it gave to cater for home owners to small b&b hotels . When describing what the photos show on your listing, it would be better if you can type yourself , the multiple choice dies not give correct or detailed description of what the photo shows . Reorganising photos seem Impossible . Deleting hard , and can you even change the name of your listing .? App not functioning suddenly 2/16~17Used for years and no issues (so 4 stars) but need help today. 12 hours ago or so the app started opening to a black white screen with the words: “Something went wrong An error occurred while loading this page - please try again later.” And under that a blue button “Retry”. All 5 tabs on the bottom have the same or similar error messages. However, new booking notifications still arrive! But when you press an alert, it just opens the error message. This means I cannot see when current guests are leaving, which means I cannot use it to manage turnarounds properly. An easy thing to add, I am sure. ✓ Pulse - generally okay but a few snags.I like Pulse only mobile - I can see who’s booked and put them into date of booking or date of arrival. I can see numbers, calendar, message and that’s all great. However, and it might just be me and maybe I need to adjust the settings, but I get the same notifications every time I log in - do I want to send auto messages, and yes I would like to, but I have to log in again and now it doesn’t recognise my password, so repeat and repeat, then I have to get a phone PIN number which is my landline, so I can’t do this when mobile, and I can’t do it by sim message as that uses my home number. Apart from that the other 6 notifications ask if I want to give a 20-30% discount off my bookings for the end of the year and new year, but as my business relates to Alton Towers tourism I’m at my lowest rates now anyway, so I answer ‘no, this will negatively affect my business’ but next tine I log in I get asked the same again - it’s like not being listened to..Version: 19.3
